? The Common Claim

"Hinduism stayed only in India because people in other countries did not accept it, due to its rigidness."

The Actual Truth
This claim that Hinduism did not spread in different parts of old in past, it is totally false. History tells a different story. Hindu tradition and Indian culture spread to many parts of Asia, where they welcomed and adopted by local societies. This spread happened mainly through trade and cultural exchange rather than VIOLENCE  like Islam and MISSIONARIES like Christianity.

Detailed Investigation

Historical evidence shows that Hinduism reached even out side the Asia through Trade Merchants and Scholars.

Many Kingdoms in South Asia adopted parts of Indian culture,  including Sanskrit, temple architecture and stories from Ramayan and Mahabharat. Famous monuments such as Angkor Wat in Cambodia and Prambanan in Indonesia are examples of this influence.

Therefore, the claim that Hinduism never spared beyond India became it was rigid or got ignored by other countries,  ignores lasting influence of Hindu traditions across Asia.
