आ॒रे॑३ ऽसा॑व॒स्मद॑स्तु हे॒तिर्दे॑वासो असत् । आ॒रे अश्मा॒ यमस्य॑थ ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे देवो! आप की कृपा से शत्रु द्वारा प्रयुक्त खड्ग आदि आयुध हमारे शरीर से दूर हो जाएं. हे शत्रुओ! तुम यंत्र आदि के द्वारा जो पत्थर फेंकते हो, वे भी हम से दूर रहें. (१)
EN English Translation
O God! By your grace, the weapons used by the enemy should be removed from our body. O enemies! The stones that you throw through instruments etc. should also stay away from us. (1)
सखा॒साव॒स्मभ्य॑मस्तु रा॒तिः सखेन्द्रो॒ भगः॑ । स॑वि॒ता चि॒त्ररा॑धाः ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
आकाश में दिखाई देते हुए सूर्य देव हमारे मित्र हों. संपत्ति देने वाले सविता देव हमारे मित्र हों. सविता देव अनेक प्रकार के धनों के स्वामी हैं. वे तथा इंद्र देव हमारे मित्र हैं. (२)
EN English Translation
May the Sun God be our friend while appearing in the sky. Savita Dev, who gives property, should be our friend. Savita Dev is the master of many types of wealth. He and Indra Dev are our friends. (2)
यू॒यं नः॑ प्रवतो नपा॒न्मरु॑तः॒ सूर्य॑त्वचसः । शर्म॑ यच्छाथ स॒प्रथः॑ ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे सूर्य द्वारा पृथ्वी से सोखे हुए जल को न गिराने वाले पर्जन्य देव! हे सात गणों वाले मरुत् देव! आप सब सूर्य के समान तेज वाले हैं. आप सब हमारा विस्तार से कल्याण करें. (३)
EN English Translation
O God who does not drop the water absorbed from the earth by the sun! O Merciful God of seven ganas! You are all as bright as the sun. May you all benefit us in detail. (3)
सु॑षू॒दत॑ मृ॒डत॑ मृ॒डया॑ नस्त॒नूभ्यो॑ मय॑स्तो॒केभ्य॑स्कृ॒धि ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे इंद्र आदि देवो! आप शत्रुओं द्वारा छोड़े जाने वाले आयुधों को हम से दूर करो तथा हमें सुख दो. हे इंद्र आदि देवो! आप हमारे शरीरों को सुख दें एवं हमारी संतान को सुखी बनाएं. (४)
EN English Translation
O God of Indra! You remove the weapons left behind by the enemies from us and give us happiness. O God of Indra! May you give happiness to our bodies and make our children happy. (4)
