दिगंतों में व्याप्त एवं दीप्तिशाली सूर्य-चंद्र ने तीनों लोकों को व्याप्त किया है. वायु ने इन दोनों की प्रसन्नता प्राप्त की है. देवों ने जिस समय सामवेद के मंत्रों के साथ सूर्य को प्राप्त किया, उस समय तीनों की रक्षा के लिए दिव्य जल बनाया. (१)
EN English Translation
The sun-moon, which pervades the aziguas and the bright moon, has permeated the three realms. The wind has enjoyed the happiness of both of them. The devas created divine water to protect the three at the time when they received the sun with the mantras of the Samaveda. (1)
