के॒श्य१॒॑ग्निं के॒शी वि॒षं के॒शी बि॑भर्ति॒ रोद॑सी । के॒शी विश्वं॒ स्व॑र्दृ॒शे के॒शीदं ज्योति॑रुच्यते ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
सूर्य अग्नि, जल और द्यावा-पृथिवी को धारण करते हैं. सूर्य प्रकाश के द्वारा संसार को देखने योग्य बनाते हैं. इस प्रकाश का नाम ही सूर्य है. (१)
EN English Translation
Sun holds fire, water and Diya-earth. Sun makes the world observable through light. The name of this light is Surya. (1)
मुन॑यो॒ वात॑रशनाः पि॒शङ्गा॑ वसते॒ मला॑ । वात॒स्यानु॒ ध्राजिं॑ यन्ति॒ यद्दे॒वासो॒ अवि॑क्षत ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
वातरशन के मुनिपुत्र पीले रंग के वल्कल धारण करते हैं. देवों ने देवत्व प्राप्त किया एवं वायु की गति से चलने लगे. (२)
EN English Translation
The muni-sons of Vatarshan wear yellow-coloured cover. The gods attained divinity and began to move at the speed of the wind. (2)
उन्म॑दिता॒ मौने॑येन॒ वाता॒ँ आ त॑स्थिमा व॒यम् । शरी॒रेद॒स्माकं॑ यू॒यं मर्ता॑सो अ॒भि प॑श्यथ ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हम सब लोक का व्यवहार त्यागकर मतवाले हो गए हैं और वायु के ऊपर स्थित हैं. हे मनुष्यो! तुम हमारा शरीर ही देख पाते हो. (३)
EN English Translation
We have all renounced the behavior of the people and become voted and are located above the air. O men! You can only see our body. (3)
अ॒न्तरि॑क्षेण पतति॒ विश्वा॑ रू॒पाव॒चाक॑शत् । मुनि॑र्दे॒वस्य॑देवस्य॒ सौकृ॑त्याय॒ सखा॑ हि॒तः ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
मुनि आकाश में उड़ते हैं एवं सारे रूपों को देखते हैं. देवों के प्रियमित्र मुनि उत्तम कार्य करने के लिए ही जीते हैं. (४)
EN English Translation
The sages fly in the sky and see all the forms. Muni, the beloved of the gods, lives only to do good deeds. (4)
वात॒स्याश्वो॑ वा॒योः सखाथो॑ दे॒वेषि॑तो॒ मुनिः॑ । उ॒भौ स॑मु॒द्रावा क्षे॑ति॒ यश्च॒ पूर्व॑ उ॒ताप॑रः ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
मुनि वायु का भोजन करने वाले, वायु के मित्र एवं देवों द्वारा अभिलषित हैं. वे पूर्व और पश्चिम दोनों सागरों में निवास करते हैं. (५)
EN English Translation
The sages are known to be the food of the air, the friends of the air and the gods. They live in both the East and West Seas. (5)
अ॒प्स॒रसां॑ गन्ध॒र्वाणां॑ मृ॒गाणां॒ चर॑णे॒ चर॑न् । के॒शी केत॑स्य वि॒द्वान्सखा॑ स्वा॒दुर्म॒दिन्त॑मः ॥ (६)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
केशी अप्सराओं व गांधर्वो के विचरणस्थान अंतरिक्ष में तथा पशुओं के विचरणस्थल धरती पर घूमते हैं. वे सभी जानने योग्य बातों को जानते हैं, सब रसों के उत्पादक हैं एवं अतिशय आनंददाता है. (६)
EN English Translation
The place of the migration of keshi nymphs and gandharvas roams in space and the place of movement of animals roams on the earth. They all know things worth knowing, all are producers of juices and are very pleasurable. (6)
वा॒युर॑स्मा॒ उपा॑मन्थत्पि॒नष्टि॑ स्मा कुनन्न॒मा । के॒शी वि॒षस्य॒ पात्रे॑ण॒ यद्रु॒द्रेणापि॑बत्स॒ह ॥ (७)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
सूर्य रुद्रपुत्र मरुतों के साथ अपने किरण रूपी पात्रों द्वारा जब जल पीते हैं, उस समय वायु उस जल को हिलाकर माध्यमिका वाणी को पूर्ण कर देते हैं. (७)
EN English Translation
When the sun drinks water with rudraputra maruts through his kirana-like characters, at that time the air shakes that water and completes the secondary voice. (7)
