आ त्वा॑हार्षम॒न्तरे॑धि ध्रु॒वस्ति॒ष्ठावि॑चाचलिः । विश॑स्त्वा॒ सर्वा॑ वाञ्छन्तु॒ मा त्वद्रा॒ष्ट्रमधि॑ भ्रशत् ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे राजन्! मैंने तुम्हें अपने राष्ट्र का स्वामी बनाया है. तुम हमारे बीच अधिकारी बनो एवं दृढ़ तथा अविचल होकर रहो. सभी प्रजाएं तुम्हें चाहें. तुम्हारे पास से राज्य का अधिकार भ्रष्ट न हो. (१)
EN English Translation
Oh, King! I have made you the swami of my nation. Be the authority among us and be firm and unwavering. All the people like you. Let the right of the state not be corrupted by you. (1)
इ॒हैवैधि॒ माप॑ च्योष्ठाः॒ पर्व॑त इ॒वावि॑चाचलिः । इन्द्र॑ इवे॒ह ध्रु॒वस्ति॑ष्ठे॒ह रा॒ष्ट्रमु॑ धारय ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे राजन्! तुम पर्वत के समान अविचल होकर बढ़ो एवं राज्य से च्युत न बनो. तुम इंद्र के समान ध्रु्र होकर यहां ठहरो एवं राष्ट्र को धारण करो. (२)
EN English Translation
Oh, King! You rise as unmoved as a mountain and do not be as eroded from the kingdom. You stay here as you are as brave as Indra and hold on to the nation. (2)
इ॒ममिन्द्रो॑ अदीधरद्ध्रु॒वं ध्रु॒वेण॑ ह॒विषा॑ । तस्मै॒ सोमो॒ अधि॑ ब्रव॒त्तस्मा॑ उ॒ ब्रह्म॑ण॒स्पतिः॑ ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
इंद्र ने ध्रुव हवि पाकर इस राजा को स्थिर बनाया है. सोम एवं ब्रह्मणस्पति ने उसे आशीर्वाद दिया है. (३)
EN English Translation
Indra has made this king stable by getting the pole. Som and Brahmanaspati have blessed him. (3)
ध्रु॒वा द्यौर्ध्रु॒वा पृ॑थि॒वी ध्रु॒वासः॒ पर्व॑ता इ॒मे । ध्रु॒वं विश्व॑मि॒दं जग॑द्ध्रु॒वो राजा॑ वि॒शाम॒यम् ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
जिस प्रकार द्युलोक, धरती, ये पर्वत एवं सारा विश्व ध्रुव है, उसी प्रकार प्रजाओं के बीच यह राजा भी अविचल रहे. (४)
EN English Translation
Just as there is dolok, the earth, this mountain and the whole world pole, so also this king remained unmoved among the people. (4)
ध्रु॒वं ते॒ राजा॒ वरु॑णो ध्रु॒वं दे॒वो बृह॒स्पतिः॑ । ध्रु॒वं त॒ इन्द्र॑श्चा॒ग्निश्च॑ रा॒ष्ट्रं धा॑रयतां ध्रु॒वम् ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे राजन्! राजा वरुण, देव बृहस्पति, इंद्र एवं अग्नि तुम्हारे राज्य ध्रुव रूप में धारण करें. (५)
EN English Translation
Oh, King! May King Varuna, God Jupiter, Indra and Agni hold your kingdom as dhruva. (5)
ध्रु॒वं ध्रु॒वेण॑ ह॒विषा॒भि सोमं॑ मृशामसि । अथो॑ त॒ इन्द्रः॒ केव॑ली॒र्विशो॑ बलि॒हृत॑स्करत् ॥ (६)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे राजन्! हम अविनाशी पुरोडाश के साथ स्थिर सोमरस को मिलाते हैं इसलिए इंद्र ने तुम्हारी प्रजाओं को भक्त एवं कर देने वाली बनाया है. (६)
EN English Translation
Oh, King! We mix the stable Somras with the indestructible Purodash, so Indra has made your people devotees and tax payers. (6)
