होता॑जनिष्ट॒ चेत॑नः पि॒ता पि॒तृभ्य॑ ऊ॒तये॑ । प्र॒यक्ष॒ञ्जेन्यं॒ वसु॑ श॒केम॑ वा॒जिनो॒ यम॑म् ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
होता, चेतना प्रदान करने वाले और पालक अग्नि पितरों की रक्षा के लिए उत्पन्न हुए है. हम हव्य से युक्त होकर ऐसा धन प्राप्त कर सकेंगे जो अत्यंत पूज्य एवं जीतने योग्य हो. (१)
EN English Translation
Would have, the consciousness givers and the spinach agnis have originated to protect the fathers. We will be able to get money that is highly revered and winnable by being possessed of the havya. (1)
अ॒स्माकं॑ मित्रावरुणावतं॒ रथ॑मादि॒त्यै रु॒द्रैर्वसु॑भिः सचा॒भुवा॑ । प्र यद्वयो॒ न पप्त॒न्वस्म॑न॒स्परि॑ श्रव॒स्यवो॒ हृषी॑वन्तो वन॒र्षदः॑ ॥ (१)

हे मित्र एवं वरुण! जब हमारा रथ अन्न के इच्छुक, हर्षयुक्त एवं वनवासी पक्षियों के समान हमारे निवासस्थान से दूसरे स्थान को जाये, तब तुम आदित्यों, रुद्रों तथा वसुओं के साथ मिलकर उस रथ की रक्षा करना. (१)
EN English Translation
Oh my friend and Varun! When our chariot moves from our abode to another place like food-seeking, joyful and forest-dwelling birds, you, along with the Adityas, Rudras and Vasus, protect that chariot. (1)
अ॒स्य मे॑ द्यावापृथिवी ऋताय॒तो भू॒तम॑वि॒त्री वच॑सः॒ सिषा॑सतः । ययो॒रायुः॑ प्रत॒रं ते इ॒दं पु॒र उप॑स्तुते वसू॒युर्वां॑ म॒हो द॑धे ॥ (१)

हे द्यावापृथ्वी! यज्ञ करने के इच्छुक एवं तुम्हें प्रसन्न करने के लिए प्रयत्नशील मुझ स्तोता की रक्षा करो. सबकी अपेक्षा उत्कृष्ट अन्न वाले एवं अनेक लोगों द्वारा प्रशंसित तुम्हारी स्तुति मैं अन्नप्राप्ति की अभिलाषा से विशाल स्तोत्रों द्वारा करूंगा. (१)
EN English Translation
This is the first one! Protect my hymn willing to perform yajna and strive to please you. I will praise you with great food and admired by many people through huge hymns with the desire for food. (1)
इ॒मां मे॑ अग्ने स॒मिध॑मि॒मामु॑प॒सदं॑ वनेः । इ॒मा उ॒ षु श्रु॑धी॒ गिरः॑ ॥ (१)

हे अग्नि! यज्ञ में दी गई मेरी समिधा तथा आहुति का उपभोग करो एवं मेरी स्तुतियां सुनो. (१)

O agni! Consume my samidha and sacrifice given in the yajna and listen to my praises. (1)
आ ते॑ पितर्मरुतां सु॒म्नमे॑तु॒ मा नः॒ सूर्य॑स्य सं॒दृशो॑ युयोथाः । अ॒भि नो॑ वी॒रो अर्व॑ति क्षमेत॒ प्र जा॑येमहि रुद्र प्र॒जाभिः॑ ॥ (१)

हे मरुतों के पिता रुद्र! तुम्हारा दिया हुआ सुख हमें मिले. हमें सूर्य के दर्शन से अलग मत करना. हमारे शक्तिशाली पुत्र युद्ध में शत्रुओं को हरावें. हे रुद्र! हम पुत्र-पौत्र आदि से बहुत बनें. (१)
EN English Translation
O Rudra, father of the maruts! May we have the happiness you have given us. Don't separate us from the sight of the sun. May our mighty sons defeat the enemies in battle. Hey Rudra! We become many of the sons and grandsons etc. (1)
श्रेष्ठं॑ यविष्ठ भार॒ताग्ने॑ द्यु॒मन्त॒मा भ॑र । वसो॑ पुरु॒स्पृहं॑ र॒यिम् ॥ (१)

हे अतिशय तरुण, ऋत्विजों के संबंधी एवं व्याप्त अग्नि! हमें अति प्रशंसनीय, तेजस्वी एवं बहुत से याचकों द्वारा मांगा गया धन प्रदान करो. (१)
EN English Translation
O very young, related to the ritvijas and the agni that pervades! Give us the money sought by the most praiseworthy, brilliant and many supplicants. (1)
वा॒ज॒यन्नि॑व॒ नू रथा॒न्योगा॑ँ अ॒ग्नेरुप॑ स्तुहि । य॒शस्त॑मस्य मी॒ळ्हुषः॑ ॥ (१)

हे अंतरात्मन्! जिस तरह अन्न का इच्छुक व्यक्ति प्रार्थना करता है, उसी प्रकार परम यश वाले एवं फलदाता अग्नि की स्तुति करो. (१)
EN English Translation
O conscience! Just as a person desirous of food prays, so praise the agni, the one of the most glorious and the giver of fruit. (1)
नि होता॑ होतृ॒षद॑ने॒ विदा॑नस्त्वे॒षो दी॑दि॒वाँ अ॑सदत्सु॒दक्षः॑ । अद॑ब्धव्रतप्रमति॒र्वसि॑ष्ठः सहस्रम्भ॒रः शुचि॑जिह्वो अ॒ग्निः ॥ (१)

देवों का आह्वान करने वाले, विद्वान्, चमकते हुए, शोभन बलयुक्त, अहिंसित व्रत एवं उत्तम बुद्धि वाले, निवासस्थान देने वाले, असंख्य व्यक्तियों का भरणपोषण करने वाले एवं विशुद्ध ज्वालाओं वाले अग्नि होता के भवन में भली प्रकार बैठे. (१)
EN English Translation
Those who invoke the gods, the scholars, the shining, the adorned, the strong, the non-violent fast and the best of wisdom, the abode-giver, the one who feeds on countless people, and the one with pure flames, sit well in the house of the agni. (1)
धा॒रा॒व॒रा म॒रुतो॑ धृ॒ष्ण्वो॑जसो मृ॒गा न भी॒मास्तवि॑षीभिर॒र्चिनः॑ । अ॒ग्नयो॒ न शु॑शुचा॒ना ऋ॑जी॒षिणो॒ भृमिं॒ धम॑न्तो॒ अप॒ गा अ॑वृण्वत ॥ (१)

स्थिर वृक्ष आदि को चंचल करने वाले, अपनी शक्ति से सबको पराजित करने वाले, पशु के समान भयानक, अपने बल द्वारा समस्त संसार को व्याप्त करने वाले, अग्नि के समान दीप्त एवं जल से युक्त मरुद्गण घूमने वाले बादलों को छिन्न-भिन्न करके जल बरसाते हैं. (१)
EN English Translation
Those who fickle the still trees, etc., who defeat everyone with their power, are terrible as an animal, who pervade the whole world with their own force, are as bright as agni and the deserts with water, who scatter the swirling clouds and rain water. (1)

सबसे प्रथम यज्ञ में बुलाने योग्य, पिता के समान, शोभा धारण करने वाले, मरणरहित, विविध प्रज्ञायुक्त, अन्न एवं बल से संयुत एवं सेवा के योग्य अग्नि मनुष्यों द्वारा यज्ञशाला में जलाए गए हैं. (१)
EN English Translation
First of all, the agnis that are called in the yajna, like the Father, those who adorn, without death, have been armed with various intellects, compatible with food and force and worthy of service have been lit in the yajnashala by human beings. (1)
श्रु॒धी हव॑मिन्द्र॒ मा रि॑षण्यः॒ स्याम॑ ते दा॒वने॒ वसू॑नाम् । इ॒मा हि त्वामूर्जो॑ व॒र्धय॑न्ति वसू॒यवः॒ सिन्ध॑वो॒ न क्षर॑न्तः ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे इंद्र! मेरी स्तुति को सुनो. इसका तिरस्कार मत करो. हम तुम्हारे धनदान के पात्र हों. बहती हुई नदी के समान घी टपकाने वाला हव्य यजमान को धन प्राप्त कराने की इच्छा से तुम्हें बढ़ाता है. (१)
EN English Translation
O Indra! Listen to my praise. Don't despise it. We deserve your money. The ghee dripping like a flowing river increases you by the desire to get money from the havya havan. (1)
उपे॑मसृक्षि वाज॒युर्व॑च॒स्यां चनो॑ दधीत ना॒द्यो गिरो॑ मे । अ॒पां नपा॑दाशु॒हेमा॑ कु॒वित्स सु॒पेश॑सस्करति॒ जोषि॑ष॒द्धि ॥ (१)

मैं अन्न का अभिलाषी बनकर यह स्तुति बोल रहा हूं. शब्दकारी स्तुति पसंद करने वाले एवं शीघ्रगतिशील जल के नाती अर्थात् अग्नि मुझ स्तोता को अधिक अन्न एवं उत्तम रूप प्रदान करें. (१)
EN English Translation
I am speaking this praise by becoming a desire for food. May the grandson of the fast-paced water, i.e., the agni, give me more food and a better look to me. (1)
तुभ्यं॑ हिन्वा॒नो व॑सिष्ट॒ गा अ॒पोऽधु॑क्षन्सी॒मवि॑भि॒रद्रि॑भि॒र्नरः॑ । पिबे॑न्द्र॒ स्वाहा॒ प्रहु॑तं॒ वष॑ट्कृतं हो॒त्रादा सोमं॑ प्रथ॒मो य ईशि॑षे ॥ (१)

हे इंद्र! तुम्हारे उद्देश्य से प्रस्तुत यह सोम गाय के दूध, दही एवं जल से मिश्रित है. यज्ञ के नेताओं ने इसे पत्थरों एवं भेड़ के बालों से बने दशापवित्रों की सहायता से तैयार किया है. तुम सारे संसार के स्वामी हो, इसलिए स्वाहा एवं वषटू शब्दों के साथ अग्नि में डाले गए सोमरस का होता के पास से सर्वप्रथम पान करो. EN English Translation
O Indra! Presented for your purpose it is mixed with mon cow's milk, curd and water. The leaders of the yajna have prepared it with the help of dashapavitras made of stones and sheep's hair. You are the masters of all the worlds, so first of all drink from the place of the somras put in the agni with the words swaha and the year. (1)
यो जा॒त ए॒व प्र॑थ॒मो मन॑स्वान्दे॒वो दे॒वान्क्रतु॑ना प॒र्यभू॑षत् । यस्य॒ शुष्मा॒द्रोद॑सी॒ अभ्य॑सेतां नृ॒म्णस्य॑ म॒ह्ना स ज॑नास॒ इन्द्रः॑ ॥ (१)

हे मनुष्यो! जिसने उत्पन्न होते ही देवों एवं मनुष्यों में प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त करके अपने वीर कर्म से देवों को विभूषित किया था, जिसके बल से धरती और आकाश डर गए थे और जो विशाल सेना के नायक थे, वही इंदर हैं. (१)

O men! He who, as soon as he was born, took the first place among the gods and men and adorned the gods with his heroic deeds, by the strength of which the earth and the sky were afraid, and who was the hero of the great army, he is the Inder. (1)
मन्द॑स्व हो॒त्रादनु॒ जोष॒मन्ध॒सोऽध्व॑र्यवः॒ स पू॒र्णां व॑ष्ट्या॒सिच॑म् । तस्मा॑ ए॒तं भ॑रत तद्व॒शो द॒दिर्हो॒त्रात्सोमं॑ द्रविणोदः॒ पिब॑ ऋ॒तुभिः॑ ॥ (१)

हे द्रविणोदा अर्थात् धनप्रिय अग्नि! होता द्वारा किए हुए यज्ञ में अन्न ग्रहण करके प्रसन्न एवं तृप्त बनो. हे अध्वर्युगण! वे पूर्ण आहुति चाहते हैं. इसलिए उन्हें यह सोम दो. सोम के इच्छुक वे द्रविणोदा वांछित फल देते हैं. हे द्रविणोदा! होता के यज्ञ में ऋतुओं के साथ सोमपान करो. (१)

O Dravinda, that is, the rich agni! Be happy and satisfied by consuming food in the yajna performed by Hota. O teacher! They want full sacrifice. So let them mon it. Willing of Mon they give the desired fruit to Dravinda. O Dravida! Do sompan with the seasons in the yajna of hota. (1)
उदु॒ ष्य दे॒वः स॑वि॒ता स॒वाय॑ शश्वत्त॒मं तद॑पा॒ वह्नि॑रस्थात् । नू॒नं दे॒वेभ्यो॒ वि हि धाति॒ रत्न॒मथाभ॑जद्वी॒तिहो॑त्रं स्व॒स्तौ ॥ (१)

प्रकाशयुक्त एवं विश्व को धारण करने वाले सविता अपना प्रसवरूप कर्म करने के लिए उदय होते हैं. वे देवों को रत्न देते हैं एवं सुंदर यज्ञ करने वाले यजमान को कल्याण का भागी बनाते हैं. (१)

A lighted and possessing world, Savita rises to perform her natal work. They give gems to the gods and make the host who performs beautiful yajna a partaker of welfare. (1)
ऋ॒तुर्जनि॑त्री॒ तस्या॑ अ॒पस्परि॑ म॒क्षू जा॒त आवि॑श॒द्यासु॒ वर्ध॑ते । तदा॑ह॒ना अ॑भवत्पि॒प्युषी॒ पयों॒ऽशोः पी॒यूषं॑ प्रथ॒मं तदु॒क्थ्य॑म् ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
वर्षा ऋतु सोम की जननी है. वह जिस जल से उत्पन्न होता है, जिसमें बढ़ता है, उसीमें बाद में प्रविष्ट हो जाता है. जो सोम जल का अंश धारण करता हुआ बढ़ता है, वही निचोड़ने योग्य है एवं उसीका रस रूपी अंश इंद्र का पहला भाग है. (१)
EN English Translation
The rainy season is the mother of Som. It enters the water from which it grows, later into it. The one who grows by holding the part of Som water is the same to be squeezed and its juice-like fraction is the first part of Indra. (1)
ग्रावा॑णेव॒ तदिदर्थं॑ जरेथे॒ गृध्रे॑व वृ॒क्षं नि॑धि॒मन्त॒मच्छ॑ । ब्र॒ह्माणे॑व वि॒दथ॑ उक्थ॒शासा॑ दू॒तेव॒ हव्या॒ जन्या॑ पुरु॒त्रा ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अश्विनीकुमारो! तुम फेंके हुए पत्थर के समान शत्रु को बाधा पहुंचाओ. जिस प्रकार पक्षी फल वाले वृक्ष पर जाते हैं, उसी प्रकार तुम धन वाले यजमान के पास जाओ. तुम मंत्र उच्चारण करने वाले ब्रह्मा एवं जनपद में राजा द्वारा भेजे गए दूतों के समान अनेक लोगों द्वारा बुलाने योग्य हो. (१)

O Ashwinikumaro! You hinder the enemy like a stone thrown. Just as the birds go to the fruit tree, so do you go to the host of wealth. You deserve to be called by many people like brahma who chants mantras and messengers sent by the king to the district. (1)
अध्व॑र्यवो॒ भर॒तेन्द्रा॑य॒ सोम॒माम॑त्रेभिः सिञ्चता॒ मद्य॒मन्धः॑ । का॒मी हि वी॒रः सद॑मस्य पी॒तिं जु॒होत॒ वृष्णे॒ तदिदे॒ष व॑ष्टि ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अध्वर्युजनो! इंद्र के लिए सोम ले जाओ एवं चमसों के द्वारा मादक सोम को अन्ने में डालो. इस सोम को पीने के लिए वीर इंद्र सदा इच्छुक रहते हैं. तुम कामवर्धक इंद्र के निमित्त सोम दो, क्योंकि वे इसे चाहते हैं. (१)

O adhwaryujano! Take the mon to Indra and put the intoxicating mon in the anne through the spoons. Veer Indra is always inclined to drink this mon. You give the jeweler Mon for Indra's sake, because they want it. (1)
सोमा॑पूषणा॒ जन॑ना रयी॒णां जन॑ना दि॒वो जन॑ना पृथि॒व्याः । जा॒तौ विश्व॑स्य॒ भुव॑नस्य गो॒पौ दे॒वा अ॑कृण्वन्न॒मृत॑स्य॒ नाभि॑म् ॥ (१)

हे सोम एवं पूषा! तुम धन, स्वर्ग एवं धरती के जनक हो. तुम उत्पन्न होते ही संपूर्ण भुवन के रक्षक बने. देवों ने तुम्हें अमरता का केंद्रबिंदु बनाया. (१)
EN English Translation
O Mon and Pusha! You are the father of wealth, heaven and earth. As soon as you were born, you became the protector of the whole of Bhuvan. The gods made you the centerpiece of immortality. (1)
वायो॒ ये ते॑ सह॒स्रिणो॒ रथा॑स॒स्तेभि॒रा ग॑हि । नि॒युत्वा॒न्सोम॑पीतये ॥ (१)

हे वायु! तुम्हारे पास जो हजारों रथ हैं, उनके द्वारा नियुतगणों के साथ सोमरस पीने के लिए आओ. (१)

O air! Come to drink somras with the appointees of the thousands of chariots that you have. (1)
प्र घा॒ न्व॑स्य मह॒तो म॒हानि॑ स॒त्या स॒त्यस्य॒ कर॑णानि वोचम् । त्रिक॑द्रुकेष्वपिबत्सु॒तस्या॒स्य मदे॒ अहि॒मिन्द्रो॑ जघान ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
मैं बलवान्, महान् एवं सत्य-संकल्प इंद्र के सच्चे एवं विस्तृत यज्ञ का वर्णन करता हूं. इंदर ने त्रिकद्रुक यज्ञ में सोमरस का पान किया एवं उसका मद हो जाने पर वृत्र असुर का नाश किया. (१)

I describe the true and elaborate yajna of The Balvan, the Great and the True Resolution Indra. Inder drank somras in the Trikadruk yajna and destroyed the Vritra Asura when it became an item. (1)
प्र वः॑ स॒तां ज्येष्ठ॑तमाय सुष्टु॒तिम॒ग्नावि॑व समिधा॒ने ह॒विर्भ॑रे । इन्द्र॑मजु॒र्यं ज॒रय॑न्तमुक्षि॒तं स॒नाद्युवा॑न॒मव॑से हवामहे ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे यजमानो! हम तुम्हारे कल्याण के लिए देवों में सबसे बड़े इंद्र के लिए जलती हुई अग्नि में हव्य देते हैं एवं मनोहारी स्तुति करते हैं. हम अपनी रक्षा के लिए अजर, सबको बूढ़ा बनाने वाले, सोमरस से तृप्त, सनातन एवं नित्य तरुण इंद्र का आह्वान करते हैं. (१)

O hosts! We pray in the burning agni for Indra, the eldest of the gods, for your welfare and give a delightful praise. We call upon Azar, the one who made everyone old, the one who made everyone old, the eternal and eternal young Indra, to protect ourselves. (1)
कनि॑क्रदज्ज॒नुषं॑ प्रब्रुवा॒ण इय॑र्ति॒ वाच॑मरि॒तेव॒ नाव॑म् । सु॒म॒ङ्गल॑श्च शकुने॒ भवा॑सि॒ मा त्वा॒ का चि॑दभि॒भा विश्व्या॑ विदत् ॥ (१)

बार-बार बोलकर भविष्य की बात बताता हुआ कपिंजल वाणी को उसी प्रकार प्रेरित करता है, जिस प्रकार नाविक नाव को आगे बढ़ाता है. हे पक्षी! तुम अति कल्याणकारी बनो. किसी भी प्रकार पराजय सभी दिशाओं से तुम्हारे समीप न आवे. (१)

Speaking repeatedly about the future, Kapinjal inspires Vani in the same way as the sailor moves the boat forward. O bird! You become extremely benevolent. In any way, let defeat not come near you from all directions. (1)
तद॑स्मै॒ नव्य॑मङ्गिर॒स्वद॑र्चत॒ शुष्मा॒ यद॑स्य प्र॒त्नथो॒दीर॑ते । विश्वा॒ यद्गो॒त्रा सह॑सा॒ परी॑वृता॒ मदे॒ सोम॑स्य दृंहि॒तान्यैर॑यत् ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे स्तोताओ! इंद्र का शत्रुनाशक तेज प्राचीनकाल के समान उदित होता है, इसलिए तुम अत्यंत नवीन स्तुतियों द्वारा अंगिराओं के समान इंद्र की पूजा करो. इंद्र ने सोमरस के मद में वृत्र असुर द्वारा रोके हुए मेघों को स्वतंत्र कर दिया था. (१)

This stotao! Indra's anti-hostile radiance rises like ancient times, so you worship Indra like the Angiras with the most innovative praises. Indra had freed the clouds stopped by the Vrithra asuras in the head of Somras. (1)
प्र॒द॒क्षि॒णिद॒भि गृ॑णन्ति का॒रवो॒ वयो॒ वद॑न्त ऋतु॒था श॒कुन्त॑यः । उ॒भे वाचौ॑ वदति साम॒गा इ॑व गाय॒त्रं च॒ त्रैष्टु॑भं॒ चानु॑ राजति ॥ (१)

कपिंजल पक्षी समय-समय पर अन्न की सूचना देते हुए स्तोता के समान प्रदक्षिणा करते हुए शब्द करें. सामगायन करने वाला जिस प्रकार गायत्री एवं त्रिष्टुप् दोनों छंदों को बोलता है, उसी प्रकार कपिंजल पक्षी भी दोनों प्रकार के वाक्य बोलकर सुनने वालों को प्रसन्न करता है. (१)
EN English Translation
The cupinjal bird periodically utters words while making a circle similar to the stota, reporting food. Just as the samagana reciter speaks both Gayatri and Trishtupa verses, the kapinjal bird also pleases the listeners by speaking both kinds of sentences. (1)
प्रा॒ता रथो॒ नवो॑ योजि॒ सस्नि॒श्चतु॑र्युगस्त्रिक॒शः स॒प्तर॑श्मिः । दशा॑रित्रो मनु॒ष्यः॑ स्व॒र्षाः स इ॒ष्टिभि॑र्म॒तिभी॒ रंह्यो॑ भूत् ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
स्तुतियुक्त एवं शुद्ध यज्ञ हम लोगों ने प्रातःकाल आरंभ किया है. चार पत्थरों, तीन स्वरों, सात छंदों तथा दस पात्रों वाला यह यज्ञ मानवों का हितकारक एवं स्वर्ग देने वाला है वह मनोहर स्तुतियों एवं हवनों द्वारा प्रसिद्ध होगा. (१)

We have started a praiseful and pure yajna in the morning. This yajna with four stones, three vowels, seven verses and ten characters is beneficial and heaven-giving to human beings, it will be famous with beautiful praises and havans. (1)

इंद्र अपने आनंद के लिए सोमरस निचोड़ने वाले मेधावी यजमान का अन्न भक्षण करें. इस सोमरूपी प्राचीन अन्न में इंद्र बढ़ते हुए निवास करते हैं. इंद्र की स्तुति के इच्छुक ऋत्विज् भी इसी में निवास करते हैं. (१)
EN English Translation
Indra eats the food of the bright host who squeezes the somras for his enjoyment. Indra resides in this somarupi ancient food growing. The ritwijs who are interested in praising Indra also reside in it. (1)
व॒यं ते॒ वय॑ इन्द्र वि॒द्धि षु णः॒ प्र भ॑रामहे वाज॒युर्न रथ॑म् । वि॒प॒न्यवो॒ दीध्य॑तो मनी॒षा सु॒म्नमिय॑क्षन्त॒स्त्वाव॑तो॒ नॄन् ॥ (१)

हे इंद्र! जिस प्रकार अन्न का इच्छुक व्यक्ति गाड़ी बनाता है, उसी प्रकार हम तुम्हारे लिए सोमरस पर्याप्त मात्रा में तैयार करते हैं. तुम हमें भली प्रकार जानते हो. हम अपनी स्तुतियों से तुम्हें दीप्यमान करते हैं एवं सुख की याचना करते हैं. (१)

O Indra! Just as a person desirous of food makes a cart, so we prepare a fewras for you in sufficient quantity. You know us well. We brighten you with our praises and ask for happiness. (1)

O adhwaryujano! Bring the somajors, the wealthy, the heavenly, the man-conquerors, the cultivators of fertile lands, the ashwajayi, the gojayi, the jalvijayi and the desired somras for indra, worthy of yajna. (1)
