अप॒ स्वसु॑रु॒षसो॒ नग्जि॑हीते रि॒णक्ति॑ कृ॒ष्णीर॑रु॒षाय॒ पन्था॑म् । अश्वा॑मघा॒ गोम॑घा वां हुवेम॒ दिवा॒ नक्तं॒ शरु॑म॒स्मद्यु॑योतम् ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
रात अपनी बहिन उषा के पास से हट जाती है. काली रात उजले दिन के लिए रास्ता छोड़ती है. हे अश्व एवं गोरूप धनों के स्वामी अश्विनीकुमारो! हम तुम्हें बुलाते हैं. तुम रात- दिन हमारे पास से शत्रुओं को दूर करो. (१)
EN English Translation
The night turns away from his sister Usha. The black night leaves way for the bright day. O Ashwanikumaro, lord of the horse and gorup wealth! We call you. You remove the enemies from us day and night. (1)
उ॒पाया॑तं दा॒शुषे॒ मर्त्या॑य॒ रथे॑न वा॒मम॑श्विना॒ वह॑न्ता । यु॒यु॒तम॒स्मदनि॑रा॒ममी॑वां॒ दिवा॒ नक्तं॑ माध्वी॒ त्रासी॑थां नः ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अश्चिनीकुमारो! तुम अपने रथ द्वारा हव्य देने वाले यजमान के लिए उत्तम धन लाते हुए आओ एवं अन्न की कमी और रोग हमसे दूर रहे. मधुस्वामी अश्विनीकुमारो! तुम रात-दिन हमारी रक्षा करो. (२)
EN English Translation
O aschinikumaro! You may bring the best money to the host who gives the havya through your chariot and let the shortage of food and disease be away from us. Madhuswamy Ashwinikumaro! You protect us day and night. (2)
आ वां॒ रथ॑मव॒मस्यां॒ व्यु॑ष्टौ सुम्ना॒यवो॒ वृष॑णो वर्तयन्तु । स्यूम॑गभस्तिमृत॒युग्भि॒रश्वै॒राश्वि॑ना॒ वसु॑मन्तं वहेथाम् ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अश्विनीकुमारो! सुखपूर्वक जोते गए एवं कामवर्षक घोड़े उषाकाल होने पर तुम्हारे रथ को यहां लावें. सुखदायक किरणों वाले एवं धनयुक्त रथ को तुम जल प्रदान करने वाले अश्चों की सहायता से आगे बढ़ाओ. (३)
EN English Translation
O Ashwinikumaro! They were ploughed happily and the working horses should bring your chariot here when it is morning. Carry forward the chariot with soothing rays and rich with the help of the ass that which give you water. (3)
यो वां॒ रथो॑ नृपती॒ अस्ति॑ वो॒ळ्हा त्रि॑वन्धु॒रो वसु॑माँ उ॒स्रया॑मा । आ न॑ ए॒ना ना॑स॒त्योप॑ यातम॒भि यद्वां॑ वि॒श्वप्स्न्यो॒ जिगा॑ति ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे यजमानों का पालन करने वाले अश्विनीकुमारो! तुम्हारा रथ वहन करने वाला, तीन वंधुरा वाला, धनयुक्त, दिनभर चलने वाला एवं व्यापकरूप से गतिशील है. मैं उसी रथ द्वारा आने के लिए तुम्हारी स्तुति कर रहा हूं. (४)
EN English Translation
O Ashwinikumaro who follows the hosts! Your chariot is carrying, three-vandhara, rich, all-day-long and widely moving. I am praising you for coming by the same chariot. (4)
यु॒वं च्यवा॑नं ज॒रसो॑ऽमुमुक्तं॒ नि पे॒दव॑ ऊहथुरा॒शुमश्व॑म् । निरंह॑स॒स्तम॑सः स्पर्त॒मत्रिं॒ नि जा॑हु॒षं शि॑थि॒रे धा॑तम॒न्तः ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अश्विनीकुमारो! तुमने च्यवन की वृद्धावस्था दूर की, पेदु नामक राजा के लिए युद्ध में तेज चलने वाला घोड़ा भेजा, अत्रि को पाप एवं अंधेरे को पार किया एवं जाहुष को राज्यच्युत होने पर पुनः स्थापित किया. (५)
EN English Translation
O Ashwinikumaro! You removed the old age of Chyavan, sent a horse to a fast-paced horse in battle for a king named Pedu, overcame sin and darkness to Atri, and restored Jahush when he was ruled. (5)
इ॒यं म॑नी॒षा इ॒यम॑श्विना॒ गीरि॒मां सु॑वृ॒क्तिं वृ॑षणा जुषेथाम् । इ॒मा ब्रह्मा॑णि युव॒यून्य॑ग्मन्यू॒यं पा॑त स्व॒स्तिभिः॒ सदा॑ नः ॥ (६)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अभिलाषापूरक अश्विनीकुमारो! यह स्तुति एवं वाणी तुम्हारे लिए है. तुम इस शोभनस्तुति को स्वीकार करो. ये समस्त यज्ञकर्म तुम्हारी कामना करते हुए तुम्हे प्राप्त हों. हे देवो! तुम कल्याणसाधनों द्वारा हमारी सदा रक्षा करो. (६)
EN English Translation
This is the wish-filled Ashwinikumaro! This praise and speech is for you. You accept this adornment. May all these yajnakarmas be received by you while wishing you. Oh, God! You always protect us by means of welfare. (6)
