प्रास्य॒ धारा॑ अक्षर॒न्वृष्णः॑ सु॒तस्यौज॑सा । दे॒वाँ अनु॑ प्र॒भूष॑तः ॥ (१)

अभिलाषापूरक, निचोड़े हुए देवों को प्रभावित करने के इच्छुक सोम की धाराएं अपनी शक्ति से बहती हैं. (१)
EN English Translation
The streams of The Mons desirous of impressing the desireful, squeezed gods flow with their power. (1)
सप्तिं॑ मृजन्ति वे॒धसो॑ गृ॒णन्तः॑ का॒रवो॑ गि॒रा । ज्योति॑र्जज्ञा॒नमु॒क्थ्य॑म् ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
स्तोता, यज्ञ करने वाले एवं कार्यकर्ता लोग दीप्तिशाली, बढ़े हुए, स्तुति योग्य एवं गतिशील सोम को स्तुतियों द्वारा शुद्ध करते हैं. (२)
EN English Translation
The stotas, the yajna-doers and the workers purify the glorious, enlarged, praiseworthy and dynamic Som with praises. (2)
सु॒षहा॑ सोम॒ तानि॑ ते पुना॒नाय॑ प्रभूवसो । वर्धा॑ समु॒द्रमु॒क्थ्य॑म् ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अधिक धन के स्वामी सोम! जब तुम शुद्ध किए जाते हो, जब तुम्हारे तेज शोभा वाले बनते हैं, तब तुम स्तुति योग्य एवं समुद्र तुल्य द्रोणकलश को भरो. (३)
EN English Translation
O Mon, lord of more wealth! When you are cleansed, when you become bright beauties, then fill the praiseworthy and sealike Dronakalash. (3)
विश्वा॒ वसू॑नि सं॒जय॒न्पव॑स्व सोम॒ धार॑या । इ॒नु द्वेषां॑सि स॒ध्र्य॑क् ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे सोम! समस्त धनों को हमें देने के लिए जीतते हुए धाराओं के रूप में नीचे गिरो. सभी शत्रुओं को एक साथ दूर भगाओ. (४)
EN English Translation
Hey Mon! Fall down as winning streams to give us all the money. Drive away all the enemies together. (4)
रक्षा॒ सु नो॒ अर॑रुषः स्व॒नात्स॑मस्य॒ कस्य॑ चित् । नि॒दो यत्र॑ मुमु॒च्महे॑ ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे सोम! दान न करने वाले एवं अन्य सभी निंदकों से हमारी रक्षा करो. ऐसे साधन द्वारा हमारी रक्षा करो, जिससे हम मुक्त हो सकें. (५)
EN English Translation
Hey Mon! Protect us from non-donating and all other blasphemers. Protect us by means by which we can be freed. (5)
एन्दो॒ पार्थि॑वं र॒यिं दि॒व्यं प॑वस्व॒ धार॑या । द्यु॒मन्तं॒ शुष्म॒मा भ॑र ॥ (६)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे कुचले जाते हुए सोम! तुम धारा के रूप में नीचे गिरो. स्वर्गीय एवं धरती संबंधी धन के साथ तुम दीप्ति वाला बल लाओ. (६)
EN English Translation
O mon crushed! You fall down as the stream. Bring you a force of radiance with the wealth of the heavenly and the earth. (6)
