दे॒वस्य॑ त्वा सवि॒तुः प्र॑स॒वेऽश्विनो॑र्बा॒हुभ्यां॑ पू॒ष्णो हस्ता॑भ्याम् । आद॑दे॒ नार्य॑सी॒दम॒हꣳ रक्ष॑सां ग्रीवाऽअपि॑कृन्तामि । यवो॑ऽसि य॒वया॒स्मद् द्वेषो॑ य॒वयारा॑तीर्दि॒वे त्वा॒ऽन्तरि॑क्षाय त्वा पृथि॒व्यै त्वा॒ शुन्ध॑न्ताँल्लो॒काः पि॑तृ॒षद॑नाः पितृ॒षद॑नमसि ॥ (१)

हे यज्ञ साधनो! आप देवताओं के नायक हैं. हम आप को सविता द्वारा प्रेरित अश्विनीकुमारों की बांहों से ग्रहण करते हैं. हम आप को पूषा देव के हाथों से ग्रहण करते हैं, जो आर्य नहीं हैं. (आप आइए) आप उन राक्षसों की गरदनों पर प्रहार कीजिए. आप हमारे मित्र हैं. आप हमारे द्वेषियों को हम से दूर करने की कृपा कीजिए. हम स्वर्गलोक, अंतरिक्ष व पृथ्वी के लिए आप को पवित्र करते हैं. आप हमारे लिए पिता की तरह हैं. आप का घर हमारे लिए पिता के घर की तरह है.(१)

O sacrificial instruments! You are the hero of the gods. We receive you from the arms of Ashwinikumars inspired by Savita. We receive you from the hands of Pusha Dev, who is not an Aryan. (You come) you strike the necks of those demons. You are our friend. Please keep our malice away from us. We sanctify you for heaven, space and earth. You are like a father to us. Your house is like a father's house for us. (1)
अ॒ग्रे॒णीर॑सि स्वावे॒शऽउ॑न्नेतॄ॒णामे॒तस्य॑ वित्ता॒दधि॑ त्वा स्थास्यति दे॒वस्त्वा॑ सवि॒ता मध्वा॑नक्तु सुपिप्प॒लाभ्य॒स्त्वौष॑धीभ्यः । द्यामग्रे॑णास्पृक्ष॒ऽआन्तरि॑क्षं॒ मध्ये॑नाप्राः पृथि॒वीमुप॑रेणादृꣳहीः ॥ (२)

हे यज्ञ साधनो! आप अग्रणी हैं. आप अपनी जिम्मेदारी मान कर सब को उन्नति की ओर अग्रसर कीजिए. सविता देव जगत् के स्वामी हैं. वे आप को सुफल ओषधियों से भूषित करने की कृपा करें. आप स्वर्गलोक की ऊंचाइयों को छुएं शरेष्ठ विचारों से अंतरिक्षलोक को पूर्ण कर दीजिए. आप श्रेष्ठ कमाँ से पृथ्वी को ओतप्रोत करने की कृपा कीजिए. O sacrificial instruments! You are the leader. Accept your responsibility and lead everyone towards progress. Savita Dev is the master of the world. Please bless you with sufal medicines. You touch the heights of heaven, complete the space world with best thoughts. Please imbue the earth with the best of your deeds. (2)
या ते॒ धामा॑न्यु॒श्मसि॒ गम॑ध्यै॒ यत्र॒ गावो॒ भूरि॑शृङ्गाःऽअ॒यासः॑ । अत्राह॒ तदु॑रुगा॒यस्य॒ विष्णोः॑ प॒र॒मं प॒दमव॑भारि॒ भूरि॑ । ब्र॒ह्म॒वनि॑ त्वा क्षत्र॒वनि॑ रायस्पोष॒वनि॒ पर्यू॑हामि । ब्रह्म॑ दृꣳह क्ष॒त्रं दृ॒ꣳहायु॑र्दृꣳह प्र॒जां दृ॑ꣳह ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
विष्णु का जो धाम है, वह सूर्य की किरणों से प्रकाशित है. वह धाम सर्वव्यापक है. हम विष्णु के उस श्रेष्ठ धाम को पाने की इच्छा रखते हैं. आप ब्राह्मणों व क्षत्रियां आदि को यथायोग्य धन और पोषण देते हैं. आप ब्राह्मणों, क्षत्रियों और वैश्यों को धन व संतान दीजिए. (३)
EN English Translation
The temple of Vishnu is illuminated by the rays of the sun. That dham is omnipresent. We wish to get that best place of Vishnu. You give proper money and nutrition to Brahmins and Kshatriyas etc. You give wealth and children to Brahmins, Kshatriyas and Vaishyas. (3)
विष्णोः॒ कर्म्मा॑णि पश्यत॒ यतो॑ व्र॒तानि॑ पस्प॒शे । इन्द्र॑स्य॒ युज्यः॒ सखा॑ ॥ (४)

हे यजमानो! हम विष्णु से जुड़ें. हम उन के मित्र हो जाएं. उन के कामों को देखें. हम उन के व्रतों का पालन करें. (४)
EN English Translation
O hosts! Let us join Vishnu. Let us be their friends. Look at their works. We follow their fasts. (4)
तद्विष्णोः॑ पर॒मं प॒दꣳ सदा॑ पश्यन्ति सूरयः॑ । दि॒वीव॒ चक्षु॒रात॑तम् ॥ (५)

शूरवीर सदैव विष्णु का परम पद स्वर्गलोक में छाए हुए प्रकाश के समान देखते हैं. (५)

Knights always see the supreme position of Vishnu as the light in heaven. (5)
प॒रि॒वीर॑सि॒ परि॑ त्वा॒ दैवी॒र्विशो॑ व्ययन्तां॒ परी॒मं यज॑मान॒ꣳ रायो॑ मनु॒ष्याणाम् । दि॒वः सू॒नुर॑स्ये॒ष ते॑ पृथि॒व्याँल्लो॒कऽआ॑र॒ण्यस्ते॑ प॒शुः ॥ (६)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे यज्ञ देव! आप सर्वव्यापक हैं. यजमान आप को कणकण में देखते हैं. आप दिन के पुत्र की तरह व्याप्त हैं. पृथ्वीलोक, वन प्रदेश, व पशु भी आप का ही विस्तार है. आप मनुष्यों को धन प्रदान करने की कृपा कीजिए. (६)

O Sacrificial God! You are omnipresent. Hosts see you in particle particles. You are pervaded like the son of the day. Earth, forest land, and animals are also an extension of you. Please provide money to human beings. (6)
उ॒पा॒वीर॒स्युप॑ दे॒वान् दैवी॒र्विशः॒ प्रागु॑रु॒शिजो॒ वह्नि॑तमान् । देव॑ त्वष्ट॒र्वसु॑ रम ह॒व्या ते॑ स्वदन्ताम् ॥ (७)

हे त्वष्टा देव! आप सर्जक हैं. आप समीप आए हुए की रक्षा करते हैं. आप की कृपा से प्रजा श्रेष्ठ गुणों से संपन्न हो जाए. आप दिव्य गुण संपन्न, तेजस्वी व समर्थ हैं. ये सभी गुण आप की कृपा से विद्वानों को प्राप्त हों. हम आप को रमणीय हवि प्रदान कर रहे हैं. आप उस का आस्वादन करने की कृपा कीजिए. (७)

O God of Tvashta! You are the initiator. You protect the near and dear one. By your grace, the people should be endowed with superior qualities. You are endowed with divine qualities, brightness and capable. May all these qualities be attained by scholars by your grace. We are providing you with delightful havi. Please greet him. (7)
रेव॑ती॒ रम॑ध्वं॒ बृह॑स्पते धा॒रया॒ वसू॑नि । ऋ॒तस्य॑ त्वा देवहविः॒ पाशे॑न प्रति॑मुञ्चामि॒ धर्षा॒ मानु॑षः ॥ (८)

यज्ञ के आचायों ने उत्तम कोटि की हवि के लिए विशाल धाराओं के रूप में धन देने बाले जिन पशुओं को बांधा, उन पशुओं को अब हम मुक्त करते हैं. वे पशु हमें और हमारे यज्ञ के लिए दूध आदि के रूप में धन धारण करते रहें. हम समर्थ बनें. (८)

We now free the animals that the yagya's achas tied in the form of huge streams for the best quality of havi. Those animals should continue to hold money in the form of milk etc. for us and our yajna. Let us be able. (8)

सविता देव की कृपा से हम अश्विनीकुमारों व पूषा देव को दोनों बाहुओं से ग्रहण करते हैं. अग्नि व सोम देव की संतुष्टि के लिए यज्ञ करते हैं. ओषधियां और जल शुद्धता का अनुकरण करें. (यज्ञ कार्य हेतु) माता अनुमति प्रदान करें. (यज्ञ कार्य हेतु) पिता अनुमति प्रदान करों. (यज्ञ कार्य हेतु) भाई अनुमति प्रदान करें. (यज्ञ कार्य हेतु) मित्र अनुमति प्रदान करें. हम अग्नि की संतुष्टि के लिए यज्ञ करते हैं. हम सोम की संतुष्टि के लिए यज्ञ करते हैं. (९)

By the grace of Savita Dev, we receive Ashwini Kumar and Pusha Dev with both arms. Agni and Som perform yajna for the satisfaction of God. Follow medicines and water purity. Mother should give permission (for yajna work). Give permission to the father (for the yagna work). Brothers give permission (for yajna work). Grant friend permission (for yajna work). We perform yajna for the satisfaction of agni. We perform yajna for the satisfaction of Soma. (9)
अ॒पां पे॒रुर॒स्यापो॑ दे॒वीः स्व॑दन्तु स्वा॒त्तं चि॒त्सद्दे॑वह॒विः । सं ते॑ प्रा॒णो वाते॑न गच्छता॒ꣳ समङ्गा॑नि॒ यज॑त्रैः॒ सं य॒ज्ञप॑तिरा॒शिषा॑ ॥ (१०)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे यज्ञ से जुड़े पशु देव! आप जल के रक्षक व दिव्य गुणों बाले हैं. आप सदैव हविमय रहने की कृपा करें. देव कृपा से यज्ञपति को आशीर्वाद मिले. हमारे प्राण वायु से भरे रहें. हम यज्ञीय अनुशासन का पालन करें. (१०)

O animal god associated with the yajna! You are the protector of water and the divine qualities. Please always be happy. May yajnapati be blessed by god's grace. May our lives be full of air. We should follow sacrificial discipline. (10)
घृ॒तेना॒क्तौ प॒शूँस्त्रा॑येथा॒ रेव॑ति॒ यज॑माने प्रि॒यं धाऽआवि॑श । उ॒रोर॒न्तरि॑क्षात् स॒जूर्दे॒वेन॒ वाते॑ना॒स्य ह॒विष॒स्त्मना॑ यज॒ सम॑स्य त॒न्वा भव । वर्षो॒ वर्षी॑यसि य॒ज्ञे य॒ज्ञप॑तिं धाः॒ स्वाहा॑ दे॒वेभ्यो॑ दे॒वेभ्यः॒ स्वाहा॑ ॥ (११)

हे यज्ञ देव! आप घी आदि (हवि हेतु उपयोगी) देने वाले पशुओं की रक्षा करने की कृपा करें. यजमान के लिए ये पशु प्रिय हों. उन के प्रिय धाम में वास करं. ये पशु यजमान के अनुकूल हों. यजमान की रक्षा करने की कृपा कीजिए. इस यज्ञ में हवि से उस का विस्तार करने की कृपा करें. यज्ञपति बरसों तक जीएं. वे कल्याण करें. देवताओं के लिए स्वाहा. (११)

O Sacrificial God! Please protect the animals giving ghee etc. (useful for havi). These animals should be dear to the host. Live in their beloved abode. These animals should be compatible with the host. Please protect the host. In this yajna, please expand it with havi. May yajnapati live for years. They do welfare. Swaha to the gods. (11)
माहि॑र्भू॒र्मा पृदा॑कु॒र्नम॑स्तऽआतानान॒र्वा प्रेहि॑ । घृ॒तस्य॑ कु॒ल्याऽउप॑ऽऋ॒तस्य॒ पथ्या॒ऽअनु॑ ॥ (१२)

हे यज्ञ देव! आप महान् हैं. आप यजमानों के प्रति हिंसक मत होना. आप महान् हैं. आप यजमानों के प्रति निर्दय मत होना. आप महान् हैं. आप यजमानों के प्रति क्रोधित मत होना. आप की कृपा से घी जल की भांति बहे. हम सत्य के पथ का अनुसरण करें. (१२)

O Sacrificial God! You are great. Don't be violent towards hosts. You are great. Don't be cruel to the hosts. You are great. Don't be angry with the hosts. By your grace, ghee flow like water. Let us follow the path of truth. (12)
देवी॑रापः शु॒द्धा वो॑ढ्व॒ꣳ सुप॑रिविष्टा दे॒वषु॒ सुप॑रिविष्टा व॒यं प॑रि॒वे॒ष्टारो॑ भूयास्म ॥ (१३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे देवियो! आप शुद्ध हैं. आप प्राकृतिक रूप से शुद्ध हैं. आप देवताओं के लिए हवि बहन करने की कृपा करें. हवि उत्तम पात्र में है. आप उसे ग्रहण करने की कृपा कीजिए. इन की कृपा से हम भी कार्य करने वाले हों. (१३)

O ladies! You are pure. You are naturally pure. Please do Havi Sister to the gods. Havi is in the best character. Please accept it. By his grace, we are also going to work. (13)
वाचं॑ ते शुन्धामि प्रा॒णं ते॑ शुन्धामि॒ चक्षुस्॑ते शुन्धामि॒ श्रोत्रं॑ ते शुन्धामि॒ नाभिं॑ ते शुन्धामि॒ मेढ्रं॑ ते शुन्धामि पा॒युं ते॑ शुन्धामि च॒रित्राँ॑स्ते शुन्धामि ॥ (१४)

हे याजक! हम यजमान आप की वाणी को शुद्ध करते हैं. यजमान आप के प्राण को शुद्ध करते हैं. हम यजमान आप के नेत्रों को शुद्ध करते हैं. हम यजमान आप के कानों को शुद्ध करते हैं. हम यजमान आप की नाभि को शुद्ध करते हैं. हम यजमान आप की जननेंद्रिय को शुद्ध करते हैं. हम यजमान आप की गुदा को शुद्ध करते हैं. हम यजमान आप के चरित्र को शुद्ध करते हैं. O priest! We hosts purify your speech. Hosts purify your soul. We hosts purify your eyes. We hosts purify your ears. We hosts purify your navel. We hosts purify your genitals. We cleanse your anus. We, the host, purify your character. (14)
मन॑स्त॒ऽआप्या॑यतां॒ वाक् त॒ऽआप्या॑यतां प्रा॒णस्त॒ऽआप्या॑यतां॒ चक्षु॑स्त॒ऽआप्या॑यता॒ श्रोत्रं॑ त॒ऽआप्या॑यताम् । यत्ते॑ क्रू॒रं यदास्थि॑तं॒ तत्त॒ऽआप्या॑यतां॒ निष्ट्या॑यतां॒ तत्ते॑ शुध्यतु॒ शमहो॑भ्यः । ओष॑धे॒ त्राय॑स्व॒ स्वधि॑ते॒ मैन॑ꣳ हिꣳसीः ॥ (१५)

हे याजक! आप का मन प्रसन्न हो. आप की वाणी प्रसन्न हो. आप के प्राण प्रसन्न हों. आप के नेत्र प्रसन्न हों. आप के कान प्रसन्न हों. हे यजमान! आप की क्रूरता समाप्त हो. आप का स्वभाव स्थिर हो. हे याजक! आप का स्वभाव दूढ़ हो. आप का आचरण शुद्ध हो, हमें भी शुद्ध करे. ओषधियां रक्षा करें. आप इन्हें नष्ट होने से बचाइए. (१५)

O priest! Your mind is happy. Please your speech. May your life be happy. May your eyes be happy. May your ears be happy. O host! End the cruelty of you. Your nature is stable. O priest! Your nature is crooked. May your conduct be pure, may you also purify us. Protect the medicines. You save them from being destroyed. (15)
रक्ष॑सां भागोऽसि॒ निर॑स्त॒ꣳ रक्ष॑ऽइ॒दम॒हꣳ रक्षो॒ऽभिति॑ष्ठामी॒दम॒हꣳ रक्षोऽव॑बाधऽइ॒दम॒हꣳ रक्षो॑ऽध॒मं तमो॑ नयामि । घृ॒तेन॑ द्यावापृथिवी॒ प्रोर्णु॑वाथां॒ वायो॒ वे स्तो॒काना॑म॒ग्निराज्य॑स्य वेतु॒ स्वाहा॒ स्वाहा॑कृतेऽऊ॒र्ध्वन॑भसं मारु॒तं ग॑च्छतम् ॥ (१६)

ज्ञ में त्यागा हुआ तिनका राक्षसों का भाग है. इसलिए हे परित्यक्त तृण! हम आप को दूर करते हैं. आप राक्षसी वृत्ति (स्वभाव) बाले हैं. आप पतन के गड्ढे में ही बैठे रहिए. आप बाधक व अधम हैं. हम आप को अंधकार में ले जाते हैं. यजमान द्वारा दी गई हवि से स्वर्गलोक व पृथ्वीलोक परिपूर्ण हों. यजमान द्वारा दी गई हवि अग्निग्रहण करने की कृपा करें. अग्नि के लिए स्वाहा. नभ देव के लिए स्वाहा. वह हवि ऊंचे नभलोक तक पहुंचे. हवा के रूप में पूरे आकाशलोक में चली जाए. (१६)

The abandoned tinka in the vya is part of the demons. That's why this abandoned grass! We turn you away. You are a demonic instinct. You sit in the pit of collapse. इ॒दमा॑पः॒ प्रव॑हताव॒द्यं च॒ मलं॑ च॒ यत् । यच्चा॑भिदु॒द्रोहानृ॑तं॒ यच्च॑ शे॒पेऽअ॑भी॒रुण॑म् । आपो॑ मा॒ तस्मा॒देन॑सः॒ पव॑मानश्च मुञ्चतु ॥ (१७)

हे जल देव! आप जिस तरह हमारे मल आदि को दूर करते हैं, उसी तरह यजमान के इर्ष्या, झूठ, दोष आदि को दूर करें. जल तथा वायु हम को इन पापों से मुक्त करें. जल हम को पवित्र बनाने की कृपा करे. (१७)

O God of water! Just as you remove our stool, etc., remove the jealousy, lies, defects, etc. of the host. May water and air absolve us of these sins. May water please make us holy. (17)
सं ते॒ मनो॒ मन॑सा॒ सं प्रा॒णः प्रा॒णेन॑ गच्छताम् । रेड॑स्य॒ग्निष्ट्वा॑ श्रीणा॒त्वाप॑स्त्वा॒ सम॑रिण॒न् वात॑स्य त्वा ध्राज्यै॑ पू॒ष्णो रꣳह्या॑ऽऊ॒ष्मणो॑ व्यथिष॒त् प्रयु॑तं॒ द्वेषः॑ ॥ (१८)

याजक उन यजमानों के मन से युक्त हो. वह उन यजमानों के मन प्राण से युक्त हो. वह उन यजमानों के दिव्य प्राण से युक्त हो. अग्नि व जल देव आप को शोभा युक्त बनाने की कृपा करें. वायु देव की गति एवं सूर्य की ऊर्जा परिपक्व हो. सब के विकार व द्वेष नष्ट हों. (१८)

The priest should be filled with the minds of those hosts. May the minds of those hosts be filled with life. May he be filled with the divine soul of those hosts. May God of Fire and Water bless you with beauty. The speed of the wind god and the energy of the sun should mature. May everyone's disorders and malice be destroyed. (18)
घृ॒तं घृ॒॑तपावानः पिबत॒ वसां॑ वसापावानः पिबता॒न्तरि॑क्षस्य ह॒विर॑सि॒ स्वाहा॑ । दिशः॑ प्र॒दिश॑ऽआ॒दिशो॑ वि॒दिश॑ऽउ॒द्दिशो॑ दि॒ग्भ्यः स्वाहा॑ ॥ (१९)

घी पीने वाले घी पीएं. बसा पीने वाले वसा पीएं. घी और वसा अंतरिक्ष के लिए हवि हों. घी और वसा दोनों के लिए स्वाहा. दिशा के लिए स्वाहा. प्रदिशा के लिए स्वाहा. शत्रु के लिए स्वाहा. अमर के लिए स्वाहा. सब के लिए स्वाहा. (१९)

Drink ghee drinkers. Settle drinking fat. Ghee and fat are enough for space. Swaha for both ghee and fat. Swaha for direction. Swaha for Pradisha. Swaha for the enemy. Swaha for amar. Swaha for all. (19)
ऐ॒न्द्रः प्रा॒णोऽअङ्गे॑ऽअङ्गे॒ निदी॑ध्यदै॒न्द्रऽउ॑दा॒नोऽअङ्गे॑ऽअङ्गे॒ निधी॑तः । देव॑ त्वष्ट॒र्भूरि॑ ते॒ सꣳस॑मेतु॒ सल॑क्ष्मा॒ यद्विषु॑रूपं॒ भवा॑ति । दे॒व॒त्रा यन्त॒म॑वसे॒ सखा॒योऽनु॑ त्वा मा॒ता पि॒तरो॑ मदन्तु ॥ (२०)

अंगअंग, प्राणप्राण व उदान में इंद्र विराजमान हैं. त्वष्टा इन सब की सुरक्षा करने की कृपा करों. इंद्र की शक्ति इन सब की सुरक्षा करने की कृपा करे. देव की शक्ति इन सब की रक्षा करने की कृपा करें. देव हमारे सखाओं का कल्याण करने की कृपा करें. देव हमारे मातापिता को आनंदित करने की कृपा करें. (२०)

Indra is seated in Angaang, Pranapran b Udan. Please protect all this. May Indra's power to protect all of them. Please may the power of God protect all of them. May God be pleased to do good to our friends. May God bless our parents with joy. (20)
