देव॑ सवितः॒ प्रसु॑व य॒ज्ञं प्रसु॑व य॒ज्ञप॑तिं॑ भगा॑य । दि॒व्यो ग॑न्ध॒र्वः के॑त॒पूः केतं॑ नः पुनातु वा॒चस्पति॒र्वाजं॑ नः स्वदतु॒ स्वाहा॑ ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे सविता! हम आप की कृपा से इस यज्ञ को विधिवत पूरा करें. आप यज्ञपति को सौभाग्यवान बनाने की कृपा कीजिए. आप की किरणें दिव्य हैं. आप उन किरणों से हमारे अन्न को पवित्र कीजिए. हमारा वह अन्न वाचस्पति देव को भी बलवान बनाने वाला हो. वाचस्पति देव के लिए स्वाहा. वह अन्न हमें भी स्वादिष्ट लगे. (१)

O Savita! Let us duly complete this yajna by your grace. Please make Yajnapati fortunate. Your rays are divine. Sanctify our food with those rays. Our food is going to make Vachaspati Dev stronger. Swaha for Vachaspati Dev. We also found that food delicious. (1)

हे सोम! आप धुव (स्थिर) रूप से प्रतिष्ठा प्राप्त हैं. आप मनुष्यों के मन में रमते हैं. आप इंद्र देव की योनि हैं. इंद्र देव भी आप को ग्रहण करते हैं. आप उपयाम (पात्र) में पधारिए. आप सर्वाधिक चाहे गए देव हैं. आप जल, घी व व्योम (आकाश) में वास करते हैं. हम आप को इंद्र के लिए ग्रहण करते हैं. आप इंद्र देव की योनि व इष्टतम हैं. आप बरतन में पधारने की कृपा कीजिए. आप पृथ्वी, अंतरिक्ष व स्वर्गलोक में निवास करते हैं. आप देवों के योग्य हैं. आप सोम को इंद्र देव के लिए ग्रहण करते हैं. आप इंद्र देव की योनि और आप इष्टतम हैं. O Mon! You have a reputation in a smoke (static) manner. You ruminate in the minds of human beings. You are the vagina of Indra Dev. Indra Dev also accepts you. You enter the upayam (vessel). You are the most wanted god. You live in water, ghee and vyom (sky). We accept you for Indra. You are Indra Dev's vagina and optimum. Please come to the vessel. You live in earth, space and paradise. You are worthy of gods. You accept Som for Indra Dev. You are indra dev's vagina and you are optimal. (2)

हे सोम! आप जल और रसों के सार, सूर्य में समाए व जल के सार के भी सार हैं. उस रस को हम पात्र में ग्रहण करते हैं. हम आप को इंद्र देव के लिए बरतन में ग्रहण करते हैं. हम आप को वायु के लिए बरतन में ग्रहण करते हैं. आप इंद्र देव के इष्टतम और इंद्र की योनि हैं. हम यजमान इंद्र देव के लिए आप को ग्रहण करते हैं. (३)

O Mon! You are also the essence of the essence of water and juices, the essence of the sun and the essence of water. We take that juice in the vessel. We take you in the kitchen for Indra Dev. हे सोम और सोमरस के पात्रो! हम ऊर्जा पाने के लिए आप का आह्वान करते हैं. आप ब्राह्मणों की बुद्दि विस्तृत करते हैं. आप यजमानों के लिए ऊर्जस्वी रस को भलीभांति स्थापित करते हैं. हम आप दोनों को इंद्र देव के लिए उपयाम पात्र में स्थापित करते हैं. आप इंद्र देव की योनि हैं. आप दोनों इंद्र देव के अभीष्ट हैं. आप दोनों संपृक्त (साथसाथ) रह कर हमारा कल्याण व हमें सुख प्रदान कीजिए. आप दोनों पृथक् (अलग) रह कर हमें पापों से दूर करने की कृपा कीजिए. O characters of Mon and Someras! We call upon you to get energy. You expand the intellect of Brahmins. You establish the energetic juice well for the hosts. We establish both of you in the upyam character for Indra Dev. You are the vagina of Indra Dev. Both of you are the desired of Indra Dev. May both of you be united and give us welfare and happiness. Please both of you to stay separate and remove us from sins. (4)
इन्द्र॑स्य॒ वज्रो॑ऽसि वाज॒सास्त्वया॒यं वाज॑ꣳ सेत् । वाज॑स्य॒ नु प्र॑स॒वे मा॒तरं॑ म॒हीमदि॑तिं॒ नाम॒ वच॑सा करामहे । यस्या॑मि॒दं विश्वं॒ भुव॑नमावि॒वेश॒ तस्यां॑ नो दे॒वः स॑वि॒ता धर्म॑ साविषत् ॥ (५)

आप इंद्र देव के वज्र और अन्नमय हैं. आप से यजमान को भी अन प्राप्त हो. हम अपनी (मंत्रमय) वाणी से धरती को अन्न उपजाने के लिए प्रेरित करते हैं. पृथ्वी को देवों की माता अदिति के समान प्रेरित करते हैं. सारा संसार (लोक) सव्रता देव के वश में है. सविता हमें धार्मिक बनाएं. वे हमें गतिशील बनाने की कृपा करें. (५)

You are indra dev's vajra and annamaya. The host also gets it from you. We inspire the earth to grow food with our (mantra) speech. Inspires the earth like Aditi, the mother of gods. The whole world (folk) is under the control of Savrata Dev. Savita make us religious. Please make us dynamic. (5)
देवी॑रापो॒ यो व॑ऽऊ॒र्मिः प्रतू॑र्तिः क॒कुन्मा॑न् वाज॒सास्तेना॒यं वाज॑ꣳ सेत् । अ॒प्स्वन्तर॒मृत॑म॒प्सु भे॑ष॒जम॒पामु॒त प्रश॑स्ति॒ष्वश्वा॒ भव॑त वा॒जिनः॑ ॥ (६)

जल के भीतर अमृत व ओषधियां हैं. हम उन का सेवन कर के घोड़े की तरह बलवान हो जाएं. हे जल समूह! आप की तरंगें ऊंची हैं और लहरें वेगशाली हैं. आप की ऊंचीऊंची तरंगें हमें अन्न प्रदान करने की कृपा करें. (६)

There are nectar and medicines inside the water. Let us eat them and become strong like horses. O water group! Your waves are high and the waves are fast. May your high waves please provide us food. (6)
वातो॑ वा॒ मनो॑ वा गन्ध॒र्वाः स॒प्तवि॑ꣳशतिः । तेऽअग्रेऽश्व॑मयुञ्जँ॒स्तेऽअ॑स्मिन् ज॒वमाद॑धुः ॥ (७)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
वायु, मन, गंधर्व आदि ने पहले ही सात से तिगुने यानी सत्ताईस घोड़े अपने साथ जोत लिए हैं. वे आगेआगे (जल्दीजल्दी) आ कर हमारे यज्ञ की बढ़ोतरी करने की कृपा करें. (७)
EN English Translation
Vayu, Mana, Gandharva etc. have already ploughed seven to three i.e. twenty-seven horses with them. May they come forward (sooner) and increase our yajna. (7)
वात॑रꣳहा भव वाजिन् यु॒ज्यमा॑न॒ऽइन्द्र॑स्येव॒ दक्षि॑णः श्रि॒यैधि॑ । यु॒ञ्जन्तु॑ त्वा म॒रुतो॑ वि॒श्ववे॑दस॒ऽआ ते॒ त्वष्टा॑ प॒त्सु ज॒वं द॑धातु ॥ (८)

हे अग्नि! आप बलवान हैं. आप रथ में जुत कर वायु की तरह वेगवान बन जाइए. आप इंद्र देव के दक्षिणी भाग की शोभा बढ़ाने की कृपा कीजिए. आप को मरुद्गण रथ में जोतने की कृपा करें. त्वष्टा देव! आप पैरों में बल धारण कीजिए. (८)

O agni! You are strong. You jump in the chariot and become as fast as the wind. Please beautify the southern part of Indra Dev. Please plough you in the desert chariot. God of God! You have strength in your feet. (8)
ज॒वो यस्ते॑ वाजि॒न्निहि॑तो॒ गुहा॒ यः श्ये॒ने परी॑त्तो॒ऽअच॑रच्च॒ वाते॑ । तेन॑ नो वाजि॒न् बल॑वा॒न् बले॑न वाज॒जिच्च॒ भव॒ सम॑ने च पारयि॒ष्णुः । वाजि॑नो वाजजितो॒ वाज॑ꣳ सरि॒ष्यन्तो॒ बृह॒स्पते॑र्भा॒गमव॑जिघ्रत ॥ (९)

हे बलशाली! आप हमें भी अपने बल से बलवान बनाइए. हमें अपना वह वेग दे दीजिए जो आप के हदय में है, श्येन पक्षी के उड़ने में है और वायु की गति में है. आप हमें बलवान बनाइए ताकि हम शत्रुओं के पार जा सकें. हे अन्न जीतने वाले! आप हमें बलदायी अन्न दीजिए. हम अन्न की चाह से बृहस्पति के भाग को सूंघ सकें. (९)

O mighty! You also make us strong with your strength. Give us the velocity that is in your heart, the sight is in the bird's flying and the speed of the wind. You make us strong so that we can go beyond the enemies. O conqueror of food! You give us strong food. We can smell the part of Jupiter with the desire for food. (9)

सबिता देव की कृपा से हम सत्य मार्ग पर चल सकें. बृहस्पति के उत्तम स्वर्ग का आरोहण कर सकें. सविता देव की कृपा से हम सत्य मार्ग पर चल सकें. इंद्र देव के उत्तम स्वर्ग का आरोहण कर सकें. सत्य उपजाने वाले सविता देव की कृपा से हम बृहस्पति के श्रेष्ठ स्वर्ग में चढ़ गए. सत्य उपजाने वाले सविता देव की कृपा से इंद्र देव के श्रेष्ठ स्वर्ग में चढ़ गए. बृह॑स्पते॒ वाजं॑ जय॒ बृह॒स्पत॑ये॒ वाचं॑ वदत॒ बृह॒स्पतिं॒ वाजं॑ जापयत । इन्द्र॒ वाजं॑ ज॒येन्द्रा॑य॒ वाचं॑ वद॒तेन्द्रं॒ वाजं॑ जापयत ॥ (११)

हे बृहस्पति! आप विजय पाइए. हे यजमानो! आप बृहस्पति देव के लिए मंत्र गाइए. आप व बृहस्पति देव को और अधिक बल मिल सके, इस के लिए जप कीजिए. हे इंद्र देव! आप विजय पाइए, हे यजमानो! आप इंद्र देव के लिए मंत्र गाइए. इंद्र देव को और अधिक बल मिल सके, इस के लिए आप जप कीजिए. (११)

O Jupiter! You win. O hosts! You sing mantras for Jupiter Dev. Chant so that you and Jupiter can get more strength. O Indra Dev! You conquer, O host! You sing mantras for Indra Dev. Chant so that Indra Dev gets more strength. (11)
ए॒षा वः॒ सा स॒त्या सं॒वाग॑भू॒द् यया॒ बृह॒स्पतिं॒ वाज॒मजी॑जप॒ताजी॑जपत॒ बृह॒स्पतिं॒ वाजं॒ वन॑स्पतयो॒ विमु॑च्यध्यम् । ए॒षाः वः॒ स॒त्या सं॒वाग॑भू॒द् ययेन्द्रं॒ वाज॒मजी॑जप॒ताजी॑जप॒तेन्द्रं॒ वाजं॒ वन॑स्पतयो॒ विमु॑च्यध्वम् ॥ (१२)

हे वादको, वाद्य यंत्र बजाने वालो! आप एक साथ ऐसा स्वर निकालिए, जिस से बृहस्पति देव की विजय हो. हे बनस्पतियो! हे वन के स्वामी! आप अपने घोड़े आदि छोड़ दीजिए. जिस से इंद्र देव की विजय हो सके. इस विजय के बाद हे सेनापतियो! आप घोड़े, हाथी आदि को आराम देने की कृपा कीजिए. (१२)

O musician, the instrument! Together, you take out a tone that will win over Jupiter. O Banaspatio! O Lord of the Forest! You leave your horses etc. So that Indra Dev can win. After this victory, O Generals! Please give rest to horses, elephants, etc. (12)
दे॒वस्या॒हꣳ स॑वि॒तुः स॒वे स॒त्यप्र॑सवसो॒ बृह॒स्पते॑र्वाज॒जितो॒ वाजं॑ जेषम् । वाजि॑नो वाज॒जि॒तोऽध्व॑न स्कभ्नु॒वन्तो॒ योज॑ना॒ मिमा॑नाः॒ काष्ठां॑ गच्छत ॥ (१३)

सविता देव! सत्य मार्ग के प्रेरक व सभी को प्रकाशित करने बाले है. युद्ध में बिजयी होने वाले बृहस्पति देव का बल पा कर हम भी युद्ध में विजय पाएं. हमारे बलशाली घोड़े बहुत वेगवान हैं. उन की कृपा से हम युद्ध में विजय पाते हैं. हम शत्रुओं का मार्ग रोक कर इन्हीं घोड़ों के कारण कोसों की दूरी नापते हैं. सीमा के पार पहुंच सकते हैं. Savita Dev! Truth is the motivator of the path and the illuminating of all. By getting the strength of Jupiter, who is busy in the war, we also win the war. Our strong horses are very fast. ए॒ष स्य वा॒ज क्षि॑प॒णिं तु॑रण्यति ग्री॒वायां॑ ब॒द्धोऽअ॑पिक॒क्षऽआ॒सनि॑ । क्रतुं॑ दधि॒क्राऽअनु॑ स॒ꣳसनि॑ष्यदत् प॒थामङ्का॒स्यन्वा॒पनी॑फण॒त् स्वाहा॑ ॥ (१४)

गरदन से लगाम, जीन आदि से बंधा हुआ यह घोड़ा बेग से चलता है. यह रास्ते की सभी बाधाओं को पार कर लेता है. यह यज्ञ का अनुकरण और घोड़े पर बैठा बीर शत्रुओं पर (सफलता से) प्रहार करता है. इस (अश्व) के लिए स्वाहा. (१४)

Tied to the neck with reins, genes, etc., this horse walks from the beg. It overcomes all obstacles along the way. It imitates the yajna and the bir sitting on the horse strikes the enemies (successfully). Swaha for this (horse). (14)
उ॒त स्मा॑स्य॒ द्रव॑तस्तुरण्य॒तः प॒र्णं॑ न वेरेनु॑वाति प्रग॒र्धिनः॑ । श्ये॒नस्ये॑व॒ ध्रज॑तोऽअङ्क॒सं परि॑ दधि॒क्राव्णः॑ स॒होर्जा तरि॑त्रतः॒ स्वाहा॑ ॥ (१५)

हे यजमानो! जो पराक्रमी है, जो तीर की तरह वेगवान है, जो घोड़े की तरह वेगशाली है, जो सत्यवादी है, जो बाज पक्षी की तरह वेगवान है, जिस घोड़े पर बैठ कर वीर युद्धों में शत्रुओं पर विजय पाता है, यह आहुति उसी के लिए समर्पित है. (१५)

O hosts of the Yagya! This ahuti is for, who is mighty, who is as fast as an arrow, who is as fast as a horse, who is truthful, who is as fast as a hawk bird, who wins over the enemies in heroic wars. (15)
शन्नो॑ भवन्तु वा॒जिनो॒ हवे॑षु दे॒वता॑ता मि॒तद्र॑वः स्व॒र्काः । ज॒म्भय॒न्तोऽहिं॒ वृक॒ꣳ रक्षा॑सि॒ सने॑म्य॒स्मद्यु॑यव॒न्नमी॑वाः ॥ (१६)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
बलवान घोड़े हमारे लिए सुखदायी हों. वे दैवी आहुतियों में और भी सुशोभित हों. ये घोड़े भेड़ियों की तरह आक्रमण करने वाले शत्रुओं को दूर करने की कृपा करें. सांप जैसे विशवासघातियों से हमारी रक्षा करें. विघ्न करने वालों को हम से दूर करने की कृपा करें. (१६)

May strong horses be happy for us. May they be even more adorned in divine sacrifices. May these horses be kind enough to ward off invading enemies like wolves. Protect us from traitors like snakes. Please remove those who disturb us. (16)
ते नो॒ऽअर्व॑न्तो हवन॒श्रुतो॒ हवं॒ विश्वे॑ शृण्वन्तु वा॒जिनो॑ मि॒तद्र॑वः । स॒ह॒स्र॒सा मे॒धसा॑ता सनि॒ष्यवो॑ म॒हो ये धन॑ꣳ समि॒थेषु॑ जभ्रि॒रे ॥ (१७)

हे यजमानो! वीर घोड़े पर सवारी करने वाले हैं. वे बहुत अधिक वेगवान हैं. वे वीर हमारी वाणी को सुनने की कृपा करें. जो वीर हजारों को आनंद देते हैं, जो बीर लोगों की आवश्यकता की पूर्ति करते हैं, जो वीर यज्ञ के अधिष्ठाता हैं, वे वीर धनवान व महिमावान होते हैं. (१७)

O host! Veer is going to ride on a horse. They are much faster. May those heroes be kind to listen to our voice. The heroes who give pleasure to thousands, who fulfill the needs of the bir people, those who are the founders of the heroic yagna, they are brave, rich and glorious. (17)
वाजे॑वाजेऽवत वाजिनो नो॒ धने॑षु विप्राऽअमृताऽऋतज्ञाः । अ॒स्य मध्वः॑ पिबत मा॒दय॑ध्वं तृ॒प्ता या॑त प॒थिभि॑र्देव॒यानैः॑ ॥ (१८)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अश्वो! आप बलवान हैं. ब्राह्मण, सत्य के ज्ञाता हमें धनधान्यमय बनाएं. हमारा पालनपोषण करने की कृपा करें. बलवान घोड़े मधुर रस पी कर मदमस्त हो कर तृप्त होते हुए देवयान पथ से आगे बढ़ने की कृपा करें. (१८)

O Ashvo! You are strong. Brahmins, knowers of truth, make us rich. Please nurture us. Strong horses should drink sweet juice and get tired and please move forward from the Devayan path. (18)
आ मा॒ वाज॑स्य प्रस॒वो ज॑गम्या॒देमे द्यावा॑पृथि॒वी वि॒श्वरू॑पे । आ मा॑ गन्तां पि॒तरा॑ मा॒तरा॒ चा मा॒ सोमो॑ऽअमृत॒त्त्वेन॑ गम्यात् । वाजि॑नो वाजजितो॒ वाज॑ꣳ ससृ॒वासो॒ बृह॒स्पते॑र्भा॒गमव॑जिघ्रत निमृजा॒नाः ॥ (१९)

स्वर्गलोक और पृथ्वीलोक हमारी रक्षा के लिए पधारें. सभी देवता हमारी रक्षा के लिए आएं. मातापिता हमारी रक्षा के लिए आएं. हमें सोम रस के रूप में अमृत प्राप्त हो. युद्ध में जीतने वाले वीर और बलशाली हों. बृहस्पति देव के अन्न भाग को पवित्र मन से प्राप्त करने की कृपा कीजिए. (१९)

Heaven and earth come to protect us. All gods come to protect us. Parents come to protect us. We should get nectar in the form of Som Rasa. Those who win the war should be brave and powerful. Please get the food part of Jupiter dev with a holy mind. (19)
