जो अर्थ मन में होता है, वही वाणी के द्वारा प्रकट होता है. बाहर वाणी के द्वारा जो बात कही जाती है, वही मनुष्य के मन में रहती है. हे जड़ीबूटी! सर्व गुण संपन्न कन्या के मन को ग्रहण करो. अर्थात् तुम्हारा लेपन करने से उस कन्या का मन मेरे वश में हो जाए. (४)
EN English Translation
The meaning that is in the mind is revealed by speech. What is said by speech outside remains in the mind of man. O herb! Accept the mind of a girl with all qualities. That is, by coating you, the mind of that girl becomes in my control. (4)
