दी॑र्घायु॒त्वाय॑ बृहते रणा॒यारि॑ष्यन्तो॒ दक्ष॑माणाः॒ सदै॒व । म॒णिं वि॑ष्कन्ध॒दूष॑णं जङ्गि॒डं बि॑भृमो व॒यम् ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हम दीर्घ जीवन के लिए तथा महान् रमणीय कर्म के लिए राक्षस, पिशाच आदि को भगाने वाली इस मणि को धारण करते हैं, जो वाराणसी में प्रसिद्ध जंगिड़ वृक्ष से बनती है. इस के कारण हम हिंसित न होते हुए अपना पालन करते हैं. (१)
EN English Translation
We wear this gem that drives away demons, vampires, etc. for a long life and for great delightful deeds, which is made from the famous Jangid tree in Varanasi. Because of this, we follow ourselves without being violent. (1)
ज॑ङ्गि॒डो ज॒म्भाद्वि॑श॒राद्विष्क॑न्धादभि॒शोच॑नात् । म॒णिः स॒हस्र॑वीर्यः॒ परि॑ णः पातु वि॒श्वतः॑ ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
असीमित सामर्थ्य वाली जंगिड़ मणि राक्षस के दांतों द्वारा खाए जाने से, शरीर के खंडखंड हो कर बिखरने से, रोग आदि रूप विघ्नों से, उचित अनुचित कार्य के सोचविचार से एवं जम्हाई आदि सब से हमें बचाएं. (२)
EN English Translation
Protect us from being eaten by the teeth of the warrior demon with unlimited power, from the scattering of the body through the fragments, from diseases etc., from the thought of proper improper work and yawning etc. (2)
अ॒यं विष्क॑न्धं सहते॒ ऽयं बा॑ध॒ते अ॒त्त्रिणः॑ । अ॒यं नो॑ वि॒श्वभे॑षजो जङ्गि॒डः पा॒त्वंह॑सः ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
ज॑गिड़ वृक्ष से निर्मित यह मणि दूसरों को पराजित करती है, कृत्या आदि भक्षकों को नष्ट करती है तथा समस्त रोगों की ओषधि है. यह जंगिड़ मणि हमें पाप से बचाए. (३)
EN English Translation
This gem made from the Jaegir tree defeats others, destroys the eaters like kriya etc. and is the medicine of all diseases. This jangid mani saved us from sin. (3)
दे॒वैर्द॒त्तेन॑ म॒णिना॑ जङ्गि॒डेन॑ मयो॒भुवा॑ । विष्क॑न्धं॒ सर्वा॒ रक्षां॑सि व्याया॒मे स॑हामहे ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
अग्नि आदि देवों के द्वारा दी हुई एवं सुख देने वाली जंगिड़ मणि से हम विघ्न करने वाले सभी राक्षसों को अपने घूमनेफिरने के प्रदेश में पराजित करते हैं. (४)
EN English Translation
With the jangid gem given by the gods of agni etc. and giving happiness, we defeat all the demons who disturb us in our wandering territory. (4)
श॒णश्च॑ मा जङ्गि॒डश्च॒ विष्क॑न्धाद॒भि र॑क्षताम् । अर॑ण्याद॒न्य आभृ॑तः कृ॒ष्या अ॒न्यो रसे॑भ्यः ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
मणि को बांधने वाले सूत्र का कारण सन एवं यह ज॑गिड़ मणि मुझ को विच्नों से बचाएं. इन में से एक अर्थात् जंगिड़ मणि वन से लाई गई है और अन्य अर्थात् कृषि से संबंधित सन रस से लाया गया है. (५)
EN English Translation
The reason for the thread that binds the gem is sun and this stubborn gem saves me from distractions. One of these i.e. Jangid Mani has been brought from forest and the other i.e. from hemp juice related to agriculture. (5)
कृ॑त्या॒दूषि॑र॒यं म॒णिरथो॑ अराति॒दूषिः॑ । अथो॒ सह॑स्वान् जङ्गि॒डः प्र ण॒ आयुं॑षि तारिषत् ॥ (६)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
यह मणि दूसरों के द्वारा किए गए जादूटोने से उत्पन्न पीड़ा की निवारक एवं शत्रुओं को नष्ट करने वाली है. शक्ति संपन्न यह जंगिड़ मणि हमारी आयु को बढ़ाए. (६)
EN English Translation
This gem is a deterrent to the suffering caused by witchcraft done by others and destroys enemies. This powerful jangid mani should increase our life. (6)
