उ॒भयं॑ शृ॒णव॑च्च न॒ इन्द्रो॑ अ॒र्वागि॒दं वचः॑ । स॒त्राच्या॑ म॒घवा॒ सोम॑पीतये धि॒या शवि॑ष्ठ॒ आ ग॑मत् ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
इंद्र दोनों लोकों में हितकारी कार्य करते हैं. वे इंद्र हमारा वचन स्वीकार करने के लिए सुनें. इंद्र देव सोमपान करने आ रहे हैं. (१)
EN English Translation
Indra does beneficial work in both the worlds. They listen to Indra accept our word. Indra Dev is coming to do Sompan. (1)
तं हि स्व॒राजं॑ वृष॒भं तमोज॑से धि॒षणे॑ निष्टत॒क्षतुः॑ । उ॒तोप॒मानां॑ प्रथ॒मो नि षी॑दसि॒ सोम॑कामं॒ हि ते॒ मनः॑ ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
वे इंद्र कामनाओं की वर्षा करने वाले तथा अपने तेज से तेजस्वी हैं. वे आकाश और पृथ्वी को लघु बनाते हैं. हे इंद्र! तुम उपमानों में सर्वश्रेष्ठ होने के साथ ही सोमरस की कामना करते हो. (२)
EN English Translation
He is the one who showers indra's desires and is radiant with his brilliance. They make the sky and earth miniature. O Indra! You wish somras as well as the best of the above. (2)
