तं वां॒ रथं॑ व॒यम॒द्या हु॑वेम पृथु॒ज्रय॑मश्विना॒ संग॑तिं॒ गोः । यः सू॒र्यां वह॑ति वन्धुरा॒युर्गिर्वा॑हसं पुरु॒तमं॑ वसू॒युम् ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अश्विनीकुमारो! आज हम तुम्हारे वेगवान रथ का आह्वान करते हैं. तुम्हारा वह रथ ऊंचेनीचे स्थानों में जाता हुआ सूर्या को वहन करता है. वह रथ वाणी को वहन करने वाला, वसुओं को प्राप्त करने वाला तथा गायों से सुसंगत है. मैं उसी रथ को बुलाता हूं. (१)
EN English Translation
O Ashwinikumaro! Today we call on your fast chariot. That chariot of yours carries the sun while going to the high places. That chariot carries speech, receives vasus and is compatible with cows. I call the same chariot. (1)
यु॒वं श्रिय॑मश्विना दे॒वता॒ तां दिवो॑ नपाता वनथः॒ शची॑भिः । यु॒वोर्वपु॑र॒भि पृक्षः॑ सचन्ते॒ वह॑न्ति॒ यत्क॑कु॒हासो॒ रथे॑ वाम् ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अश्चिनीकुमारो! तुम लक्ष्मी के अधिष्ठाता देव हो. तुम उस का सेवन अपनी शक्तियों के द्वारा करते हो तथा उसे आकाश से नीचे नहीं गिरने देते. रथ में तुम्हें वहन करने वाले विशाल घोड़े तथा अन्न तुम्हारे शरीर से सदा मिले रहते हैं. (२)
EN English Translation
O Ashchini Kumaro! You are the presiding deity of Lakshmi. You consume it through your powers and do not let it fall down from the sky. In the chariot, the huge horses and food that carry you are always found in your body. (2)
को वा॑म॒द्या क॑रते रा॒तह॑व्य ऊ॒तये॑ वा सुत॒पेया॑य वा॒र्कैः । ऋ॒तस्य॑ वा व॒नुषे॑ पू॒र्व्याय॒ नमो॑ येमा॒नो अ॑श्वि॒ना व॑वर्तत् ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
कौन सा हवि दाता रक्षा पाने के लिए तथा तैयार किया हुआ सोमरस पीने के लिए तुम्हें बुला रहा है. कौन तुम्हारी सेवा कर रहा है. यज्ञ की सेवा करने वाले इंद्र को नमस्कार है. अश्विनीकुमारों को यहां लाने वाले रथ को मैं नमस्कार करता हूं. (३)
EN English Translation
Which Havi giver is calling you to get protection and drink ready-made somers? Who is serving you? Salutations to Indra, who served the yajna. I salute the chariot that brought Ashwinikumars here. (3)
हि॑र॒ण्यये॑न पुरुभू॒ रथे॑ने॒मं य॒ज्ञं ना॑स॒त्योप॑ यातम् । पिबा॑थ॒ इन्मधु॑नः सो॒म्यस्य॒ दध॑थो॒ रत्नं॑ विध॒ते जना॑य ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अश्चिनीकुमारो! तुम सोने के बने हुए अपने रथ के द्वारा इस यज्ञशाला में आओ. तुम मधुर सोमरस पीते हुए इस सेवक पुरुष को रत्न और धन प्रदान करो. (४)
EN English Translation
O Ashchini Kumaro! You come to this yagyashala through your chariot made of gold. You give gems and wealth to this servant man while drinking the sweet Someras. (4)
आ नो॑ यातं दि॒वो अच्छा॑ पृथि॒व्या हि॑र॒ण्यये॑न सु॒वृता॒ रथे॑न । मा वा॑म॒न्ये नि य॑मन्देव॒यन्तः॒ सं यद्द॒दे नाभिः॑ पू॒र्व्या वा॑म् ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अश्विनीकुमारो! तुम सोने के बने हुए अपने रथ के द्वारा आकाश से पृथ्वी पर आओ. अग्निपूजक तुम्हें न रोक सके. मैं तुम्हारे लिए स्तुति करता हूं. (५)
EN English Translation
O Ashwinikumaro! You come from heaven to earth by your chariot made of gold. The agni worshiper cannot stop you. I praise you. (5)
नू नो॑ र॒यिं पु॑रु॒वीरं॑ बृ॒हन्तं॒ दस्रा॒ मिमा॑थामु॒भये॑ष्व॒स्मे । नरो॒ यद्वा॑मश्विना॒ स्तोम॒माव॑न्त्स॒धस्तु॑तिमाजमी॒ढासो॑ अग्मन् ॥ (६)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अश्विनीकुमारो! स्तोता मनुष्य स्तुति के साथ ही अजमीढ के पुत्रों के समीप गए. इस स्तोता को तुम इस के वीर्य से उत्पन्न होने वाले पुत्रों और पौत्रों के साथ दोनों लोकों में धन प्रदान करो. (६)
EN English Translation
O Ashwini Kumar! The stots went to the sons of Ajmeedh with praise. Give this psalm money in both the worlds along with the sons and grandsons born out of his semen. (6)
इ॒हेह॒ यद्वां॑ सम॒ना प॑पृ॒क्षे सेयम॒स्मे सु॑म॒तिर्वा॑जरत्ना । उ॑रु॒ष्यतं॑ जरि॒तारं॑ यु॒वं ह॑ श्रि॒तः कामो॑ नासत्या युव॒द्रिक् ॥ (७)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अश्चिनीकुमारो! इस यजमान को तुम ऐसी बुद्धि दो, जिस से यह तुम पर ही निर्भर रहे तथा तुम इस स्तोता के रक्षक रहो. (७)
EN English Translation
O Ashchini Kumaro! Give this host such wisdom that it may depend on you and you may be the protector of this psalm. (7)
मधु॑मती॒रोष॑धी॒र्द्याव॒ आपो॒ मधु॑मन्नो भवत्व॒न्तरि॑क्षम् । क्षेत्र॑स्य॒ पति॒र्मधु॑मान्नो अ॒स्त्वरि॑ष्यन्तो॒ अन्वे॑नं चरेम ॥ (८)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हमारे लिए आकाश मधुमय हो, अंतरिक्ष मधुमय हो, ओषधियां मधुमती हों तथा क्षेत्रपति भी मधुमय हो. हम अमृतत्व को प्राप्त कर के उस के अनुगामी बन कर घूमें. (८)
EN English Translation
For us, the sky should be honey, the space should be honey, the medicines should be honey and the field man should also be honey. We should attain amrittva and follow it. (8)
प॒नाय्यं॒ तद॑श्विना कृ॒तं वां॑ वृष॒भो दि॒वो रज॑सः पृथि॒व्याः । स॒हस्रं॒ शंसा॑ उ॒त ये गवि॑ष्टौ॒ सर्वाँ॒ इत्ताँ उप॑ याता॒ पिब॑ध्यै ॥ (९)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
तुम्हारा स्तोता और कर्म आकाश और पृथ्वी की कामनाओं की वर्षा करने वाला हो. तुम सोमपान कर के गोपूजा वाले सैकड़ों स्तोत्रों को प्राप्त होते हो. (९)
EN English Translation
May your psalm and deeds rain the desires of the sky and the earth. You get hundreds of stotras with cow worship by doing sompan. (9)
