हे सहदेवी अथवा अपामार्ग! तू सभी जड़ीबूटियों में उसी प्रकार श्रेष्ठ है, जिस प्रकार प्रकाश करने वालों में सूर्य! तू दुर्बल की रक्षक और उसे बाधा पहुंचाने वाले राक्षस की विनाशक है. (३)
EN English Translation
O Sahadevi or Apamarg! You are superior among all herbs, just as the sun is superior among those who light up! You are the protector of the weak and the destroyer of the demon who obstructs it. (3)
