यद्वि॒द्वांसो॒ यदवि॑द्वांस॒ एनां॑सि चकृ॒मा व॒यम् । यू॒यं न॒स्तस्मा॑न्मुञ्चत॒ विश्वे॑ देवाः सजोषसः ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे विश्वै देवो! पाप का निमित्त जानते हुए अथवा न जानते हुए हम ने जो पाप किया, हमारे साथ प्रसन्न होते हुए तुम हमें उस पाप से छुड़ाओ. (१)
EN English Translation
O God of the universe! Be happy with us the sin we committed, knowing the cause of sin or not knowing it, and you should redeem us from that sin. (1)
यदि॒ जाग्र॒द्यदि॒ स्वप॒न्नेन॑ एन॒स्योऽक॑रम् । भू॒तं मा॒ तस्मा॒द्भव्यं॑ च द्रुप॒दादि॑व मुञ्चताम् ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
पाप को प्रेम करने वाले हम ने जाग्रत अवस्था में अथवा सोते हुए जो पाप किए, उन से विश्वे देव हमें भूतकाल और भविष्यकाल में काठ के चरण बंधन के समान छुड़ाएं. (२)
EN English Translation
May the god of the universe free us from the sins that we have committed in the waking state or while sleeping, like a wooden step bond in the past and the future. (2)
द्रु॑प॒दादि॑व मुमुचा॒नः स्वि॒न्नः स्ना॒त्वा मला॑दिव । पू॒तं प॒वित्रे॑णे॒वाज्यं॒ विश्वे॑ शुम्भन्तु॒ मैन॑सः ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
काठ के चरण बंधन से छूटने अथवा पसीने से भीगा हुआ स्नान कर के मैल से मुक्त होने से पवित्र होता है अथवा घी जिस प्रकार कणड़े से छानने पर शुद्ध होता है, उसी प्रकार विश्वे देव मुझे पाप से छुड़ाएं. (३)
EN English Translation
It is purified by getting rid of the wooden feet or by bathing soaked in sweat and getting rid of scum or just as ghee is purified by filtering with a dung, in the same way, May Vishwe Dev free me from sin. (3)
