द्यौश्च॑ म इ॒दं पृ॑थि॒वी च॒ प्रचे॑तसौ शु॒क्रो बृ॒हन्दक्षि॑णया पिपर्तु । अनु॑ स्व॒धा चि॑कितां॒ सोमो॑ अ॒ग्निर्वा॒युर्नः॑ पातु सवि॒ता भग॑श्च ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
पृथ्वी और आकाश मेरे प्रति अनुग्रह वाले बन कर मुझे मनचाहा फल दें. दीप्तिशाली और महान सूर्य दक्षिण दिशा से मेरी रक्षा करें. पितरों से संबंधित एवं स्वधा की अधिष्ठात्री देवी मुझ पर अनुग्रह करें. सोम, अग्नि, वायु सविता और भग मेरी रक्षा करें. (१)
EN English Translation
May the earth and the sky be gracious to me and give me the desired fruit. May the glorious and great sun protect me from the south direction. May the Goddess, who belongs to the ancestors and the presiding deity of Swadha, grace me. Soma, Agni, Vayu Savita and Bhaga protect me. (1)
पुनः॑ प्रा॒णः पुन॑रा॒त्मा न॒ ऐतु॒ पुन॒श्चक्षुः॒ पुन॒रसु॑र्न॒ ऐतु॑ । वै॑श्वान॒रो नो॒ अद॑ब्धस्तनू॒पा अ॒न्तस्ति॑ष्ठाति दुरि॒तानि॒ विश्वा॑ ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
मुख और नासिका द्वारा शरीर में प्रवेश करने वाला प्राण वायु तथा जीवात्मा हमें पुनः प्राप्त हो. चक्षु और जीवन हमें पुनः प्राप्त हों. संसारभर के मनुष्यों के हितैषी, रोग आदि से पराजित न होने वाले एवं शरीर के पालक अग्ने हमारे शरीर में स्थित रहते हैं. वे रोग के कारण होने वाले सभी पापों का विनाश करें. (२)
EN English Translation
We should get back the life, air and soul that enter the body through the mouth and nose. Eyes and life get us back. The well-wishers of human beings around the world, who are not defeated by disease etc. and the guardians of the body are located in our body. They should destroy all the sins caused by the disease. (2)
सं वर्च॑सा॒ पय॑सा॒ सं त॒नूभि॒रग॑न्महि॒ मन॑सा॒ सं शि॒वेन॑ । त्वष्टा॑ नो॒ अत्र॒ वरी॑यः कृणो॒त्वनु॑ नो मार्ष्टु त॒न्वो॒ यद्विरि॑ष्टम् ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हम दीप्ति से तथा देह की स्थिति के आधार रस से युक्त हों. हम शरीर के अंगों - हाथ, पैर आदि से युक्त हों तथा शोभन मन से युक्त हों. त्वष्टा देव हमारे शरीर को शक्ति युक्त बनाएं तथा हमारे शरीर का जो रोग वाला भाग हैं, उसे अपने हाथ से शुद्ध करें. (३)
EN English Translation
We should be full of brightness and juice based on the state of the body. We should be equipped with body parts - hands, feet etc. and should be equipped with a beautiful mind. Make our body powerful and purify the diseased part of our body with your hand. (3)
