Kanda 6 • Sukta 64
सं जा॑नीध्वं॒ सं पृ॑च्यध्वं॒ सं वो॒ मनां॑सि जानताम् । दे॒वा भा॒गं यथा॒ पूर्वे॑ संजाना॒ना उ॒पास॑ते ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे सौमनस्य के इच्छुक जनो! तुम समान ज्ञान वाले बनो और समान कार्य में संलग्न हो जाओ. ज्ञान की उत्पत्ति के निमित्त तुम्हारे अंतःकरण समान हों. इंद्र आदि देव जिस प्रकार एक ही कार्य को जानते हुए यजमानो द्वारा दिए गए हवि को ग्रहण करते हैं, उसी प्रकार तुम भी विरोध त्याग कर इच्छित फल पाओ. (१)
EN English Translation
O people who want harmony! You become of the same knowledge and engage in the same work. Your conscience should be the same for the creation of knowledge. Just as Indra Adi Dev, knowing the same task, accepts the havi given by the hosts, in the same way, you should also give up opposition and get the desired results. (1)
स॑मा॒नो मन्त्रः॒ समि॑तिः समा॒नी स॑मा॒नं व्र॒तं स॒ह चि॒त्तमे॑षाम् । स॑मा॒नेन॑ वो ह॒विषा॑ जुहोमि समा॒नं चेतो॑ अभि॒संवि॑शध्वम् ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हमारा गुप्त भाषण एकरूप हो. हमारे कार्यो में प्रवृत्ति समान हो. हमारा कर्म भी एकरूप हो तथा हमारा अंतःकरण भी इसी प्रकार का हो. उक्त फल पाने के लिए हे देवो! हम एकता उत्पन्न करने वाले आज्य आदि से आप के निमित्त हवन करें. इस से आप सब एकचित्तता को प्राप्त करो. (२)
EN English Translation
Let our secret speech be uniform. The trend in our work should be the same. Our karma should also be uniform and our conscience should also be like this. O Devo, to get the said fruit! Let us perform havan for you with ajya etc. who create unity. From this, you all get unity. (2)
स॑मा॒नी व॒ आकू॑तिः समा॒ना हृद॑यानि वः । स॑मा॒नम॑स्तु वो॒ मनो॒ यथा॑ वः॒ सुस॒हास॑ति ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे सौमनस्य चाहने वालो! तुम्हारा संकल्प समान हो. तुम्हारे संकल्पों को उत्पन्न करने वाले हृदय समान हों. तुम्हारा मन एकरूप हो, जिस से तुम सब सभी कार्य ठीक से कर सको. (३)
EN English Translation
O you who want harmony! May your resolve be the same. Let the hearts that produce your resolutions be the same. Your mind should be uniform, so that you can do all the work properly. (3)
