शीर्ष॒क्तिं शी॑र्षाम॒यं क॑र्णशू॒लं वि॑लोहि॒तम् । सर्वं॑ शीर्ष॒ण्यं ते॒ रोगं॑ ब॒हिर्निर्म॑न्त्रयामहे ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हम तेरे शीश के रोगों अर्थात् शीर्षोक्ति, शीर्षामय और कर्ण शूल तथा विलोहित को तुझ से दूर करते हैं. (१)
EN English Translation
We remove from you the diseases of your head, that is, headlessness, and ear-care and willing. (1)
कर्णा॑भ्यां ते॒ कङ्कू॑षेभ्यः कर्णशू॒लं वि॒सल्प॑कम् । सर्वं॑ शीर्ष॒र्ण्यं ते॒ रोगं॑ ब॒हिर्निर्म॑न्त्रयामहे ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
मैं तेरे कानों से तथा कानों के गङ्ढों से कर्णशूल अर्थात् कानों के दर्द को तथा विसल्पक (विशेष कष्ट देने वाले)को दूर करता हूं. इस प्रकार मैं तेरे शीश संबंधी सभी रोगों को दूर करता हूं. (२)
EN English Translation
I remove from your ears and from the necks of the ears, that is, the pain of the ears and the diffuser (the one who causes special pain). In this way, I remove all diseases related to your head. (2)
यस्य॑ हे॒तोः प्र॒च्यव॑ते॒ यक्ष्मः॑ कर्ण॒त आ॑स्य॒तः । सर्वं॑ शीर्ष॒र्ण्यं ते॒ रोगं॑ ब॒हिर्निर्म॑न्त्रयामहे ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
जिस सिर रोग के कारण यक्ष्मा रोग, कानों और मुख से प्रकाश में आता है, हम तेरे उस सिर रोग को पूर्णतया बाहर निकालते हैं. (३)
EN English Translation
Due to the head disease, tuberculosis comes to light from the ears and mouth, we completely remove that head disease of yours. (3)
यः कृ॒णोति॑ प्र॒मोत॑म॒न्धं कृ॒णोति॒ पूरु॑षम् । सर्वं॑ शीर्ष॒र्ण्यं ते॒ रोगं॑ ब॒हिर्निर्म॑न्त्रयामहे ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
जो रोग पुरुष को शक्तिहीन बनाता है और अंधा कर देता है, तेरे उन सभी शीश संबंधी रोगों को मैं तुझ से बाहर निकालता हूं. (४)
EN English Translation
The disease that makes a man powerless and blinds him, I take out all those diseases related to yours from you. (4)
अ॑ङ्गभे॒दम॑ङ्गज्व॒रं वि॑श्वा॒ङ्ग्यं वि॒सल्प॑कम् । सर्वं॑ शीर्ष॒र्ण्यं ते॒ रोगं॑ ब॒हिर्निर्म॑न्त्रयामहे ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
अंग भेद, अंग ज्वर, विश्वांग्य एवं विसल्पक-ये सभी शीश संबंधी रोग हैं. हम इन्हें पूर्ण रूप से तुझ से दूर करते हैं. (५)
EN English Translation
Organ differences, organ fever, visceral and dysentery - all these are glass-related diseases. We completely remove them from you. (5)
यस्य॑ भी॒मः प्र॑तीका॒श उ॑द्वे॒पय॑ति॒ पूरु॑षम् । त॒क्मानं॑ वि॒श्वशा॑रदं ब॒हिर्निर्म॑न्त्रयामहे ॥ (६)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
जिस का भयानक आवेश मनुष्य को कंपित कर देता है, शरद ऋतु में होने वाले उस ज्वर को हम तुझ से पूर्ण रूप से दूर करते हैं. (६)
EN English Translation
Whose terrible charge staggers man, we completely remove that fever from you in autumn. (6)
य ऊ॒रू अ॑नु॒सर्प॒त्यथो॒ एति॑ ग॒वीनि॑के । यक्ष्मं॑ ते अ॒न्तरङ्गे॑भ्यो ब॒हिर्निर्म॑न्त्रयामहे ॥ (७)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
जो गवीनिका नाम की नाड़ियों में तथा जंघाओं में घूमता है, उस यक्ष्मा रोग को हम तेरे अंतरंग अंगों से बाहर निकालते हैं. (७)
EN English Translation
Which roams in the veins and thighs called Gavinica, we remove that tuberculosis disease from your intimate organs. (7)
यदि॒ कामा॑दपका॒माद्धृद॑या॒ज्जाय॑ते॒ परि॑ । हृ॒दो ब॒लास॒मङ्गे॑भ्यो ब॒हिर्निर्म॑न्त्रयामहे ॥ (८)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हृदय की शक्ति कम करने वाला जो रोग काम के वश में होने अथवा न होने से उत्पन्न होता है, उस बलास (कफ) रोग को हम तेरे अंगों से बाहर निकालते हैं. (८)
EN English Translation
The disease that reduces the power of the heart, which arises due to being under the control of work or not, we remove that balas (phlegm) disease from your organs. (8)
ह॑रि॒माणं॑ ते॒ अङ्गे॑भ्यो॒ऽप्वाम॑न्त॒रोदरा॑त् । य॑क्ष्मो॒धाम॒न्तरा॒त्मनो॑ ब॒हिर्निर्म॑न्त्रयामहे ॥ (९)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हम तेरे अंगों से हरिमा (रक्तहीनता) रोग को, तेरे उदर से अप्वा (जलोदर) रोग को तथा तेरी अंतरात्मा से यक्ष्मा रोग को पूर्णतया बाहर निकालते हैं. (९)
EN English Translation
We completely remove harima disease from your organs, avva (ascites) disease from your stomach and tuberculosis disease from your conscience. (9)
आसो॑ ब॒लासो॒ भव॑तु॒ मूत्रं॑ भवत्वा॒मय॑त् । यक्ष्मा॑णां॒ सर्वे॑षां वि॒षं निर॑वोचम॒हं त्वत् ॥ (१०)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
बलास रोग नष्ट हो तथा मूत्र रोग समाप्त हो. सभी रोगों का विष यक्ष्मा रोग है, उसे मैं तुझ से दूर करता हूं. (१०)
EN English Translation
Balas disease is destroyed and urinary disease is eliminated. The poison of all diseases is tuberculosis, I remove it from you. (10)
ब॒हिर्बिलं॒ निर्द्र॑वतु॒ काहा॑बाहं॒ तवो॒दरा॑त् । यक्ष्मा॑णां॒ सर्वे॑षां वि॒षं निर॑वोचम॒हं त्वत् ॥ (११)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
काहावाह नामक (फड़फड़ाने वाला) रोग तेरे पेट से बाहर निकल जाए. मैं सभी प्रकार के यक्ष्मा रोगों के विष को तुझ से बाहर करता हूं. (११)
EN English Translation
Let the disease called Kahawah (flapping) come out of your stomach. I exclude the poison of all kinds of tuberculosis diseases from you. (11)
उ॒दरा॑त्ते क्लो॒म्नो नाभ्या॒ हृद॑या॒दधि॑ । यक्ष्मा॑णां॒ सर्वे॑षां वि॒षं निर॑वोचम॒हं त्वत् ॥ (१२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हम तेरे उदर से, क्लोम से, नाभि से और हृदय से यक्ष्मा रोग को बाहर निकालते हैं जो सभी विषों का विष है. (१२)
EN English Translation
We take tuberculosis out from your stomach, from the branch, from the navel and from the heart, which is the poison of all poisons. (12)
याः सी॒मानं॑ विरु॒जन्ति॑ मू॒र्धानं॒ प्रत्य॑र्ष॒णीः । अहिं॑सन्तीरनाम॒या निर्द्र॑वन्तु ब॒हिर्बिल॑म् ॥ (१३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
जो अंडकोषों को पीड़ित करने वाली एवं मस्तक का निर्माण करने वाली हङ्डियां विकार रहित हैँ, वे तेरे शरीर का त्याग न करें. (१३)
EN English Translation
The bones that afflict the testicles and the bones that make up the head are without disorder, they should not abandon your body. (13)
या हृद॑यमुप॒र्षन्त्य॑नुत॒न्वन्ति॒ कीक॑साः । अहिं॑सन्तीरनाम॒या निर्द्र॑वन्तु ब॒हिर्बिल॑म् ॥ (१४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
कीकस नाम की जो अस्थियां हृदय के ऊपरी और निचले भाग में फैली हुई हैं, वे रोग रहित अस्थियां हिंसा न करती हुई तुम्हारे शरीर से बाहर न जाएं. (१४)
EN English Translation
The bones called the keakus that are spread in the upper and lower part of the heart, those disease-free bones should not go out of your body without violence. (14)
याः पा॒र्श्वे उ॑प॒र्षन्त्य॑नु॒निक्ष॑न्ति पृ॒ष्टीः । अहिं॑सन्तीरनाम॒या निर्द्र॑वन्तु ब॒हिर्बिल॑म् ॥ (१५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
जो अस्थियां दोनों पसलियों की ओर जाती हैं तथा पीठ वाले भाग को सशक्त बनाती हैं, वे रोगरहित रहती हुई तुम्हारे शरीर का त्याग न करें. (१५)
EN English Translation
The bones that go towards both ribs and strengthen the back part, do not leave your body while remaining diseaseless. (15)
यास्ति॒रश्चीः॑ उप॒र्षन्त्य॑र्ष॒णीर्व॒क्षणा॑सु ते । अहिं॑सन्तीरनाम॒या निर्द्र॑वन्तु ब॒हिर्बिल॑म् ॥ (१६)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
जो अस्थियां तिरछी स्थित हैं एवं वक्षणाओं (पेड और जांघों के बीच के भाग) से संबंधित हैं, वे तुम्हें हानि न पहुंचाती हुई एवं नीरोग रहती हुई तुम्हारे शरीर का त्याग न करें. (१६)
EN English Translation
The bones which are located obliquely and related to the vultures (the part between the tree and the thighs) should not leave your body while harming you and remaining healthy. (16)
या गुदा॑ अनु॒सर्प॑न्त्या॒न्त्राणि॑ मो॒हय॑न्ति च । अहिं॑सन्तीरनाम॒या निर्द्र॑वन्तु ब॒हिर्बिल॑म् ॥ (१७)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
गुदा के पीछे फैली एवं आंतों को सहारा देने वाली जो अस्थियां हैं, वे रोग रहित रहती हुई तथा तुम्हें हानि न पहुंचाती हुई तुम्हारे शरीर का त्याग न करें. (१७)
EN English Translation
Do not abandon your body while remaining disease-free and not harming you, the bones that extend behind the anus and support the intestines. (17)
या म॒ज्ज्ञो नि॒र्धय॑न्ति॒ परूं॑षि विरु॒जन्ति॑ च । अहिं॑सन्तीरनाम॒या निर्द्र॑वन्तु ब॒हिर्बिल॑म् ॥ (१८)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
जो अस्थियां गांठों का निर्माण करती हैं तथा जो मज्जा अर्थात् चर्बी से स्निग्ध होती हैं, वे तुम्हें हानि न पहुंचाती हुई और नीरोग रहती हुई तुम्हारे शरीर का त्याग न करें. (१८)
EN English Translation
The bones that form lumps and which are absorbed with marrow i.e. fat, do not harm you and leave your body while remaining healthy. (18)
ये अङ्गा॑नि म॒दय॑न्ति॒ यक्ष्मा॑सो रोप॒णास्तव॑ । यक्ष्मा॑णां॒ सर्वे॑षां वि॒षं निर॑वोचम॒हं त्वत् ॥ (१९)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
मैं ने तुझे वे सभी ओषधियां बता दी हैं जो अंगों को स्वस्थ बनाती हैं एवं यक्ष्मा रोग को समाप्त करती हैं. मैं ने यक्ष्मा रोग के समस्त विषों का निवारण करने वाली ओषधियां भी तुझे बता दी हैं. (१९)
EN English Translation
I have told you all the medicines that make the organs healthy and eliminate tuberculosis. I have also told you the medicines that remove all the poisons of tuberculosis. (19)
वि॑स॒ल्पस्य॑ विद्र॒धस्य॑ वातीका॒रस्य॑ वाल॒जेः । यक्ष्मा॑णां॒ सर्वे॑षां वि॒षं निर॑वोचम॒हं त्वत् ॥ (२०)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
मैं तेरे लिए विसल्प (पीड़ा), विद्ध (सूजन), वातीकार एवं वालजि (संधि) नामक समस्त यक्ष्मा रोगों के विषयों को नष्ट करने वाले मंत्रों का उच्चारण कर चुका हूं. (२०)
EN English Translation
I have chanted mantras for you to destroy the subjects of all tuberculosis diseases called Visalpa (pain), Vidh (swelling), Vatikar and Valji (sandhi). (20)
पादा॑भ्यां ते॒ जानु॑भ्यां॒ श्रोणि॑भ्यां॒ परि॒ भंस॑सः । अनू॑कादर्ष॒णीरु॒ष्णिहा॑भ्यः शी॒र्ष्णो रोग॑मनीनशम् ॥ (२१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
मैं ने तेरी जंघाओं, पैरों, घुटनों, अनूक, उष्णिहा एवं शीश संबंधी समस्त रोगों का विनाश कर दिया है. (२१)
EN English Translation
I have destroyed all your thighs, feet, knees, anuk, heat and all diseases related to shish. (21)
सं ते॑ शी॒र्ष्णः क॒पाला॑नि॒ हृद॑यस्य च॒ यो वि॒धुः । उ॒द्यन्ना॑दित्य र॒श्मिभिः॑ शी॒र्ष्णो रोग॑मनीनशोऽङ्गभे॒दम॑शीशमः ॥ (२२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
तेरे शीश पर प्रकाशमान सूर्य ने अपनी किरणों के द्वारा तेरे सभी रोग समाप्त कर दिए हैं. तेरे शीश में और हृदय में जो अंगों संबंधी दुर्बलता थी, उसे चंद्रमा ने समाप्त कर दिया है. (२२)
EN English Translation
The sun shining on your head has eliminated all your diseases through its rays. The moon has eliminated the weakness of the organs in your head and in the heart. (22)
