अश्वि॑ना॒ यज्व॑री॒रिषो॒ द्रव॑त्पाणी॒ शुभ॑स्पती । पुरु॑भुजा चन॒स्यत॑म् ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अश्विनीकुमारो! तुम्हारी भुजाएं विस्तीर्ण एवं हवि ग्रहण करने के लिए चंचल हैं. तुम शुभ कर्म के पालक हो. तुम दोनों यज्ञ का अन्न ग्रहण करो. (१)
EN English Translation
O Ashwinikumaro! Your arms are wide and eager to grasp Havee . You are the Preserver of good deeds. Both of you take the grain of the yajna. (1)
अश्वि॑ना॒ पुरु॑दंससा॒ नरा॒ शवी॑रया धि॒या । धिष्ण्या॒ वन॑तं॒ गिरः॑ ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अश्विनीकुमारो! तुम अनेक कर्म वाले, नेता और बुद्धिमान् हो. तुम दोनों आदरपूर्ण बुद्धि से हमारी स्तुति सुनो. (२)
EN English Translation
O Ashwinikumaro! You are multi faceted worker, leader and wise. You both listen to our prayers with respectful wisdom. (2)
दस्रा॑ यु॒वाक॑वः सु॒ता नास॑त्या वृ॒क्तब॑र्हिषः । आ या॑तं रुद्रवर्तनी ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे शत्रु विनाशक, सत्यभाषी और शज्रुओं को रुलाने वाले अश्विनीकुमारो! सोमरस तैयार करके बिछे हुए कुशों पर रख दिया गया है. तुम इस यज्ञ में आओ. (३)
EN English Translation
O enemy destroyer, truthful, and who make the enemies cry, Ashwinikumaro! The somras has been prepared and placed on the bedding of kushas. You come to this yajna. (3)
इन्द्रा या॑हि चित्रभानो सु॒ता इ॒मे त्वा॒यवः॑ । अण्वी॑भि॒स्तना॑ पू॒तासः॑ ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे विचित्र प्रकाश वाले इंद्र! ऋषियों की उंगलियों द्वारा निचोड़ा गया, नित्य शुद्ध यह सोमरस तुम्हारी इच्छा कर रहा है. तुम इस यज्ञ में आओ. (४)
EN English Translation
O Indra with strange light! Squeezed by the fingers of the sages, the eternally pure this somras is doing your wish. You come to this yajna. (4)
इन्द्रा या॑हि धि॒येषि॒तो विप्र॑जूतः सु॒ताव॑तः । उप॒ ब्रह्मा॑णि वा॒घतः॑ ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे इंद्र! तुम हमारी भक्ति से आकर्षित होकर इस यज्ञ में आओ. ब्राह्मण तुम्हारा आह्वान कर रहे हैं. तुम सोमरस लिए हुए वाघत नामक पुरोहित की प्रार्थना सुनने के लिए आओ. (५)
EN English Translation
O Indra! You come to this yagna attracted by our devotion. Brahmins are invoking you. You come to hear the prayer of a priest named Waghat holding somras. (5)
इन्द्रा या॑हि॒ तूतु॑जान॒ उप॒ ब्रह्मा॑णि हरिवः । सु॒ते द॑धिष्व न॒श्चनः॑ ॥ (६)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अश्व के स्वामी इंद्र! तुम हमारी प्रार्थना सुनने के लिए शीघ्र आओ और सोमरस से युक्त इस यज्ञ में हमारा अन्न स्वीकार करो. (६)
EN English Translation
O Lord of the hosre indra! Come soon to hear our prayers and accept our food in this yajna containing somras. (6)
ओमा॑सश्चर्षणीधृतो॒ विश्वे॑ देवास॒ आ ग॑त । दा॒श्वांसो॑ दा॒शुषः॑ सु॒तम् ॥ (७)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे विश्वेदेवगण! तुम मनुष्यों के रक्षक एवं पालन करने वाले हो. हव्यदाता यजमान ने सोमरस तैयार कर लिया है, तुम इसे ग्रहण करने के लिए आओ. तुम लोगों को यज्ञ का फल देने वाले हो. (७)
EN English Translation
O gods of world! You are the protector and follower of men. The havandata host has prepared the somras, you come to receive it. You give people the fruits of the yajna. (7)
विश्वे॑ दे॒वासो॑ अ॒प्तुरः॑ सु॒तमा ग॑न्त॒ तूर्ण॑यः । उ॒स्रा इ॑व॒ स्वस॑राणि ॥ (८)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे वृष्टि करने वाले विश्वैदेवगण! जिस प्रकार सूर्य की किरणें बिना आलस्य के दिन में आती हैं, उसी प्रकार तुम तैयार सोमरस को पीने के लिए जल्दी आओ. (८)
EN English Translation
O the rain-making Vishwadevas! Just as the sun's rays come into the day without laziness, so come quickly to drink the prepared somras. (8)
विश्वे॑ दे॒वासो॑ अ॒स्रिध॒ एहि॑मायासो अ॒द्रुहः॑ । मेधं॑ जुषन्त॒ वह्न॑यः ॥ (९)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
विश्वेदेवगण नाशरहित, विस्तृत बुद्धि वाले तथा वैर से हीन हैं. वे इस यज्ञ में पधारें. (९)
EN English Translation
Vishwadevas are non-perishable, with wide intellect and are free from enmity. They come to this yagna. (9)
पा॒व॒का नः॒ सर॑स्वती॒ वाजे॑भिर्वा॒जिनी॑वती । य॒ज्ञं व॑ष्टु धि॒याव॑सुः ॥ (१०)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
देवी सरस्वती पवित्र करने वाली तथा अन्न एवं धन देने वाली हैं. वे धन साथ लेकर हमारे इस यज्ञ में आएं. (१०)
EN English Translation
Goddess Saraswati is the one who sanctifies and gives food and wealth. May Saraswati come to this yagna of ours with wealth. (10)
चो॒द॒यि॒त्री सू॒नृता॑नां॒ चेत॑न्ती सुमती॒नाम् । य॒ज्ञं द॑धे॒ सर॑स्वती ॥ (११)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
सरस्वती सत्य बोलने की प्रेरणा देने वाली हैं तथा उत्तम बुद्धि वाले लोगों को शिक्षा देती हैं. वे हमारा यह यज्ञ स्वीकार कर चुकी हैं. (११)
EN English Translation
Saraswati gives inspiration to speak the truth and educates people with good intellect. She has accepted this yajna of ours. (11)
म॒हो अर्णः॒ सर॑स्वती॒ प्र चे॑तयति के॒तुना॑ । धियो॒ विश्वा॒ वि रा॑जति ॥ (१२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
सरस्वती नदी ने प्रवाहित होकर विशाल जलराशि उत्पन्न की है. साथ ही यज्ञ करने वाले लोगों में उन्होंने ज्ञान भी जगाया है. (१२)
EN English Translation
Saraswati river has flowed and generated huge water bodies. At the same time, she has also awakened knowledge among the people who perform yajna. (12)
