हे इंद्र! तुम्हारा प्रकाश विचित्र यज्ञों को पूर्ण करने वाला एवं चाहने योग्य है. तुम्हारी स्तुतियां स्तोताओं को धन देने वाली एवं अपराजेय हैं. ऋतु के अनुकूल बनी रस्सी से दुवस्यु ऋषि गाय की गरदन को खींचते हैं. (१२)

O Indra! Your light is the perfect and desireable of strange sacrifices. Your praises are wealth-giving and unbeatable to the psalmists. Dusyu Rishi pulls the neck of the cow with a rope made according to the season. (12)
