मन्द॑स्व हो॒त्रादनु॒ जोष॒मन्ध॒सोऽध्व॑र्यवः॒ स पू॒र्णां व॑ष्ट्या॒सिच॑म् । तस्मा॑ ए॒तं भ॑रत तद्व॒शो द॒दिर्हो॒त्रात्सोमं॑ द्रविणोदः॒ पिब॑ ऋ॒तुभिः॑ ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे द्रविणोदा अर्थात् धनप्रिय अग्नि! होता द्वारा किए हुए यज्ञ में अन्न ग्रहण करके प्रसन्न एवं तृप्त बनो. हे अध्वर्युगण! वे पूर्ण आहुति चाहते हैं. इसलिए उन्हें यह सोम दो. सोम के इच्छुक वे द्रविणोदा वांछित फल देते हैं. हे द्रविणोदा! होता के यज्ञ में ऋतुओं के साथ सोमपान करो. (१)
EN English Translation
O Dravinda, that is, the rich agni! Be happy and satisfied by consuming food in the yajna performed by Hota. O teacher! They want full sacrifice. So let them mon it. Willing of Mon they give the desired fruit to Dravinda. O Dravida! Do sompan with the seasons in the yajna of hota. (1)
यमु॒ पूर्व॒महु॑वे॒ तमि॒दं हु॑वे॒ सेदु॒ हव्यो॑ द॒दिर्यो नाम॒ पत्य॑ते । अ॒ध्व॒र्युभिः॒ प्रस्थि॑तं सो॒म्यं मधु॑ पो॒त्रात्सोमं॑ द्रविणोदः॒ पिब॑ ऋ॒तुभिः॑ ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे द्रविणोदा! हम प्राचीन काल में जिन्हें बुलाते थे, उन्हीं को इस समय भी बुलाते हैं. वे ही बुलाने योग्य, दाता एवं सबके स्वामी हैं. अध्वर्युगण द्वारा तैयार किया गया सोमरूप मधु पोता के यज्ञ में ऋतु.ओं के साथ पिओ. (२)
EN English Translation
O Dravida! We call those whom we used to call in ancient times at this time. They are the one who is the summoner, the giver and the master of all. Drink with the seasons in the yagna of Somrup Madhu Pota prepared by the adhwaryugana. (2)
मेद्य॑न्तु ते॒ वह्न॑यो॒ येभि॒रीय॒सेऽरि॑षण्यन्वीळयस्वा वनस्पते । आ॒यूया॑ धृष्णो अभि॒गूर्या॒ त्वं ने॒ष्ट्रात्सोमं॑ द्रविणोदः॒ पिब॑ ऋ॒तुभिः॑ ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे द्रविणोदा! वे घोड़े तृप्त हों, जिनके द्वारा तुम आते हो. हे वनों के स्वामी! तुम किसी की हिंसा न करते हुए दृढ़ बनो. हे शत्रुपराभवकारी! तुम नेष्टा के यज्ञ में आकर ऋतुओं के साथ सोम पिओ. (३)
EN English Translation
O Dravida! Let the horses by which you come be satisfied. O lord of the forests! Be firm while you don't do violence to anyone. O enemy- loser! You come to the yajna of Neshta and drink som with the seasons. (3)
अपा॑द्धो॒त्रादु॒त पो॒त्राद॑मत्तो॒त ने॒ष्ट्राद॑जुषत॒ प्रयो॑ हि॒तम् । तु॒रीयं॒ पात्र॒ममृ॑क्त॒मम॑र्त्यं द्रविणो॒दाः पि॑बतु द्राविणोद॒सः ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
जिन द्रविणोदा ने याग के होता से सोम पिआ है, वे पोता से प्रसन्न हुए हैं एवं जिन्होंने नेष्टा के यज्ञ में दिया हुआ अन्न खाया है, वे ही द्रविणोदा हव्यदाता ऋत्विज् के मृत्यु निवारक चौथे सोमपात्र को पिएं. (४)
EN English Translation
Those who have drunk som from the hota of yag have been pleased with the grandson and those who have eaten the food given in the yajna of Neshta, they should drink the fourth sompatra of the death-preventer of Dravinda Havyadata Ritwijs. (4)
अ॒र्वाञ्च॑म॒द्य य॒य्यं॑ नृ॒वाह॑णं॒ रथं॑ युञ्जाथामि॒ह वां॑ वि॒मोच॑नम् । पृ॒ङ्क्तं ह॒वींषि॒ मधु॒ना हि कं॑ ग॒तमथा॒ सोमं॑ पिबतं वाजिनीवसू ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अश्चिनीकुमारो! अपने वेगशाली), तुम्हें ढोने वाले एवं इस यज्ञ में पहुंचाने वाले रथ को इस यज्ञ में भली प्रकार जोड़ो, हमारा हव्य मधुयुक्त करो एवं यहां आओ. हे अन्नस्वामियो! हमारा सोमरस पिओ. (५)
EN English Translation
O aschinikumaro! Add the chariot that carries you to this yajna well in this yajna, which is fast, and bring us to this yajna, and come here. O annaswamio! Drink our somras. (5)
जोष्य॑ग्ने स॒मिधं॒ जोष्याहु॑तिं॒ जोषि॒ ब्रह्म॒ जन्यं॒ जोषि॑ सुष्टु॒तिम् । विश्वे॑भि॒र्विश्वा॑ँ ऋ॒तुना॑ वसो म॒ह उ॒शन्दे॒वाँ उ॑श॒तः पा॑यया ह॒विः ॥ (६)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अग्नि! तुम समिधाओं, आहुतियों, जनकल्याणकारी मंत्रों तथा शोभन स्तुतियों से युक्त बनो. वे वासरूप अग्नि! तुम्हारी इच्छा करते हुए संपूर्ण देवों की तुम अभिलाषा करो. तुम ऋतुओं एवं सब देवों के साथ सोम पिओ. (६)
EN English Translation
O agni! Be full of samidahas, ahutis, public welfare mantras and shobhan praises. They are the agni! Wish for all the gods while you wish. You drink som with seasons and all the gods. (6)
