बळि॒त्था दे॑व निष्कृ॒तमादि॑त्या यज॒तं बृ॒हत् । वरु॑ण॒ मित्रार्य॑म॒न्वर्षि॑ष्ठं क्ष॒त्रमा॑शाथे ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अदितिपुत्र मित्र, वरुण एवं अर्यमा देव! तुम वास्तविक रूप में वर्तमान, यज्ञ के लिए हितकारक, विस्तृत एवं विशाल बल धारण करते हो. (१)
EN English Translation
O aditiputra friend, Varun and Aryama Dev! You actually possess the present, beneficial for the yagna, the expansive and vast force. (1)
आ यद्योनिं॑ हिर॒ण्ययं॒ वरु॑ण॒ मित्र॒ सद॑थः । ध॒र्तारा॑ चर्षणी॒नां य॒न्तं सु॒म्नं रि॑शादसा ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे मानवरक्षक एवं शत्रुनाशक मित्र व वरुण! तुम कल्याणकारी एवं रमणीय यज्ञभूमि में जब आते हो तो हमें सुख देते हो. (२)
EN English Translation
O human protector and enemy-destroying friend and Varuna! When you come to the land of welfare and delightful yajna, you give us happiness. (2)
विश्वे॒ हि वि॒श्ववे॑दसो॒ वरु॑णो मि॒त्रो अ॑र्य॒मा । व्र॒ता प॒देव॑ सश्चिरे॒ पान्ति॒ मर्त्यं॑ रि॒षः ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
सब कुछ जानने वाले मित्र, वरुण, एवं अर्यमा अपने-अपने पद के अनुरूप हमारे यज्ञ में सम्मिलित होते हैं एवं हिंसकों से भक्तों की रक्षा करते हैं. (३)
EN English Translation
Friends who know everything, Varuna, and Aryama, in accordance with their respective positions, join our yagna and protect the devotees from the violent. (3)
ते हि स॒त्या ऋ॑त॒स्पृश॑ ऋ॒तावा॑नो॒ जने॑जने । सु॒नी॒थासः॑ सु॒दान॑वों॒ऽहोश्चि॑दुरु॒चक्र॑यः ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
सत्यफल देने वाले, जलवर्षक एवं यज्ञ के स्वामी मित्र व वरुण प्रत्येक यजमान को सच्चा मार्ग दिखाते हैं, शोभन दान देते हैं एवं पापी स्तोता को भी विशाल धन देते हैं. (४)
EN English Translation
Friends and Varuna, the masters of the satyaphal, the water year and the yagna, show the true way to each host, give shobhan daan and also give huge wealth to the sinful hymn. (4)
को नु वां॑ मि॒त्रास्तु॑तो॒ वरु॑णो वा त॒नूना॑म् । तत्सु वा॒मेष॑ते म॒तिरत्रि॑भ्य॒ एष॑ते म॒तिः ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे मित्र एवं वरुण! तुम दोनों में कोई स्तुति न करने योग्य नहीं है. हम अत्रि गोत्रोत्पन्न ऋषि तुम्हारी शरण जाते हैं. (५)
EN English Translation
Oh my friend and Varun! There is no praise worthy of any praise in both of you. We, the sages of Atri Gotratropan, go to your refuge. (5)
