आ वि॑श्ववाराश्विना गतं नः॒ प्र तत्स्थान॑मवाचि वां पृथि॒व्याम् । अश्वो॒ न वा॒जी शु॒नपृ॑ष्ठो अस्था॒दा यत्से॒दथु॑र्ध्रु॒वसे॒ न योनि॑म् ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे सबके प्रिय अश्विनीकुमारो! तुम हमारे यज्ञ में आओ. धरती पर यज्ञवेदी ही तुम्हारा स्थान कहा गया है. जिस प्रकार तेज चलने वाला घोड़ा अपने स्थान पर शांत रहता है, उसी प्रकार सुखदायक पीठ वाला घोड़ा तुम्हारे पास रहे. (१)
EN English Translation
O all the dear Ashwinikumaro! You come to our yajna. The yajna-vedi on earth is said to be your place. Just as a fast-moving horse is quiet in its place, so be the horse with a soothing back. (1)
सिष॑क्ति॒ सा वां॑ सुम॒तिश्चनि॒ष्ठाता॑पि घ॒र्मो मनु॑षो दुरो॒णे । यो वां॑ समु॒द्रान्स॒रितः॒ पिप॒र्त्येत॑ग्वा चि॒न्न सु॒युजा॑ युजा॒नः ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अश्विनीकुमारो! अतिशय अन्नयुक्त शोभनस्तुति तुम्हारी सेवा करती है. धूप मानवों की यज्ञशाला में तप रही है. वह धूप तुम्हें प्राप्त करने के लिए नदियों और सागरों को वर्षा द्वारा भरती है. जिस प्रकार रथ में घोड़े जोड़े जाते हैं, उसी प्रकार तुम्हें यज्ञ में युक्त किया जाता है. (२)
EN English Translation
O Ashwinikumaro! The very grainy adornment serves you. The sun is burning in the yagnashala of humans. That sunshine fills the rivers and oceans by the rain to get you. Just as horses are added to the chariot, so you are put in the yagna. (2)
यानि॒ स्थाना॑न्यश्विना द॒धाथे॑ दि॒वो य॒ह्वीष्वोष॑धीषु वि॒क्षु । नि पर्व॑तस्य मू॒र्धनि॒ सद॒न्तेषं॒ जना॑य दा॒शुषे॒ वह॑न्ता ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अश्चिनीकुमारो! तुम स्वर्ग लोक से आकर विशाल ओषधियों एवं प्रजाओं में जो स्थान धारण करते हो, उसे हव्यदाता यजमान को दो और स्वयं पर्वत की चोटी पर स्थित बनो. (३)
EN English Translation
O aschinikumaro! Come from heaven and give to the host of the human being and be yourself on top of the mountain, the place that you occupy among the great medicines and people. (3)
च॒नि॒ष्टं दे॑वा॒ ओष॑धीष्व॒प्सु यद्यो॒ग्या अ॒श्नवै॑थे॒ ऋषी॑णाम् । पु॒रूणि॒ रत्ना॒ दध॑तौ॒ न्य१॒॑स्मे अनु॒ पूर्वा॑णि चख्यथुर्यु॒गानि॑ ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अश्विनीकुमार! तुम हमारी ओषधियों एवं जल की अभिलाषा करो, क्योंकि तुम ऋषियों की इन वस्तुओं को स्वीकार करते हो. तुमने पूर्ववर्ती दंपतियों को आकृष्ट किया था. तुम हमें अनेक रत्न दो. (४)
EN English Translation
O Ashwinikumar! You desire our clothes and water, for you accept these things of the sages. You attracted the previous couples. You give us many gems. (4)
शु॒श्रु॒वांसा॑ चिदश्विना पु॒रूण्य॒भि ब्रह्मा॑णि चक्षाथे॒ ऋषी॑णाम् । प्रति॒ प्र या॑तं॒ वर॒मा जना॑या॒स्मे वा॑मस्तु सुम॒तिश्चनि॑ष्ठा ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अश्चिनीकुमारो! तुमने स्तुतियां सुनकर ऋषियों के अनेक यज्ञकर्म को देखा है. तुम मुझ यजमान के घर में आओ. तुम अन्न के विषय में हम पर कृपा करो. (५)
EN English Translation
O aschinikumaro! You have seen many yagnakarmas of the sages by listening to the praises. You come into my host's house. Please be kind to us concerning you food. (5)
यो वां॑ य॒ज्ञो ना॑सत्या ह॒विष्मा॑न्कृ॒तब्र॑ह्मा सम॒र्यो॒३॒॑ भवा॑ति । उप॒ प्र या॑तं॒ वर॒मा वसि॑ष्ठमि॒मा ब्रह्मा॑ण्यृच्यन्ते यु॒वभ्या॑म् ॥ (६)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अश्चिनीकुमारो! जो स्तुतिपरायण, हव्ययुक्त एवं ऋत्विजों से युक्त वसिष्ठ तुम्हारा यजमान है, उसी श्रेष्ठ के पास जाओ. ये स्तुतियां यहां आने के लिए तुम्हारी स्तुति करती हैं. (६)
EN English Translation
O aschinikumaro! Go to the best of the one who is your host, the vasishtha, which is your host with praises, the hakyayuktas and the sages. These praises praise you for coming here. (6)
इ॒यं म॑नी॒षा इ॒यम॑श्विना॒ गीरि॒मां सु॑वृ॒क्तिं वृ॑षणा जुषेथाम् । इ॒मा ब्रह्मा॑णि युव॒यून्य॑ग्मन्यू॒यं पा॑त स्व॒स्तिभिः॒ सदा॑ नः ॥ (७)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अभिलाषापूरक अश्चिनीकुमारो! यह स्तुति एवं यह वाणी तुम्हारे लिए है. तुम इस शोभनस्तुति को स्वीकार करो. ये समस्त यज्ञकर्म तुम्हारी कामना करते हुए तुम्हे प्राप्त हों. हे देवो! कल्याणसाधनों द्वारा हमारी सदा रक्षा करो. (७)
EN English Translation
This is a desire-filled aschinikumaro! This praise and this voice is for you. You accept this adornment. May all these yajnakarmas be received by you while wishing you. Oh, God! Protect us forever by means of welfare. (7)
