हे बहुकर्म वाले इंद्र! तुम सोमरस निचोड़ने वाले एवं कुश बिछाने वाले यजमान के रक्षक हो. हे सज्जनपालक इंद्र! देवों ने तुम्हारे लिए सोमरस का जो भाग निश्चित किया है उसे समस्त शत्रुसेनाओं एवं वेगों को पराजित करके तथा जल के बीच में विजयी बनकर पिओ. (१)
EN English Translation
O indra of many deeds! You are the protector of the host who squeezes the somras and the one who lays the cushions. O gentleman, Indra! Drink the part of somras that the gods have fixed for you by defeating all the enemies and the vets and victorious in the midst of the waters. (1)
