न॒ह्य१॒॑न्यं ब॒ळाक॑रं मर्डि॒तारं॑ शतक्रतो । त्वं न॑ इन्द्र मृळय ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे इंद्र! मैं तुम्हारे अतिरिक्त किसी सुखदाता को नहीं मानता. तुम ही मुझे सुख पहुंचाओ. (१)
EN English Translation
O Indra! I don't believe in any comforter other than you. You bring me happiness. (1)
यो नः॒ शश्व॑त्पु॒रावि॒थामृ॑ध्रो॒ वाज॑सातये । स त्वं न॑ इन्द्र मृळय ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
जिन हिंसारहित इंद्र ने प्राचीन काल में अन्न पाने के लिए हमारी रक्षा की थी, वह हमें सदा सुखी करें. (२)
EN English Translation
May the violenceless Indra, who protected us in ancient times to get food, make us happy forever. (2)
किम॒ङ्ग र॑ध्र॒चोद॑नः सुन्वा॒नस्या॑वि॒तेद॑सि । कु॒वित्स्वि॑न्द्र णः॒ शकः॑ ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे आराधक को प्रेरित करने वाले इंद्र! तुम सोमरस निचोड़ने वाले की रक्षा करो. तुम हमें बहुत धन वाला बनाओ. (३)
EN English Translation
O Indra who inspired the worshiper! You protect the somras squeezing. You make us having a lot of money. (3)
इन्द्र॒ प्र णो॒ रथ॑मव प॒श्चाच्चि॒त्सन्त॑मद्रिवः । पु॒रस्ता॑देनं मे कृधि ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे वज्रधारी इंद्र! तुम हमारे पीछे खड़े हुए रथ की रक्षा करो एवं उसे सामने लाओ. (४)
EN English Translation
O thunderbolt Indra! Protect the chariot that stands behind us and bring it in front of you. (4)
हन्तो॒ नु किमा॑ससे प्रथ॒मं नो॒ रथं॑ कृधि । उ॒प॒मं वा॑ज॒यु श्रवः॑ ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे शत्रुहंता इंद्र! तुम इस समय चुप क्यों हो? तुम हमारे रथ को सर्वप्रमुख बनाओ. हमारा अभिलषित अन्न तुम्हारे पास है. (५)
EN English Translation
O enemy Indra! Why are you silent at this time? You make our chariot all-round. You have our desired food. (5)
अवा॑ नो वाज॒युं रथं॑ सु॒करं॑ ते॒ किमित्परि॑ । अ॒स्मान्सु जि॒ग्युष॑स्कृधि ॥ (६)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे इंद्र! हमारे अन्न चाहने वाले रथ की रक्षा करो. तुम्हारे लिए कौन सा काम सुकर नहीं है? तुम हमें संग्राम में सुखपूर्वक जीतने वाला बनाओ. (६)
EN English Translation
O Indra! Protect our food-seeking chariot. What work is not good for you? You make us happy to win in the battle. (6)
इन्द्र॒ दृह्य॑स्व॒ पूर॑सि भ॒द्रा त॑ एति निष्कृ॒तम् । इ॒यं धीरृ॒त्विया॑वती ॥ (७)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे इंद्र! तुम दृढ़ बनो. तुम अभिलाषा पूरी करने वाले हो. यज्ञ संपादन करने वाली कल्याणकारिणी स्तुति तुम्हें प्राप्त होती है. (७)
EN English Translation
O Indra! You be firm. You are about to fulfill the desire. You get the welfare praise that performs the yajna. (7)
मा सी॑मव॒द्य आ भा॑गु॒र्वी काष्ठा॑ हि॒तं धन॑म् । अ॒पावृ॑क्ता अर॒त्नयः॑ ॥ (८)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे इंद्र! निंदनीय-व्यक्ति हमारे पास न आवे. विस्तृत दिशाओं में छिपा हुआ धन हमारा हो एवं शत्रु नष्ट हो जावें. (८)
EN English Translation
O Indra! The condemnable person should not come to us. Let the money hidden in wide directions be ours and the enemies will be destroyed. (8)
तु॒रीयं॒ नाम॑ य॒ज्ञियं॑ य॒दा कर॒स्तदु॑श्मसि । आदित्पति॑र्न ओहसे ॥ (९)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे इंद्र! जब तुमने अपना चौथा नाम 'यज्ञिय' धारण किया, तभी हमने यज्ञ की कामना की. तुम ही हमारे पालक और रक्षक हो. (९)
EN English Translation
O Indra! When you wore your fourth name 'Yajnayya', we wished for the yajna, and you are our guardian and protector. (9)
अवी॑वृधद्वो अमृता॒ अम॑न्दीदेक॒द्यूर्दे॑वा उ॒त याश्च॑ देवीः । तस्मा॑ उ॒ राधः॑ कृणुत प्रश॒स्तं प्रा॒तर्म॒क्षू धि॒याव॑सुर्जगम्यात् ॥ (१०)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे मरणरहित देवो! एकद्यु ऋषि अपनी स्तुति द्वारा तुम्हें और तुम्हारी पत्नियों को बढ़ाता एवं प्रसन्न करता है. तुम हमें अधिक धन दो. यज्ञकर्मरूप धन वाले इंद्र प्रातःकाल शीघ्र जावें. (१०)
EN English Translation
O god without death! The sage Ekdyu raises and pleases you and your wives by his praise. You give us more money. Indra with money in the form of yajnakarma should leave early in the morning. (10)
