यो अत्य॑ इव मृ॒ज्यते॒ गोभि॒र्मदा॑य हर्य॒तः । तं गी॒र्भिर्वा॑सयामसि ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
जो सुंदर सोम चलने वाले घोड़े के समान देवों के नशे के लिए गाय के दूध-दही आदि में मिलाए जाते हैं, स्तुतियों द्वारा हम उन्हीं को प्रसन्न करेंगे. (१)
EN English Translation
Those who are mixed in cow's milk-curd, etc., for the intoxication of the gods like a beautiful mon walking horse, we will please them by the praises. (1)
तं नो॒ विश्वा॑ अव॒स्युवो॒ गिरः॑ शुम्भन्ति पू॒र्वथा॑ । इन्दु॒मिन्द्रा॑य पी॒तये॑ ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
रक्षा की अभिलाषिणी हमारी सब स्तुतियां इंद्र के पीने के लिए सोम को पहले के समान ही दीप्तिशाली बनाती हैं. (२)
EN English Translation
All our praises for the desire of protection make Soma as bright as before for Indra's drink. (2)
पु॒ना॒नो या॑ति हर्य॒तः सोमो॑ गी॒र्भिः परि॑ष्कृतः । विप्र॑स्य॒ मेध्या॑तिथेः ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
निचुड़ते हुए सुंदर सोम स्तुतियों से सुशोभित होकर मुझ मेधावी मेध्यातिथि के कल्याण के लिए द्रोणकलश में जाते हैं. (३)
EN English Translation
Adorned with the beautiful Som hymns, they go to Dronakalash for the welfare of my meritorious merit. (3)
पव॑मान वि॒दा र॒यिम॒स्मभ्यं॑ सोम सु॒श्रिय॑म् । इन्दो॑ स॒हस्र॑वर्चसम् ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे निचुड़ते हुए एवं छनते हुए सोम! तुम हमें शोभनश्री से युक्त एवं बहुत दीप्ति वाला धन दो. (४)
EN English Translation
O nishing and filtering Mon! You give us a rich and very bright money with Shobhanshree. (4)
इन्दु॒रत्यो॒ न वा॑ज॒सृत्कनि॑क्रन्ति प॒वित्र॒ आ । यदक्षा॒रति॑ देव॒युः ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
सोम युद्ध में जाने वाले घोड़े के समान दशापवित्र में शब्द करते हैं. सोम जब नीचे टपकते हैं, तब देवों के अभिलाषी बनकर शब्द करते हैं. (५)
EN English Translation
Som words in Dasapavitra like a horse going to war. When Soma drips down, he makes words by becoming the desire of the gods. (5)
पव॑स्व॒ वाज॑सातये॒ विप्र॑स्य गृण॒तो वृ॒धे । सोम॒ रास्व॑ सु॒वीर्य॑म् ॥ (६)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे सोम! स्तुति करने वाले मुझ मेध्यातिथि को अन्न देने एवं बढ़ाने के लिए टपको. तुम हमें शोभन शक्ति वाला पुत्र दो. (६)
EN English Translation
Hey Mon! The praises pour out to give me food and increase my heart. You give us a son with a good power. (6)
