अराती॒योर्भ्रातृ॑व्यस्य दु॒र्हार्दो॑ द्विष॒तः शिरः॑ । अपि॑ वृश्चा॒म्योज॑सा ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
बंधुओं में जो मेरा शत्रु, दुष्ट हृदय वाला और द्वेष करने वाला है, उस का शीश भी मैं वेग से तोड़ता हूं. (१)
EN English Translation
I also break the head of the one who is my enemy, evil-hearted and hater among the brothers. (1)
वर्म॒ मह्य॑म॒यं म॒णिः फाला॑ज्जा॒तः क॑रिष्यति । पू॒र्णो म॒न्थेन॒ माग॑म॒द्रसे॑न स॒ह वर्च॑सा ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
फाल से उत्पन्न यह मणि मेरे लिए कवच बन कर रक्षा करेगी. मंथन की सामर्थ्य एवं रस बल से युक्त होने के कारण समर्थ यह मणि मेरे पास आई है. (२)
EN English Translation
This gem produced from fal will protect me by becoming a shield for me. Due to the power of churning and being equipped with juice power, this gem has come to me. (2)
यत्त्वा॑ शि॒क्वः प॒राव॑धी॒त्तक्षा॒ हस्ते॑न॒ वास्या॑ । आप॑स्त्वा॒ तस्मा॑ज्जीव॒लाः पु॒नन्तु॒ शुच॑यः॒ शुचि॑म् ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
कुशल बढ़ई जो तुझे औजार सहित हाथ से मारता है अर्थात् छील कर तेरा निर्माण करता है, इसी कारण जीवन देने वाले एवं पवित्र जल तुझे शुद्ध करें और पवित्र बनाएं. (३)
EN English Translation
The skilled carpenter who kills you with a tool, that is, peels you and creates you, that is why the life-giving and holy water purify you and make you holy. (3)
हिर॑ण्यस्रग॒यं म॒णिः श्र॒द्धां य॒ज्ञं महो॒ दध॑त् । गृ॒हे व॑सतु॒ नोऽति॑थिः ॥ (४)

सुवर्ण की माला से युक्त यह मणि श्रद्धा, यज्ञ एवं तेज को धारण करती हुई हमारे घर में अतिथि बन कर निवास करे. (४)
EN English Translation
This gem with a garland of gold should be a guest in our house wearing reverence, sacrifice and glory. (4)
तस्मै॑ घृ॒तं सुरां॒ मध्वन्न॑मन्नं क्षदामहे । स नः॑ पि॒तेव॑ पु॒त्रेभ्यः॒ श्रेयः॑ श्रेयश्चिकित्सतु॒ भूयो॑भूयः॒ श्वःश्वो॑ दे॒वेभ्यो॑ म॒णिरेत्य॑ ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हम इस अतिथि के लिए घृत, मदिरा, शहद और अन्न देते हैं. जिस प्रकार पिता पुत्र को परम कल्याण देता है, उसी प्रकार यह मणि मुझे कल्याण दे. यह मणि देवों के समीप से मेरे पास आ कर बारबार और प्रतिदिन मुझे सुख प्रदान करे. (५)
EN English Translation
We give ghee, wine, honey and food for this guest. Just as the Father gives the Son the ultimate welfare, so may this gem give me welfare. May this gem come to me from near the gods and give me happiness again and again and every day. (5)
यमब॑ध्ना॒द्बृह॒स्पति॑र्म॒णिं फालं॑ घृत॒श्चुत॑मु॒ग्रं ख॑दि॒रमोज॑से । तम॒ग्निः प्रत्य॑मुञ्चत॒ सो अ॑स्मै दुह॒ आज्यं॒ भूयो॑भूयः॒ श्वःश्व॒स्तेन॒ त्वं द्वि॑ष॒तो ज॑हि ॥ (६)

यह मणि फाल से उत्पन्न, घृत टपकाने वाली, बल युक्त एवं खदिर अर्थात् खैर वृक्ष की लकड़ी से बनी है. बृहस्पति ने बल प्राप्ति के लिए इसे बांधा था. अग्नि ने यह मणि मुझे दी है. हे यजमान! यह मणि तुझे बारबार और प्रतिदिन बल प्रदान करे, जिस से तू प्रतिदिन एवं बारबार शत्रुओं का विनाश कर सके. (६)
EN English Translation
This gem is made of fall, dripping, strong and made of khadir i.e. khair tree wood. Jupiter tied it to get strength. Agni has given me this gem. O host! May this gem give you strength again and again, so that you can destroy enemies every day and again. (6)
यमब॑ध्ना॒द्बृह॒स्पति॑र्म॒णिं फालं॑ घृत॒श्चुत॑मु॒ग्रं ख॑दि॒रमोज॑से । तमिन्द्रः॒ प्रत्य॑मुञ्च॒तौज॑से वी॒र्याय॒ कम् । सो अ॑स्मै॒ बल॒मिद्दु॑हे॒ भूयो॑भूयः॒ श्वःश्व॒स्तेन॒ त्वं द्वि॑ष॒तो ज॑हि ॥ (७)

यह मणि फाल से उत्पन्न, घृत टपकाने वाली, बल युक्त एवं खदिर अर्थात् खैर वृक्ष की लकड़ी से बनी है. बृहस्पति ने बल प्राप्ति के लिए इसे बांधा था. इंद्र ने बल, वीर्य और सुख प्रदान करने हेतु इस मणि को मुझे दिया है. हे यजमान! यह मणि बारबार और प्रतिदिन तुझे बल प्रदान करे. उस बल की सहायता से तू शत्रुओं का विनाश करे. (७)
EN English Translation
This gem is made of fall, dripping, strong and made of khadir i.e. khair tree wood. Jupiter tied it to get strength. Indra has given me this gem to give strength, semen and happiness. O host! May this gem give you strength again and again and every day. With the help of that force, you destroy the enemies. (7)
यमब॑ध्ना॒द्बृह॒स्पति॑र्म॒णिं फालं॑ घृत॒श्चुत॑मु॒ग्रं ख॑दि॒रमोज॑से । तं सोमः॒ प्रत्य॑मुञ्चत म॒हे श्रोत्रा॑य॒ चक्ष॑से । सो अ॑स्मै॒ वर्च॒ इद्दु॑हे॒ भूयो॑भूयः॒ श्वःश्व॒स्तेन॒ त्वं द्वि॑ष॒तो ज॑हि ॥ (८)

बृहस्पति ने जिस फाल से उत्पन्न, घी टपकाने वाली, शक्तिशालिनी एवं खैर वृक्ष की लकड़ी से बनी मणि को बल प्राप्त करने के लिए बांधा था, उसे सोम ने महत्त्व, सुनने की शक्ति और उत्तम दृष्टि पाने के लिए मुझे प्रदान किया है. हे यजमान! यह मणि तुझे बारबार एवं प्रतिदिन तेज प्रदान करे, जिस की सहायता से तू अपने शत्रुओं का विनाश कर सके. (८)
EN English Translation
The fall from which Jupiter had tied the gem produced, dripping ghee, shaktishalini and khair tree wood to get strength, soma has given me importance, hearing power and good vision. O host! May this gem give you glory again and again and day, with the help of which you can destroy your enemies. (8)
यमब॑ध्ना॒द्बृह॒स्पति॑र्म॒णिं फालं॑ घृत॒श्चुत॑मु॒ग्रं ख॑दि॒रमोज॑से । तं सूर्यः॒ प्रत्य॑मुञ्चत॒ तेने॒मा अ॑जय॒द्दिशः॑ । सो अ॑स्मै॒ भूति॒मिद्दु॑हे॒ भूयो॑भूयः॒ श्वःश्व॒स्तेन॒ त्वं द्वि॑ष॒तो ज॑हि ॥ (९)

बृहस्पति ने फाल से उत्पन्न, घी टपकाने वाली, शक्तिशालिनी एवं खैर वृक्ष की लकड़ी से बनी मणि को बल प्राप्ति के लिए बांधा था. उसे सूर्य ने मुझे दिया था. इस से मैं ने इन सभी दिशाओं को जीत लिया था. हे यजमान! यह मणि तेरे लिए प्रतिदिन और बार-बार ऐश्वर्य प्रदान करे, जिस की सहायता से तू अपने शत्रुओं का विनाश कर सके. (९)
EN English Translation
Jupiter tied the gem made from the wood of the fruit, ghee dripping, shaktishalaini and khair tree to gain strength. It was given to me by the sun. With this, I won all these directions. O host! May this gem give you wealth every day and again, with the help of which you can destroy your enemies. (9)
यमब॑ध्ना॒द्बृह॒स्पति॑र्म॒णिं फालं॑ घृत॒श्चुत॑मु॒ग्रं ख॑दि॒रमोज॑से । त बिभ्र॑च्च॒न्द्रमा॑ म॒णिमसु॑राणां॒ पुरो॑ऽजयद्दान॒वानां॑ हिर॒ण्ययीः॑ । सो अ॑स्मै॒ श्रिय॒मिद्दु॑हे॒ भूयो॑भूयः॒ श्वःश्व॒स्तेन॒ त्वं द्वि॑ष॒तो ज॑हि ॥ (१०)

बृहस्पति ने फाल से उत्पन्न, घी टपकाने वाली, शक्तिशालिनी एवं खैर वृक्ष की लकड़ी से बनी मणि को बल प्राप्ति के लिए बांधा था. उसे धारण करते हुए चंद्रमा ने असुरों के नगरों एवं दानियों के स्वर्ण को जीत लिया था. यह मणि इस यजमान के लिए बारबार एवं प्रतिदिन श्री प्रदान करे. हे यजमान! उस की सहायता से तू अपने शत्रुओं का विनाश कर. (१०)
EN English Translation
Jupiter tied the gem produced from fal, ghee dripping, shaktishalini and khair tree wood to get strength. While wearing it, the moon won the gold of the cities of asuras and the donors. May this gem be given to this host again and again and daily. O host! With His help you destroy your enemies. (10)
यमब॑ध्ना॒द्बृह॒स्पति॒र्वाता॑य म॒णिमा॒शवे॑ । सो अ॑स्मै वा॒जिन॒मिद्दु॑हे॒ भूयो॑भूयः॒ श्वःश्व॒स्तेन॒ त्वं द्वि॑ष॒तो ज॑हि ॥ (११)

बृहस्पति ने जिस को यह मणि वायु के समान शीघ्र गति प्राप्त करने के लिए बांधी, उस के लिए यह मणि प्रतिदिन एवं बारबार घोड़े प्रदान करे. हे यजमान! उन की सहायता से तू अपने शत्रुओं का विनाश कर. (११)
EN English Translation
For the person to whom Jupiter tied this gem to get as fast as air, this gem should provide horses daily and again. O host! With their help you destroy your enemies. (11)
यमब॑ध्ना॒द्बृह॒स्पति॒र्वाता॑य म॒णिमा॒शवे॑ । तेने॒मां म॒णिना॑ कृ॒षिम॒श्विना॑व॒भि र॑क्षतः । स भि॒षग्भ्यां॒ महो॑ दुहे॒ भूयो॑भूयः॒ श्वःश्व॒स्तेन॒ त्वं द्वि॑ष॒तो ज॑हि ॥ (१२)

बृहस्पति देव ने जिसे यह मणि वायु के समान शीघ्र गति प्राप्त करने के लिए बांधी, उसी मणि के द्वारा अश्विनीकुमार इस कृषि की रक्षा करें. इस ने अश्चिनीकुमारों का बारबार एवं प्रतिदिन महत्तव प्रदान किया. हे यजमान! इस मणि की सहायता से तू अपने शत्रुओं का विनाश कर. (१२)

Ashwinikumar should protect this agriculture with the same gem that Jupiter God tied to get this gem as fast as air. It gave importance to the Ashwini Kumars again and again and every day. O host! With the help of this gem, destroy your enemies. (12)
यमब॑ध्ना॒द्बृह॒स्पति॒र्वाता॑य म॒णिमा॒शवे॑ । तं बिभ्र॑त्सवि॒ता म॒णिं तेने॒दम॑जय॒त्स्वः । सो अ॑स्मै सू॒नृतां॑ दुहे॒ भूयो॑भूयः॒ श्वःश्व॒स्तेन॒ त्वं द्वि॑ष॒तो ज॑हि ॥ (१३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
बृहस्पति देव ने जिस को यह मणि वायु के समान वेग प्राप्त करने के लिए बांधी थी, उसे धारण करते हुए सविता देव ने स्वर्ग को विजय किया. उस ने यजमान के लिए सत्य प्रदान किया. हे यजमान! इस से तू अपने शत्रुओं का विनाश कर. (१३)

Savita Dev conquered heaven, wearing the velocity of Jupiter to whom this gem was tied to get the same velocity as air. He provided truth for the host. O host! With this you destroy your enemies. (13)
यमब॑ध्ना॒द्बृह॒स्पति॒र्वाता॑य म॒णिमा॒शवे॑ । तमापो॒ बिभ्र॑तीर्म॒णिं सदा॑ धाव॒न्त्यक्षि॑ताः । स आ॑भ्यो॒ऽमृत॒मिद्दु॑हे॒ भूयो॑भूयः॒ श्वःश्व॒स्तेन॒ त्वं द्वि॑ष॒तो ज॑हि ॥ (१४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
बृहस्पति ने वायु के समान वेग प्राप्त करने के लिए जिस को यह मणि बांधी, उस मणि को धारण करने वाले जल सदा अविनाशी हो कर दौड़ते है अर्थात् बहते हैं. इस मणि ने जलों के लिए बारबार और प्रतिदिन अमृत प्रदान किया. हे यजमान! इस मणि की सहायता से तुम शत्रुओं का विनाश करो. (१४)
EN English Translation
The water that holds that gem to whom Jupiter tied this gem to attain the same velocity as air always runs indestructible, that is, flows. This gem provided nectar for the waters again and again and daily. O host! With the help of this gem, you destroy the enemies. (14)
यमब॑ध्ना॒द्बृह॒स्पति॒र्वाता॑य म॒णिमा॒शवे॑ । तं राजा॒ वरु॑णो म॒णिं प्रत्य॑मुञ्चत शं॒भुव॑म् । सो अ॑स्मै स॒त्यमिद्दु॑हे॒ भूयो॑भूयः॒ श्वःश्व॒स्तेन॒ त्वं द्वि॑ष॒तो ज॑हि ॥ (१५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
जिस मणि को बृहस्पति देव ने वायु के समान वेग प्राप्त करने के लिए बांधा, उसी सुखदायी मणि को राजा वरुण ने हमें दिया है. वह मणि इस यजमान के लिए प्रतिदिन और बारबार सत्य प्रदान करे. हे यजमान! इस की सहायता से तुम अपने शत्रु का विनाश करो. (१५)
EN English Translation
The gem that Jupiter god tied to get the same velocity as air, the same happy gem has been given to us by King Varuna. May that gem provide truth to this host every day and again. O host! With the help of this, you destroy your enemy. (15)
यमब॑ध्ना॒द्बृह॒स्पति॒र्वाता॑य म॒णिमा॒शवे॑ । तं दे॒वा बिभ्र॑तो म॒णिं सर्वां॑ल्लो॒कान्यु॒धाज॑यन् । स ए॑भ्यो॒ जिति॒मिद्दु॑हे॒ भूयो॑भूयः॒ श्वःश्व॒स्तेन॒ त्वं द्वि॑ष॒तो ज॑हि ॥ (१६)

बृहस्पति देव ने जिस मणि को वायु के समान वेग प्राप्त करने के लिए बांधा था, उसी मणि को धारण करने वाले देवों ने युद्ध के द्वारा सभी लोकों को जीत लिया. वह मणि इस यजमान के लिए विजय प्रदान करे. हे यजमान! इस की सहायता से तू अपने शत्रुओं का विनाश कर. (१६)

The gem that Jupiter dev had tied to get the same velocity as the air, the gods who wore the same gem conquered all the worlds through war. May that gem give victory to this host. O host! With this help you destroy your enemies. (16)

The gem that Jupiter tied to get the same velocity as air, the gods have given me the same happy gem. This gem has provided truth for the gods again and again and every day. O host! With the help of this gem, destroy your enemies. (17)
ऋ॒तव॒स्तम॑बध्नतार्त॒वास्तम॑बध्नत । सं॑वत्स॒रस्तं ब॒द्ध्वा सर्वं॑ भू॒तं वि र॑क्षति ॥ (१८)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
वसंत आदि ऋतुओं ने इस मणि को बांधा और ऋतुओं से उत्पन्न चैत्र आदि मासों ने इस मणि को बांधा है. संवत्सर इसी मणि को बांध कर समस्त प्राणियों की रक्षा करता है. (१८)

Spring etc. seasons tied this gem and chaitra etc. months originating from the seasons have tied this gem. Samvatsar protects all beings by tying this gem. (18)
अ॑न्तर्दे॒शा अ॑बध्नत प्र॒दिश॒स्तम॑बध्नत । प्र॒जाप॑तिसृष्टो म॒णिर्द्वि॑ष॒तो मेऽध॑राँ अकः ॥ (१९)

आग्नेय, ईशान आदि अंतर्दिशाओं ने इस मणि को बांधा तथा पूर्व आदि दिशाओं ने भी इस को बांधा. प्रजापति के द्वारा निर्मित यह मणि मेरे शत्रुओं को पराजित करे. (१९)

The inter-directions like Southeast, Ishan etc. tied this gem and east etc. directions also tied it. May this gem made by Prajapati defeat my enemies. (19)
अथ॑र्वाणो अबध्नताथर्व॒णा अ॑बध्नत । तैर्मे॒दिनो॒ अङ्गि॑रसो॒ दस्यू॑नां बिभिदुः॒ पुर॒स्तेन॒ त्वं द्वि॑ष॒तो ज॑हि ॥ (२०)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
अथर्वा ऋषियों ने इस मणि को बांधा तथा उन की संतान आथर्वणों ने भी इस मणि को बांधा. उन की अर्थात् अथर्वा ऋषियों और उन की संतान की सहायता से शक्तिशाली बने अंगिरा गोत्र वालों ने लुटेरों के नगरों का विनाश कर दिया. हे यजमान! इस मणि की सहायता से तू अपने शन्रुओं को मार. (२०)

The Atharva rishis tied this gem and their children Atharvans also tied this gem. With the help of them, the Atharva rishis and their children, the Angira tribe, who became powerful, destroyed the cities of the robbers. O host! With the help of this gem, you kill your enemies. (20)
तं धा॒ता प्रत्य॑मुञ्चत॒ स भू॒तं व्यकल्पयत् । तेन॒ त्वं द्वि॑ष॒तो ज॑हि ॥ (२१)

इस मणि को विधाता ने हमें दिया. विधाता ने इस मणि की सहायता से समस्त प्राणियों की रचना की. हे यजमान! इस मणि की सहायता से तू अपने शत्रुओं का विनाश कर. (२१)

The gem that Jupiter had tied in the hands of the devas, which destroyed the asuras, the same gem has come to me with juice and tej. (22)
यमब॑ध्ना॒द्बृह॒स्पति॑र्दे॒वेभ्यो॒ असु॑रक्षितिम् । स मा॒यं म॒णिराग॑मत्स॒ह गोभि॑रजा॒विभि॒रन्ने॑न प्र॒जया॑ स॒ह ॥ (२३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
बृहस्पति ने असुरों का विनाश करने वाली जिस मणि को देवों के हाथों में बांधा था, वही मणि गायों, बकरियों, भेड़ों, अन्न एवं संतान के साथ मुझे प्राप्त हुई है. (२३)

I have received the same gem that Jupiter had tied in the hands of devas, which destroyed the asuras, with cows, goats, sheep, food and children. (23)
यमब॑ध्ना॒द्बृह॒स्पति॑र्दे॒वेभ्यो॒ असु॑रक्षितिम् । स मा॒यं म॒णिराग॑मत्स॒ह व्री॑हिय॒वाभ्यां॒ मह॑सा॒ भूत्या॑ स॒ह ॥ (२४)

बृहस्पति ने असुरों का विनाश करने वाली जिस मणि को देवों के हाथों में बांधा था, वही मणि गेहूं, जौ एवं महान विभूति के साथ मुझे प्राप्त हुई है. (२४)

I have received the same gem with wheat, barley and great vibhuti, which Jupiter had tied in the hands of the gods, which destroyed the asuras. (24)
यमब॑ध्ना॒द्बृह॒स्पति॑र्दे॒वेभ्यो॒ असु॑रक्षितिम् । स मा॒यं म॒णिराग॑म॒न्मधो॑र्घृ॒तस्य॒ धार॑या की॒लाले॑न म॒णिः स॒ह ॥ (२५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
असुरों का विनाश करने वाली जिस मणि को बृहस्पति ने देवों के हाथों में बांधा था, वही मणि मधु एवं घृत की धाराओं तथा मदिरा की धाराओं के साथ मुझे प्राप्त हुई है. (२५)

I have received the same gem that Jupiter had tied in the hands of the gods, which destroyed the asuras, with the streams of madhu and ghrit and the streams of wine. (25)

बृहस्पति देव ने असुरों का विनाश करने वाली जिस मणि को देवों के हाथों में बांधा था, वही मणि ऊर्जा, दूध एवं शोभा के साथ मुझे प्राप्त हुई है. (२६)

I have received the same gem with energy, milk and beauty, which Was tied by Brihaspati Dev in the hands of devas, which destroyed the asuras. (26)

I have received the same gem that Jupiter had tied in the hands of the gods, which destroyed the effects, with radiance, light, sacrifice and fame. (27)
यमब॑ध्ना॒द्बृह॒स्पति॑र्दे॒वेभ्यो॒ असु॑रक्षितिम् । स मा॒यं म॒णिराग॑म॒त्सर्वा॑भि॒र्भूति॑भिः स॒ह ॥ (२८)

I have received the same gem with all the personalities, which Jupiter had tied in the hands of the gods, which destroyed the asuras. (28)
तमि॒मं दे॒वता॑ म॒णिं मह्यं॑ ददतु॒ पुष्ट॑ये । अ॑भि॒भुं क्ष॑त्र॒वर्ध॑नं सपत्न॒दम्भ॑नं म॒णिम् ॥ (२९)

देव वही मणि मुझे पुष्टि के लिए प्रदान करें. वह मणि शत्रु नाशक, क्षात्र शक्ति बढ़ाने वाली एवं शत्रु का विनाश करने वाली है. (२९)

Dev provide the same gem to me for confirmation. That gem is the destroyer of the enemy, the increaser of the kshatra power and the destroyer of the enemy. (29)
ब्रह्म॑णा॒ तेज॑सा स॒ह प्रति॑ मुञ्चामि मे शि॒वम् । अ॑सप॒त्नः स॑पत्न॒हा स॒पत्ना॒न्मेऽध॑राँ अकः ॥ (३०)

ब्रह्म तेज के साथ मैं इस मणि को धारण करता हूं. यह मणि मेरे लिए कल्याणकारी है. इस मणि का कोई शत्रु नहीं है. शत्रुघातक इस मणि ने मेरे शत्रुओं की अवनति की है. (३०)

With Brahma Radiance, I wear this gem. This gem is welfare for me. This gem has no enemies. This enemy-killing gem has demoted my enemies. (30)
