पुरुष मुख में स्थित प्राण वायु से अग्नि को संयुक्त करता है. इसलिए प्राण की रक्षा करनी चाहिए. बाहरी वायु मुख में स्थित प्राण वायु से मिलती है. इंद्र आदि देवों ने प्राण वायु से सर्वत्र प्रकाश करने वाले सूर्य को उत्पन्न किया है. (७)
