व॒यमे॑नमि॒दा ह्योऽपी॑पेमे॒ह व॒ज्रिण॑म् । तस्मा॑ उ अ॒द्य स॑म॒ना सु॒तं भ॒रा नू॒नं भू॑षत श्रु॒ते ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे स्तोताओ! हम ने इंद्र को सोमरस से पुष्ट किया है. तुम भी प्रसन्न मन से उन्हें संस्कार किया हुआ सोम प्रदान करो तथा उन्हें स्तोत्रों के द्वारा सुसज्जित करो. (१)
EN English Translation
O stotao! We have confirmed Indra with somers. You should also give them the sacramented Soma with a happy heart and equip them with hymns. (1)
वृक॑श्चिदस्य वार॒ण उ॑रा॒मथि॒रा व॒युने॑षु भूषति । सेमं नः॒ स्तोमं॑ जुजुषा॒ण आ ग॒हीन्द्र॒ प्र चि॒त्रया॑ धि॒या ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
इंद्र का भेड़िया शत्रुओं को भगा देता है तथा भेड़ों को मथ डालता है. हे इंद्र! तुम अपनी श्रेष्ठ बुद्धि के द्वारा इस यज्ञ में आओ तथा स्तुतियों को सुनो. (२)
EN English Translation
Indra's wolf drives away the enemies and churns the sheep. O Indra! You come to this yajna with your superior intellect and listen to the praises. (2)
कदू॒ न्वस्याकृ॑त॒मिन्द्र॑स्यास्ति॒ पौंस्य॑म् । केनो॒ नु कं॒ श्रोम॑तेन॒ न शु॑श्रुवे ज॒नुषः॒ परि॑ वृत्र॒हा ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
यह किस ने नहीं सुना है कि इंद्र ने वृत्र राक्षस का नाश किया. ऐसा कोई पराक्रम नहीं है, जो इंद्र में न हो. (३)
EN English Translation
Who has not heard that Indra destroyed the vritra demon. There is no power that Indra does not have. (3)
