पञ्च॑ च॒ याः प॑ञ्चा॒शच्च॑ सं॒यन्ति॒ मन्या॑ अ॒भि । इ॒तस्ताः सर्वा॑ नश्यन्तु वा॒का अ॑प॒चिता॑मिव ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
गले के ऊपरी भाग में स्थित पचपन प्रकार की गंड मालाएं गले के ऊपरी भाग की धमनियों को व्याप्त करती हैं. वे सब इस प्रकार नष्ट हो जाएं, जिस प्रकार पतिव्रता को पा कर सभी दोष नष्ट हो जाते हैं. (१)
EN English Translation
Fifty-five types of gand malas located in the upper part of the throat permeate the arteries of the upper part of the throat. All of them should be destroyed in such a way that all the defects are destroyed by getting pativrata. (1)
स॒प्त च॒ याः स॑प्त॒तिश्च॑ सं॒यन्ति॒ ग्रैव्या॑ अ॒भि । इ॒तस्ताः सर्वा॑ नश्यन्तु वा॒का अ॑प॒चिता॑मिव ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
गरदन की नसों में स्थित सतहत्तर प्रकार की गंडमालाएं गरदन की धमनियों को व्याप्त करती हैं. वे सब इस प्रकार नष्ट हो जाएं, जिस प्रकार पतिव्रता को पा कर सभी दोष नष्ट हो जाते हैं. (२)

The seventy-surface ganglions located in the veins of the neck pervade the arteries of the neck. All of them should be destroyed in such a way that all the defects are destroyed by getting pativrata. (2)
नव॑ च॒ या न॑व॒तिश्च॑ सं॒यन्ति॒ स्कन्ध्या॑ अ॒भि । इ॒तस्ताः सर्वा॑ नश्यन्तु वा॒का अ॑प॒चिता॑मिव ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
कंधों की नसों में स्थित निन्यानवे प्रकार की गंडमालाएं कंधों की धमनियों को व्याप्त करती हैं. वे सब इस प्रकार नष्ट हो जाएं, जिस प्रकार पतिव्रता को पा कर सभी दोष नष्ट हो जाते हैं. (३)

Ninety-nine types of goiter located in the veins of the shoulders pervade the arteries of the shoulders. All of them should be destroyed in such a way that all the defects are destroyed by getting pativrata. (3)
