जि॒तम॒स्माक॒मुद्भि॑न्नम॒स्माक॑मृ॒तम॒स्माकं॒ तेजो॒ऽस्माकं॒ ब्रह्मा॑स्माकं॒स्वर॒स्माकं॑य॒ज्ञो॒ऽस्माकं॑ प॒शवो॒ऽस्माकं॑ प्र॒जा अ॒स्माकं॑ वी॒राअ॒स्माक॑म् । तस्मा॑द॒मुं निर्भ॑जामो॒ऽमुमा॑मुष्याय॒णम॒मुष्याः॑ पु॒त्रम॒सौ यः । स ऋ॑तू॒नां पाशा॒न्मा मो॑चि । तस्येदं वर्च॒स्तेजः॑ प्रा॒णमायु॒र्निवे॑ष्टयामी॒दमे॑नमध॒राञ्चं॑ पादयामि ॥ (२०)

शत्रुओं का वध कर के लाए हुए तथा जीते हुए सभी पदार्थ हमारे हैं. सत्य, तेज, ब्रह्म, स्वर्ग, पशु, संतान, स्त्री तथा वीर पुरुष हमारे हैं. हम अमुक गोत्र वाले तथा अमुक नाम वाली स्त्री के पुत्र को इस लोक से दूर करते हैं. वह ऋलुओं के बंधन से मुक्त न होने पाए. हम उस के तेज, बल, प्राण और आयु को लपेट कर उसे औंधे मुंह गिराते हैं. (२०)
EN English Translation
All the things that have been brought and won by killing enemies are ours. Truth, glory, Brahman, heaven, animals, children, women and brave men are ours. We remove the son of a woman with such a tribe and such a name from this world. He could not be freed from the bondage of the rillus. We wrap his glory, strength, life and age and make him fall face down. (20)
