अग्ने॒ अच्छा॑ वदे॒ह नः॑ प्र॒त्यङ्नः॑ सु॒मना॑ भव । प्र नो॑ यच्छ विशस्पते धन॒दा अ॑सि न॒स्त्वम् ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अग्नि! हमारे सामने आकर उत्तम बातें कहो एवं हमारे प्रति प्रसन्न बनो. हे प्रजाओं के स्वामी अग्नि! तुम धन देने वाले हो, इसलिए हमें धन दो. (१)
EN English Translation
O agni! Come in front of us and say good things and be happy with us. O agni, lord of the people! You are the giver of money, so give us money. (1)
प्र नो॑ यच्छत्वर्य॒मा प्र भगः॒ प्र बृह॒स्पतिः॑ । प्र दे॒वाः प्रोत सू॒नृता॑ रा॒यो दे॒वी द॑दातु नः ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
अर्यमा, भग, बृहस्पति, अन्य देव एवं सत्यरूपा सरस्वती देवी हमें धन दें. (२)
EN English Translation
May Aryama, Bhaga, Jupiter, other gods and Satyarupa Saraswati Devi give us wealth. (2)
सोमं॒ राजा॑न॒मव॑से॒ऽग्निं गी॒र्भिर्ह॑वामहे । आ॒दि॒त्यान्विष्णुं॒ सूर्यं॑ ब्र॒ह्माणं॑ च॒ बृह॒स्पति॑म् ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हम अपनी रक्षा के लिए राजा सोम, अग्नि, आदित्यगण, सूर्य, विष्णु, बृहस्पति एवं प्रजापति को स्तुतियों द्वारा बुलाते हैं. (३)
EN English Translation
We call King Som, Agni, Adityagana, Surya, Vishnu, Jupiter and Prajapati through praises to protect us. (3)
इ॒न्द्र॒वा॒यू बृह॒स्पतिं॑ सु॒हवे॒ह ह॑वामहे । यथा॑ नः॒ सर्व॒ इज्जनः॒ संग॑त्यां सु॒मना॒ अस॑त् ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हम शोभन आह्वान वाले इंद्र, वायु एवं बृहस्पति को इस यज्ञ में बुलाते हैं. ये सब मिलकर हमें धन देने के लिए प्रसन्न हों. (४)
EN English Translation
We call Indra, Vayu and Jupiter to this yagna, who are invoicing the shobhan. Let all of them be happy to give us money together. (4)
अ॒र्य॒मणं॒ बृह॒स्पति॒मिन्द्रं॒ दाना॑य चोदय । वातं॒ विष्णुं॒ सर॑स्वतीं सवि॒तारं॑ च वा॒जिन॑म् ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे स्तोता! अर्यमा, बृहस्पति, इंद्र, वायु, विष्णु, सरस्वती एवं शक्तिशाली सविता को दान की प्रेरणा करो. (५)
EN English Translation
This is the hymn! Inspire aryama, jupiter, indra, vayu, vishnu, saraswati and the mighty savita to donate. (5)
त्वं नो॑ अग्ने अ॒ग्निभि॒र्ब्रह्म॑ य॒ज्ञं च॑ वर्धय । त्वं नो॑ दे॒वता॑तये रा॒यो दाना॑य चोदय ॥ (६)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अग्नि! तुम अन्य अग्नियों के साथ मिलकर हमारी स्तुतियों एवं यज्ञ को बढ़ाओ. तुम हमारे यज्ञ के लिए दाताओं को धनदान की प्रेरणा दो. (६)
EN English Translation
O agni! You, along with other agnis, increase our praises and sacrifices. You give inspiration to the donors for our yajna to donate money. (6)
