अग्ने॑ जु॒षस्व॑ नो ह॒विः पु॑रो॒ळाशं॑ जातवेदः । प्रा॒तः॒सा॒वे धि॑यावसो ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे जातवेद एवं स्तुति द्वारा धन देने वाले अग्नि! प्रातःकालिक यज्ञ में तुम हमारे हवि और पुरोडाश का सेवन करो. (१)
EN English Translation
O agni that gives money by Jati veda and praise! In the morning yajna, you should consume our havi and purodash. (1)
पु॒रो॒ळा अ॑ग्ने पच॒तस्तुभ्यं॑ वा घा॒ परि॑ष्कृतः । तं जु॑षस्व यविष्ठ्य ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अतिशययुवा अग्नि! पुरोडाश तुम्हारे लिए पकाया एवं संस्कृत किया गया है. तुम उसका सेवन करो. (२)
EN English Translation
O very young agni! Purodash has been cooked and Sanskrit for you. You consume it. (2)
अग्ने॑ वी॒हि पु॑रो॒ळाश॒माहु॑तं ति॒रोअ॑ह्न्यम् । सह॑सः सू॒नुर॑स्यध्व॒रे हि॒तः ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे अग्नि! दिन छिपने पर भली प्रकार दिए गए पुराडोश को खाओ. हे बल के पुत्र अग्नि! तुम यज्ञ में निहित हो. (३)
EN English Translation
O agni! Eat the well-given puradosh when the day is hidden. O son of strength, agni! You are contained in yajna. (3)
माध्यं॑दिने॒ सव॑ने जातवेदः पुरो॒ळाश॑मि॒ह क॑वे जुषस्व । अग्ने॑ य॒ह्वस्य॒ तव॑ भाग॒धेयं॒ न प्र मि॑नन्ति वि॒दथे॑षु॒ धीराः॑ ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे जातवेद एवं मेधावी अग्नि! दोपहर के यज्ञ के समय पुरोडाश का सेवन करो. हे महान् अग्नि! कर्मकुशल अध्वर्यु यज्ञ में तुम्हारा भाग अवश्य देते हैं. (४)
EN English Translation
O Jativeda and the bright agni! Consume purodash at the time of the afternoon yajna. O great agni! Karmakushala Adhwaryu must give your share in the yajna. (4)
अग्ने॑ तृ॒तीये॒ सव॑ने॒ हि कानि॑षः पुरो॒ळाशं॑ सहसः सून॒वाहु॑तम् । अथा॑ दे॒वेष्व॑ध्व॒रं वि॑प॒न्यया॒ धा रत्न॑वन्तम॒मृते॑षु॒ जागृ॑विम् ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे बल के पुत्र अग्नि! तीसरे सवन में दिए गए पुरोडाश की तुम अभिलाषा करते हो. स्तुति से प्रसन्न तुम अविनाशी, स्वर्गादि फल देने वाले एवं जागरणकारी सोमरस को मरणरहित देवों के समीप ले जाओ. (५)
EN English Translation
O son of strength, agni! You desire the purodash given in the third suvan. Please take the indestructible, heavenly fruit-giving and awakening Somras to the godless gods, who are pleased with praise. (5)
अग्ने॑ वृधा॒न आहु॑तिं पुरो॒ळाशं॑ जातवेदः । जु॒षस्व॑ ति॒रोअ॑ह्न्यम् ॥ (६)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे जातवेद एवं आहुतियों के कारण वृद्धि को प्राप्त अग्नि! दिन छिपने के समय तुम पुरोडाश नामक हवि का सेवन करो. (६)
EN English Translation
O agni which is attained by the increase due to the Jataveda and the ahutis! At the time of the day's hiding, you consume a havi called purodash. (6)
