परि॑ द्यु॒क्षः स॒नद्र॑यि॒र्भर॒द्वाजं॑ नो॒ अन्ध॑सा । सु॒वा॒नो अ॑र्ष प॒वित्र॒ आ ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
दीप्तिशाली एवं धन देने वाले सोम अन्न के साथ हमारे बल को बढ़ावें. हे सोम! तुम निचुड़ कर दशापवित्र पर गिरो. (१)
EN English Translation
Increase our strength with the bright and wealthy Mon Anna. Hey Mon! You fall on the dashapavittra. (1)
तव॑ प्र॒त्नेभि॒रध्व॑भि॒रव्यो॒ वारे॒ परि॑ प्रि॒यः । स॒हस्र॑धारो या॒त्तना॑ ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे सोम! तुम्हारा देवों को प्रसन्न करने वाला, हजारों धाराओं वाला रस प्राचीन मार्गो की सहायता से भेड़ के बालों से बने दशापवित्र पर जाता है. (२)
EN English Translation
Hey Mon! Your juice, which pleases the gods, with thousands of streams, goes to the dasapavitra made of sheep's hair with the help of ancient routes. (2)
च॒रुर्न यस्तमी॑ङ्ख॒येन्दो॒ न दान॑मीङ्खय । व॒धैर्व॑धस्नवीङ्खय ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे सोम हमें चरु के समान पूर्ण भोजन दो. हे दीप्तिशाली सोम! हमें देने योग्य वस्तु दो. हे चोट खाकर बहने वाले सोम! तुम पत्थरों के प्रहरों से रस टपकाओ. (३)
EN English Translation
O Mon give us the same full meal as charu. O radiant Mon! Give us a thing worth giving. O injury-blowing Mon! You pour the juice from the senths of stones. (3)
नि शुष्म॑मिन्दवेषां॒ पुरु॑हूत॒ जना॑नाम् । यो अ॒स्माँ आ॒दिदे॑शति ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे बहुतों द्वारा बुलाए गए सोम! जिन शत्रुओं का बल हमें बाधा के लिए ललकारता है, उनका बल नष्ट करो. (४)
EN English Translation
O Mon called by many! Destroy the strength of the enemies whose force challenges us to the obstacle. (4)
श॒तं न॑ इन्द ऊ॒तिभिः॑ स॒हस्रं॑ वा॒ शुची॑नाम् । पव॑स्व मंह॒यद्र॑यिः ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे धन देने वाले सोम! तुम हमारी रक्षा करने के लिए सैकड़ों हजारों निर्मल धाराओं में बहो. (५)
EN English Translation
O mon who gives money! You flow into hundreds of thousands of serene streams to protect us. (5)
