ये त्रिं॒शति॒ त्रय॑स्प॒रो दे॒वासो॑ ब॒र्हिरास॑दन् । वि॒दन्नह॑ द्वि॒तास॑नन् ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
जो तेंतीस देवता कुशों पर बैठे थे, वे हमें समझें एवं दोनों प्रकार का धन दें. (१)
EN English Translation
Thirty-three gods who sat on kushas, understand us and give us both kinds of wealth. (1)
वरु॑णो मि॒त्रो अ॑र्य॒मा स्मद्रा॑तिषाचो अ॒ग्नयः॑ । पत्नी॑वन्तो॒ वष॑ट्कृताः ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
मैंने वरुण, मित्र एवं यजमान को धन देने वाले अग्नियों को वषट् के द्वारा पत्नीसहित बुलाया है. (२)
EN English Translation
I have called Varun, the friends and the host along with the wives through the year. (2)
ते नो॑ गो॒पा अ॑पा॒च्यास्त उद॒क्त इ॒त्था न्य॑क् । पु॒रस्ता॒त्सर्व॑या वि॒शा ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
वे वरुणादि देव अपने सभी अनुचरों के साथ सामने से, पीछे से, ऊपर से और नीचे से हमारी रक्षा करें. (३)
EN English Translation
Let Varunadi Dev protect us from the front, from the back, from the top and from the bottom with all his attendants. (3)
यथा॒ वश॑न्ति दे॒वास्तथेद॑स॒त्तदे॑षां॒ नकि॒रा मि॑नत् । अरा॑वा च॒न मर्त्यः॑ ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
देव जैसा चाहते हैं, वैसा ही होता है, देवों की अभिलाषा को कोई नष्ट नहीं कर सकता. देवों का चाहा हुआ अदाता मनुष्य भी नष्ट नहीं होता. (४)
EN English Translation
It is as God wills, no one can destroy the desire of gods. Even man who wants to be god's will is not destroyed. (4)
स॒प्ता॒नां स॒प्त ऋ॒ष्टयः॑ स॒प्त द्यु॒म्नान्ये॑षाम् । स॒प्तो अधि॒ श्रियो॑ धिरे ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
सात मरुतों के सात तरह के आयुध हैं. इनके सात आभरण हैं एवं ये सात प्रकार की दीप्तियां धारण करते हैं. (५)
EN English Translation
There are seven kinds of armaments of the seven maruts. They have seven fillers and they hold seven types of lamps. (5)
