आ नः॑ पवस्व॒ धार॑या॒ पव॑मान र॒यिं पृ॒थुम् । यया॒ ज्योति॑र्वि॒दासि॑ नः ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे निचुड़ते हुए सोम! तुम धारा के रूप में हमारे चारों ओर गिरो तथा अपनी धारा के द्वारा हमें विस्तीर्ण धन एवं तेजस्वी स्वर्ग दो. (१)
EN English Translation
Oh, lingering Mon! You fall around us as a stream and give us vast wealth and glorious heaven through your stream. (1)
इन्दो॑ समुद्रमीङ्खय॒ पव॑स्व विश्वमेजय । रा॒यो ध॒र्ता न॒ ओज॑सा ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे जल को प्रेरित करने वाले तथा सभी शत्रुओं को कंपित करने वाले सोम! तुम अपनी शक्ति द्वारा हमें धन देने वाले बनो. (२)
EN English Translation
O Mon, who inspires the water and shakes all the enemies! Be the one who gives us wealth by your power. (2)
त्वया॑ वी॒रेण॑ वीरवो॒ऽभि ष्या॑म पृतन्य॒तः । क्षरा॑ णो अ॒भि वार्य॑म् ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे वीरों वाले सोम! हम तुम्हारे बल की सहायता से युद्ध चाहने वाले शत्रुओं को पराजित करेंगे. हमें वरण करने योग्य धन दो. (३)
EN English Translation
O mon of heroes! We will defeat war-seeking enemies with the help of your force. Give us the money worth choosing. (3)
प्र वाज॒मिन्दु॑रिष्यति॒ सिषा॑सन्वाज॒सा ऋषिः॑ । व्र॒ता वि॑दा॒न आयु॑धा ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
तेजस्वी, अन्न देने वाले, सबके द्रष्टा एवं व्रतों व आयुधों को जानने वाले सोम यजमानों का भरणपोषण करने की इच्छा से अन्न देते हैं. (४)
EN English Translation
The bright, the giver of food, the seer of all and the seers of all and the knowers of the fasts and the armaments, the Mons give food out of the desire to feed the hosts. (4)
तं गी॒र्भिर्वा॑चमीङ्ख॒यं पु॑ना॒नं वा॑सयामसि । सोमं॒ जन॑स्य॒ गोप॑तिम् ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
मैं उन सोम की स्तुतिवचनों द्वारा प्रशंसा करता हूं, जो यजमान को गाएं देते हैं. मैं निचुड़ते हुए सोम को स्थान देता हूं. (५)
EN English Translation
I admire those somas by the eulogisms who sing to the host. I place the squeezing Mon. (5)
विश्वो॒ यस्य॑ व्र॒ते जनो॑ दा॒धार॒ धर्म॑ण॒स्पतेः॑ । पु॒ना॒नस्य॑ प्र॒भूव॑सोः ॥ (६)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
सभी यजमान यज्ञकर्म के पालक, पवित्र होते हुए एवं अधिक धन वाले सोम के काम में मन लगाते हैं. (६)
EN English Translation
All hosts, the guardians of the yajnakarma, being holy and putting their mind into the work of the high-wealth mon. (6)
