ई॒लेन्यो॑ नम॒स्यस्ति॒रस्तमां॑सि दर्श॒तः । सम॒ग्निरि॑ध्यते॒ वृषा॑ ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
अन्ने स्तुतियों और नमस्कारों के योग्य हैं. कामनाओं की वर्षा करने वाले एवं दर्शनीय हैं. अग्नि अपने धूम को तिरछा करते हुए प्रज्वलित होते हैं. (१)
EN English Translation
He is worthy of praises and greetings. Those who shower wishes and are visible. Agni ignites, skewing its smoke. (1)
वृषो॑ अ॒ग्निः समि॑ध्य॒तेऽश्वो॒ न दे॑व॒वाह॑नः । तं ह॒विष्म॑न्त ईडते ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
कामनाओं की वर्षा करने वाले अग्नि देवताओं को वहन करने वाले अश्व के समान प्रदीप्त होते हैं. हवि देने वाले यजमान उन प्रदीप्त अग्नि की पूजा करते हैं. (२)
EN English Translation
The agnis that rain desires are as illuminated as horses carrying the gods. The hosts who give havi worship those illuminated agnis. (2)
वृष॑णं त्वा व॒यं वृ॑ष॒न्वृष॑णः॒ समि॑धीमहि । अग्ने॒ दीद्य॑तं बृ॒हत् ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे कामनाओं की वर्षा करने वाले अग्नि! हवि की वर्षा करने वाले हम कामनाओं की वर्षा करने वाले तुम को भलीभांति प्रज्वलित करते हैं. इसलिए तुम भलीभांति प्रदीप्त बनो. (३)
EN English Translation
O agni that showers desires! Those who rain Havi, we, those who rain desires, ignite you well. So be well illuminated. (3)
