सूर्यो॑ मे॒ चक्षु॒र्वातः॑ प्रा॒णो॒न्तरि॑क्षमा॒त्मा पृ॑थि॒वी शरी॑रम् । अ॒स्तृ॒तो नामा॒हम॒यम॑स्मि॒ स आ॒त्मानं॒ नि द॑धे॒ द्यावा॑पृथि॒वीभ्यां॑ गोपी॒थाय॑ ॥ (७)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
वायु मेरे नेत्र हैं, वायु मेरा प्राण है, अंतरिक्ष के अधिष्ठाता देव मेरी आत्मा हैं और पृथ्वी मेरा शरीर है. मैं अमर अथवा मृत्युरहित नाम वाला हूं. हे द्यावा पृथ्वी! मैं अपनी आत्मा को सुरक्षा के निमित्त आपके सामने समर्पित करता हूं. (७)
EN English Translation
Air is my eyes, air is my soul, god, the presiding deity of space, is my soul and earth is my body. I am immortal or a nameless. O earth! I dedicate my soul to you for safety. (7)
उदायु॒रुद्बल॒मुत्कृ॒तमुत्कृ॒त्यामुन्म॑नी॒षामुदि॑न्द्रि॒यम् । आयु॑ष्कृ॒दायु॑ष्पत्नी॒ स्वधा॑वन्तौ गो॒पा मे॑ स्तं गोपा॒यतं॑ मा । आ॒त्म॒सदौ॑ मे स्तं॒ मा मा॑ हिंसिष्टम् ॥ (८)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे द्यावा पृथ्वी! तुम हमारी आयु, बल, कर्म, कृत्या, बुद्धि तथा इंद्रियों को उत्कृष्ट बनाओ. हे आयु बढ़ाने वाले, आयु की रक्षा करने वाले एवं स्व भासमान द्यावा पृथ्वी! तुम मेरी रक्षा करो! आप मेरी आत्मा में स्थित हो और कभी मेरी हिंसा न करें. (८)
EN English Translation
O earth! You make our age, strength, action, action, intellect and senses excellent. O age enhancer, protects age and self-respecting earth! You protect me! You are located in my soul and never do my violence. (8)
