Kanda 6 • Sukta 32
अ॑न्तर्दा॒वे जु॑हु॒ता स्वे॒तद्या॑तुधान॒क्षय॑णं घृ॒तेन॑ । आ॒राद्रक्षां॑सि॒ प्रति॑ दह॒ त्वम॑ग्ने॒ न नो॑ गृ॒हाणा॒मुप॑ तीतपासि ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे ऋत्विजो! राक्षसों का विनाश करने वाले इस हवि को घी के साथ अग्नि में हवन करो. हे अग्नि! उपद्रव करने वाले इन राक्षसों को भस्म करो तथा हमारे घरों को संताप युक्त मत करो. (१)
EN English Translation
O Ritvijo! Perform havan in the agni with ghee to this havi, which destroys demons. O agni! Consume these demons who create nuisance and do not make our homes angry. (1)
रु॒द्रो वो॑ ग्री॒वा अश॑रैत्पिशाचाः पृ॑ष्टीर्वोऽपि॑ शृणातु यातुधानाः । वी॒रुद्वो॑ वि॒श्वतो॑वीर्या य॒मेन॒ सम॑जीगमत् ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे पिशाचो! तुम्हारी गरदन को रुद्र देव काटें. हे यातुधानो! तुम्हारी पीठ की हड्डियों का ही विनाश करें. सभी प्रकार की शक्ति वाली ओषधि तुम यातुधानों को मृत्यु से मिला दे. (२)
EN English Translation
O vampire! Cut your neck rudra dev. O yatudhana! Destroy the bones of your back. You should combine the medicines with all kinds of power with death. (2)
अभ॑यं मित्रावरुणावि॒हास्तु॑ नो॒ऽर्चिषा॒त्त्रिणो॑ नुदतं प्र॒तीचः॑ । मा ज्ञा॒तारं॒ मा प्र॑ति॒ष्ठां वि॑दन्त मि॒थो वि॑घ्ना॒ना उप॑ यन्तु मृ॒त्युम् ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे मित्र और वरुण! इस देश में हमें भय नहीं रहे. तुम अपने तेज से मानव भक्षी राक्षसों को हम से पराङ्मुख करो. दूर भागे हुए वे मुझ ज्ञानी को प्राप्त न करें तथा मेरी आवास भूमि को प्राप्त न कर सकें. वे एक दूसरे पर प्रहार करते हुए मृत्यु को प्राप्त करें. (३)
EN English Translation
Hey friend and Varun! We are not afraid in this country. You should confront the human-eating demons from us with your radiance. They who have run away should not get me knowledgeable and cannot get my land of residence. They should attain death by striking each other. (3)
