अ॒भी॒व॒र्तेन॑ ह॒विषा॒ येनेन्द्रो॑ अभिवावृ॒ते । तेना॒स्मान्ब्र॑ह्मणस्पते॒ऽभि रा॒ष्ट्राय॑ वर्तय ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे ब्रह्मणस्पति! जिस हवि से इंद्र ने सब कुछ प्राप्त किया है, हम उसी हवि से यज्ञ करते हैं. तुम हमें राज्यप्राप्ति में लगाओ. (१)
EN English Translation
O Brahmaspati! From the havi from which Indra has received everything, we perform yajna with the same havi. You put us in the kingdom. (1)
अ॒भि॒वृत्य॑ स॒पत्ना॑न॒भि या नो॒ अरा॑तयः । अ॒भि पृ॑त॒न्यन्तं॑ तिष्ठा॒भि यो न॑ इर॒स्यति॑ ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे राजन्! शत्रुओं, सेना लेकर चढ़ाई करने वालों, दानरहित लोगों एवं हमसे द्वेष करने वालों को पराजित करो. (२)
EN English Translation
Oh, King! Defeat the enemies, those who climb with the army, those who do not donate, and those who hate us. (2)
अ॒भि त्वा॑ दे॒वः स॑वि॒ताभि सोमो॑ अवीवृतत् । अ॒भि त्वा॒ विश्वा॑ भू॒तान्य॑भीव॒र्तो यथास॑सि ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे राजन्! सविता देव, सोम एवं सभी प्राणी तुम्हारे अनुकूल हो गए हैं. इस प्रकार तुम सबका आश्रय पा गए हो. (३)
EN English Translation
Oh, King! Savita Dev, Som and all the beings have become compatible with you. In this way you have found the shelter of all of you. (3)
येनेन्द्रो॑ ह॒विषा॑ कृ॒त्व्यभ॑वद्द्यु॒म्न्यु॑त्त॒मः । इ॒दं तद॑क्रि देवा असप॒त्नः किला॑भुवम् ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे देवो! जिस हवि द्वारा इंद्र यज्ञकर्म वाले यशस्वी एवं उत्तम बने हैं, उसी हव्य द्वारा मैंने यज्ञ किया है. मैं इसीसे शत्रुरहित बना हूं. (४)
EN English Translation
Oh, God! Through the same havi through which Indra has become successful and good for the yagnakarmas, I have performed yajna through the same havan. I have been made hostile by that. (4)
अ॒स॒प॒त्नः स॑पत्न॒हाभिरा॑ष्ट्रो विषास॒हिः । यथा॒हमे॑षां भू॒तानां॑ वि॒राजा॑नि॒ जन॑स्य च ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
शत्रुरहित, शत्रुनाशक एवं शन्रुपराभवकारी मैं इन प्रजाओं एवं मंत्री आदि सेवकों का स्वामी बना हूं. (५)
EN English Translation
I have become the master of these people and ministers, etc., who are hostile, hostile and resolute. (5)
