प्र वो॑ ग्रावाणः सवि॒ता दे॒वः सु॑वतु॒ धर्म॑णा । धू॒र्षु यु॑ज्यध्वं सुनु॒त ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे पत्थरो! सविता देव अपने प्रेरणात्मक कर्म से तुम्हें सोमरस निचोड़ने में लगावें. तुम सभी स्थानों में नियुक्त होकर सोमरस निचोड़ो. (१)
EN English Translation
O stones! May Savita Dev engage you in squeezing the somras with her inspirational deeds. You squeeze the somras by being appointed in all places. (1)
ग्रावा॑णो॒ अप॑ दु॒च्छुना॒मप॑ सेधत दुर्म॒तिम् । उ॒स्राः क॑र्तन भेष॒जम् ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे पत्थरो! दुःख पहुंचाने वाली प्रजा एवं दुर्बुद्धि को हमसे दूर करो. तुम गायों को हमारे लिए ओषधि तुल्य बनाओ. (२)
EN English Translation
O stones! Remove from us the suffering people and the evil-doers. You make the cows equal to the opulents for us. (2)
ग्रावा॑ण॒ उप॑रे॒ष्वा म॑ही॒यन्ते॑ स॒जोष॑सः । वृष्णे॒ दध॑तो॒ वृष्ण्य॑म् ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
छोटे पत्थर आपस में मिलकर बड़े पत्थर पर शोभा पा रहे हैं. ये पत्थर रस बरसाने वाले सोम के प्रति अपनी शक्ति का प्रयोग करते हैं. (३)
EN English Translation
Small stones are getting mixed together to beautify the big stone. These stones use their power towards the Soma who showers juice. (3)
ग्रावा॑णः सवि॒ता नु वो॑ दे॒वः सु॑वतु॒ धर्म॑णा । यज॑मानाय सुन्व॒ते ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे पत्थरो! सविता देव सोमयज्ञ करने वाले यजमान के लिए सोमरस निचोड़ने के काम में तुम्हें लगावें. (४)
EN English Translation
O stones! Savita Dev should engage in the work of squeezing the somras for the host who performs somayagna. (4)
