नियुत नाम वाले घोड़ों के स्वामी, संयुक्त पदार्थो को पृथक् करने वाले तथा नेता, सूर्य के समान तेजस्वी मरुद्गण जल से युक्त होते हैं. वे शक्तिशाली बनकर कुएं, तालाब आदि निचले स्थानों को जल से भर देते हैं एवं शब्द करते हुए धरती को मधुर जल से सींच देते हैं. (८)
