हे मित्र एवं वरुण रथ में ठीक तरह से जुड़े हुए तुम्हारे घोड़े तुम दोनों को ढोवें एवं सारथि द्वारा लगाम खींचने पर शीघ्र रुकें. जल स्वयं तुम्हारे पीछे चलता है एवं तुम्हारी कृपा से ही पुरानी नदियां बहती हैं. (४)
EN English Translation
O friend and Varuna, your horses properly connected in the chariot, take both of you and stop quickly when the charioteer pulls the reins. The water itself follows you and it is by your grace that the old rivers flow. (4)
