हे अग्नि! आप स्वर्गलोक का आधार हैं. आप से स्वर्गलोक के बारे में पूछा गया. आप से पृथ्वीलोक के बारे में पूछा गया. आप से विशव की ओषधियों में प्रवेश के बारे में पूछा गया. आप सब का कल्याण करने वाले हैं. हम साहस के साथ आप से पूछते हैं कि आप कौन हैं. आप दिन में व रात्रि में हिंसा से हमारी रक्षा कीजिए, (७३)

O agni! You are the basis of heaven. You were asked about paradise. You were asked about the earth. You were asked about your admission in medicines in the world. You are going to do good to all. We boldly ask you who you are. Protect us from violence during the day and at night.
