बनस्पति देव सोने के पत्तों से युक्त, मधुर शाखाओं वाले और उत्तम फलों बाले हैं. वनस्पति इंद्र देव की बढ़ोतरी करने की कृपा करें. वनस्पति देव अपने उग्र त्याग से स्वर्गलोक व अंतरिक्षलोक का स्पर्श करते हैं. वनस्पति देव पृथ्वीलोक में व्याप्त हैं. वनस्पति देव यजमानों को धन देने व धन धारने की कृपा करें. होता इस के लिए यज्ञ करने की कृपा करें.
