प्र ता॒र्यायुः॑ प्रत॒रं नवी॑यः॒ स्थाता॑रेव॒ क्रतु॑मता॒ रथ॑स्य । अध॒ च्यवा॑न॒ उत्त॑वी॒त्यर्थं॑ परात॒रं सु निरृ॑तिर्जिहीताम् ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
जिस प्रकार सारथि वाले रथ पर चढ़ा हुआ व्यक्ति सुख प्राप्त करता है, उसी प्रकार सुबंधु की यौवनयुक्त आयु बढ़े. हासवाली आयु का आदमी अपनी मनपसंद आयु प्राप्त करता है. तुम्हारा पाप नष्ट हो. (१)
EN English Translation
Just as a person on a chariot with a chariot attains happiness, so so does the young age of Subandhu increase. A man of a lost age attains his preferred age. Your sin is destroyed. (1)
साम॒न्नु रा॒ये नि॑धि॒मन्न्वन्नं॒ करा॑महे॒ सु पु॑रु॒ध श्रवां॑सि । ता नो॒ विश्वा॑नि जरि॒ता म॑मत्तु परात॒रं सु निरृ॑तिर्जिहीताम् ॥ (२)

हम परम आयुरूप धन पाने के लिए सामगान के साथ-साथ भक्षण योग्य अन्न एकत्र करते हैं. निर्त्रति हमारे सभी अन्नों का भक्षण करें एवं दूर देश को चले जावें. (२)
EN English Translation
We collect food grains as well as salmon to get the ultimate ageable wealth. Let nirtrati eat all our food grains and go to a distant country. (2)
अ॒भी ष्व१॒॑र्यः पौंस्यै॑र्भवेम॒ द्यौर्न भूमिं॑ गि॒रयो॒ नाज्रा॑न् । ता नो॒ विश्वा॑नि जरि॒ता चि॑केत परात॒रं सु निरृ॑तिर्जिहीताम् ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हम बलों द्वारा अपने शत्रुओं को उसी प्रकार ठीक से हटावें, जिस प्रकार आकाश धरती को पराजित करता है. पर्वत जिस प्रकार बादलों की गति रोक लेते हैं, उसी प्रकार हम शत्रुओं की गति रोकें. निर्त्रति हमारी स्तुति सुनें और दूर चली जावें. (३)
EN English Translation
Let us remove our enemies by forces in the same way that the sky defeats the earth. Just as mountains stop the movement of the clouds, so we stop the movement of the enemies. Let the unrighteous hear our praise and walk away. (3)
मो षु णः॑ सोम मृ॒त्यवे॒ परा॑ दाः॒ पश्ये॑म॒ नु सूर्य॑मु॒च्चर॑न्तम् । द्युभि॑र्हि॒तो ज॑रि॒मा सू नो॑ अस्तु परात॒रं सु निरृ॑तिर्जिहीताम् ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे सोम! हमें मृत्यु के हाथों में मत दो. हम उदित होते हुए सूर्य को बहुत समय तक देखें. दिवसों से प्रेरित हमारी वृद्धावस्था सुखकर हो. निरति हमारी स्तुति सुनकर दूर चली जावें. (४)
EN English Translation
Hey Mon! Don't put us in the hands of death. We look at the rising sun for a long time. Inspired by the days, let our old age be happy. Listen to our praise and go away. (4)
असु॑नीते॒ मनो॑ अ॒स्मासु॑ धारय जी॒वात॑वे॒ सु प्र ति॑रा न॒ आयुः॑ । रा॒र॒न्धि नः॒ सूर्य॑स्य सं॒दृशि॑ घृ॒तेन॒ त्वं त॒न्वं॑ वर्धयस्व ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे असुनीतिदेवी! हम पर कृपा करो और जीवित रहने के लिए हमारी आयु भली प्रकार बढ़ाओ. हमें सूर्य के चिरदर्शन के लिए स्थापित करो. तुम हमारे दिए हुए घी से अपना शरीर बढ़ाओ. (५)
EN English Translation
This is aunitidevi! Have mercy on us and raise our lifespan well to survive. Set us up for the perennial vision of the sun. You enlarge your body with the ghee we have given. (5)
असु॑नीते॒ पुन॑र॒स्मासु॒ चक्षुः॒ पुनः॑ प्रा॒णमि॒ह नो॑ धेहि॒ भोग॑म् । ज्योक्प॑श्येम॒ सूर्य॑मु॒च्चर॑न्त॒मनु॑मते मृ॒ळया॑ नः स्व॒स्ति ॥ (६)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे असुनीतिदेवी! हमें पुनः चक्षु प्रदान करो. भोग करने के लिए हम में प्राण स्थापित करो. हम उदित होते हुए सूर्य को बहुत समय तक देखें. हे अनुमति! अविनाश पाने के लिए हमारी रक्षा करो. (६)
EN English Translation
This is aunitidevi! Give us the eye again. In order to indulge in us establish life. We look at the rising sun for a long time. Hey permission! Protect us to get avinash. (6)
पुन॑र्नो॒ असुं॑ पृथि॒वी द॑दातु॒ पुन॒र्द्यौर्दे॒वी पुन॑र॒न्तरि॑क्षम् । पुन॑र्नः॒ सोम॑स्त॒न्वं॑ ददातु॒ पुनः॑ पू॒षा प॒थ्यां॒३॒॑ या स्व॒स्तिः ॥ (७)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
पृथ्वी हमें पुनः प्राण प्रदान करे. द्युलोक और अंतरिक्ष हमें पुनः प्राण दें. सोम हमें पुनः शरीर प्रदान करें. पूषा हमें स्वस्तिकारक वाक्य दें. (७)
EN English Translation
May the earth give us life again. May space and space give us life again. Mon give us the body again. Give us the self-styled sentence. (7)
शं रोद॑सी सु॒बन्ध॑वे य॒ह्वी ऋ॒तस्य॑ मा॒तरा॑ । भर॑ता॒मप॒ यद्रपो॒ द्यौः पृ॑थिवि क्ष॒मा रपो॒ मो षु ते॒ किं च॒नाम॑मत् ॥ (८)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
महान् द्यावा-पृथिवी सुबंधु का कल्याण करें. उदक का निर्माण करने वाली द्यावा- पृथिवी पाप को दूर करें. हे सुबंधु! द्यावा-पृथिवी के होते हुए कोई भी पाप तुम्हारी हिंसा न कर सकें. (८)
EN English Translation
Do good to The Mahandyava-Prithvi Subandhu. Remove the divine sin of the earth- which creates the udak. O brother! No sin can do you violence while you are in the midst of the earth. (8)
अव॑ द्व॒के अव॑ त्रि॒का दि॒वश्च॑रन्ति भेष॒जा । क्ष॒मा च॑रि॒ष्ण्वे॑क॒कं भर॑ता॒मप॒ यद्रपो॒ द्यौः पृ॑थिवि क्ष॒मा रपो॒ मो षु ते॒ किं च॒नाम॑मत् ॥ (९)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
स्वर्ग में जो दो या तीन ओषधियां विचरण करती हैं, उन में से एक जो धरती पर विचरण करती है, वह सुबंधु की हिंसा दूर करे. हे सुबंधु! स्वर्ग एवं विस्तृत पृथ्वी तुम्हारे अमंगल दूर करें एवं किसी प्रकार का अनिष्ट न करें. (९)
EN English Translation
One of the two or three herbs that roam in heaven, one of those that roams on earth, should remove the violence of Subandhu. O brother! Let the heavens and the vast earth remove your evils and do not do anything wrong. (9)
समि॑न्द्रेरय॒ गाम॑न॒ड्वाहं॒ य आव॑हदुशी॒नरा॑ण्या॒ अनः॑ । भर॑ता॒मप॒ यद्रपो॒ द्यौः पृ॑थिवि क्ष॒मा रपो॒ मो षु ते॒ किं च॒नाम॑मत् ॥ (१०)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे इंद्र! जो बैल उशीनर की पत्नी की गाड़ी ले गया था, उसे प्रेरित करो. हे सुबंधु! स्वर्ग एवं विस्तृत पृथ्वी तुम्हारे अमंगल दूर करें एवं किसी प्रकार भी अनिष्ट न करें. (१०)
EN English Translation
O Indra! The bull who had taken the cart of The Wife of the Ushiner, inspire him. O brother! May heaven and the vast earth remove your evils and do not do anything wrong in any way. (10)
