आ तू न॑ इन्द्र म॒द्र्यग्घुवा॒नः सोम॑पीतये । हरि॑भ्यां याह्यद्रिवः ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे वज्रधारी इंद्र! हमारे द्वारा आह्वान करने पर तुम सोमरस का पान करने के लिए अपने अश्वां द्वारा हमारे यज्ञ में आओ. (१)
EN English Translation
O Vajradhari Indra! When invoked by us, you come to our yagna by your horse to drink Someras. (1)
स॒त्तो होता॑ न ऋ॒त्विय॑स्तिस्ति॒रे ब॒र्हिरा॑नु॒षक् । अयु॑ज्रन्प्रा॒तरद्र॑यः ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे इंद्र! हमारे यज्ञ में होता नाम का ऋत्विज् समय पर उपस्थित हो कर बैठे. हमारे यज्ञ में कुश एकदूसरे से मिले हुए बिछे. सोमरस कूटने के लिए प्रातः स्वप्न में पत्थर एकदूसरे से मिले. (२)
EN English Translation
O Indra! In our yajna, the name of The Ritvij sat on time. In our yajna, Kush met each other. In the morning, stones met each other in the morning to crush Someras. (2)
इ॒मा ब्रह्म॑ ब्रह्मवाहः क्रि॒यन्त॒ आ ब॒र्हिः सी॑द । वी॒हि शू॑र पुरो॒डाश॑म् ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे इंद्र! हम तुम्हारी स्तुति कर रहे हैं. तुम इन कुशाओं पर बैठी. हे वीर! कुशाओं पर बैठ कर तुम हमारे द्वारा दिए गए पुरोडाश का भक्षण करो. (३)
EN English Translation
O Indra! We are praising you. You sat on these cushions. O heroic! Sit on the kushas and eat the purodash given by us. (3)
रा॑र॒न्धि सव॑नेषु ण ए॒षु स्तोमे॑षु वृत्रहन् । उ॒क्थेष्वि॑न्द्र गिर्वणः ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे स्तुतियों द्वारा सेवा करने योग्य तथा वृत्रासुर का वध करने वाले इंद्र! हमारे तीनों सवनो में की जाती हुई स्तुतियों से प्रसन्न बनो. (४)
EN English Translation
O Indra, worthy of service by eulogies and who kills Vritrasura! Be happy with the praises made in our three savanas. (4)
म॒तयः॑ सोम॒पामु॒रुं रि॒हन्ति॒ शव॑स॒स्पति॑म् । इन्द्रं॑ व॒त्सं न मा॒तरः॑ ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हमारी स्तुतियां महान सोमरस का पान करने वाले तथा बल के स्वामी इंद्र को उसी प्रकार प्राप्त होती हैं, जिस प्रकार गाय अपने बछड़े को चाटती है. (५)
EN English Translation
Our praises are received by Indra, the beteloper of the great Someras and the swami of the force, in the same way as the cow licks its calf. (5)
स म॑न्दस्वा॒ ह्यन्ध॑सो॒ राध॑से त॒न्वा म॒हे । न स्तो॒तारं॑ नि॒दे क॑रः ॥ (६)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे इंद्र! तुम अपने शरीर में बल प्राप्त करने के लिए सोमरस पी कर प्रसन्न बनो. मुझे अधिक धन देने के लिए तुम हर्षित होओ. मैं तुम्हारा स्तोता हूं. मुझे दूसरे का निंदक मत बनाओ. (६)
EN English Translation
O Indra! You become happy by drinking somras to gain strength in your body. You are happy to give me more money. I am your host. Don't make me a slanderer of others. (6)
व॒यमि॑न्द्र त्वा॒यवो॑ ह॒विष्म॑न्तो जरामहे । उ॒त त्वम॑स्म॒युर्व॑सो ॥ (७)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे इंद्र! हम सोम रूप हवि से युक्त हो कर तुम्हारी कामना करते हैं. हे सब को वास देने वाले इंद्र! तुम हमें मनचाहा फल देने के लिए प्रसन्न बनो. (७)
EN English Translation
O Indra! We wish you with the form of Soma. O Indra, who dwells to all! Be happy to give us the fruits you want. (7)
मारे अ॒स्मद्वि मु॑मुचो॒ हरि॑प्रिया॒र्वाङ्या॑हि । इन्द्र॑ स्वधावो॒ मत्स्वे॒ह ॥ (८)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे इंद्र! तुम अश्चों को प्रेम करने वाले हो. अपने अश्चों को तुम हम से दूर रथ से अलग मत करो. तुम अश्च युक्त रथ पर चढ़े हुए ही हमारे यज्ञ में आओ. यहां आ कर तुम सोमरस पियो और हर्ष पूर्ण बनो. (८)
EN English Translation
O Indra! You are going to love the ashes. Don't separate your horses from the chariot you're away from us. Come to our yajna only while climbing on a chariot with tears. Come here and drink somerous and be happy. (8)
अ॒र्वाञ्चं॑ त्वा सु॒खे रथे॒ वह॑तामिन्द्र के॒शिना॑ । घृ॒तस्नू॑ ब॒र्हिरा॒सदे॑ ॥ (९)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे इंद्र! श्रम की बूंदों के कारण भीगे हुए घोड़े तुम्हें सुख देने वाले रथ पर बैठा कर बिछी हुई कुशाओं पर विराजमान करने के लिए हमारे सामने लाएं. (९)
EN English Translation
O Indra! Bring horses soaked due to the drops of labor before us to sit on the chariot that gives you happiness and sit on the lying kushas. (9)
