बृहस्पति देव जिस समय संसार से संबंधित सभी हव्यों का सेवन करते हैं. तब वे आकाश के ऊपर जा कर उत्तम लोकों में प्रतिष्ठा पाते हैं. उस समय शक्ति संपन्न बृहस्पति देव को शेष सभी देव अपने वचनों से उत्साह प्रदान करते हैं. कामनाओं को पूर्ण करने वाले बृहस्पति को शेष देव अलगअलग दिशाओं में रहते हुए भी उन्नति प्रदान करते हैं.
