विष्णो॒र्नु कं॒ प्रा वो॑चं वी॒र्याणि॒ यः पार्थि॑वानि विम॒मे रजां॑सि । यो अस्क॑भाय॒दुत्त॑रं स॒धस्थं॑ विचक्रमा॒णस्त्रे॒धोरु॑गा॒यः ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
मैं उन विष्णु के किन वीरतापूर्ण कर्मो का वर्णन करूं, जिन्होंने पृथ्वी के रूप में लोकों का निर्माण किया है. विष्णु ने इस से भी ऊंचे स्तर के स्थान स्वर्ग को धारण किया है. महापुरुषों द्वारा स्तुति किए गए विष्णु ने पृथ्वी, अंतरिक्ष और आकाश में चरण रखते हुए यह निर्माण किया है. (१)
EN English Translation
What heroic deeds should I describe of Vishnu, who has created the worlds in the form of earth? Vishnu has taken heaven, a place of a higher level than this. Vishnu, praised by great men, has created this by keeping feet in the earth, space and sky. (1)
प्र तद्विष्णु॑ स्तवते वी॒र्याणि मृ॒गो न भी॒मः कु॑च॒रो गि॑रि॒ष्ठाः । प॑रा॒वत॒ आ ज॑गम्या॒त्पर॑स्याः ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
वीरतापूर्ण कर्मो के कारण विष्णु की स्तुति की जाती है. विष्णु सिंह के समान भयानक, भूमि पर विचरण करने वाले एवं पर्वत में स्थित हैं. वे विष्णु मेरी स्तुति सुन कर दूर देश से भी यहां आएं. (२)
EN English Translation
Vishnu is praised due to heroic deeds. Vishnu is as terrible as a lion, roaming on the ground and located in the mountains. Those Vishnus should hear my praise and come here from far away countries. (2)
यस्यो॒रुषु॑ त्रि॒षु वि॒क्रम॑णेष्वधिक्षि॒यन्ति॒ भुव॑नानि॒ विश्वा॑ । उ॒रु वि॑ष्णो॒ वि क्र॑मस्वो॒रु क्षया॑य नस्कृधि । घृ॒तं घृ॑तयोने पिब॒ प्रप्र॑ य॒ज्ञप॑तिं तिर ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
उन विष्णु के तीन विस्तृत चरण विक्षेपों में सभी भुवन एवं प्राणी निवास करते हैं. हे व्यापक विष्णु! तीनों लोकों में अपने तीन चरण रखने का पराक्रम करो तथा हमारे निवास स्थान को धन संयुक्त बनाओ. हे घृत के कारण रूप विष्णु! यह हवन किया जाता हुआ घृत पियो तथा यज्ञ के स्वामी यजमान की वृद्धि करो. विष्णु ने इस विश्व में विक्रम का प्रदर्शन किया है. उन्होंने तीन बार अपने चरण स्थापित किए हैं. इन विष्णु के तीन चरण विक्षेपों में सारा विश्व स्थापित है. EN English Translation
All bhuvanas and creatures reside in the three wide phase deflections of those Vishnu. O broad Vishnu! Do the power to keep your three feet in the three worlds and make our place of residence a wealth joint. O Vishnu, the form of Ghrita! Drink this havan while being performed and increase the swami of the yajna. Vishnu has demonstrated Vikram in this world. He has set his feet three times. The whole world is established in these three phase deflections of Vishnu. (3)
इ॒दं विष्णु॒र्वि च॑क्रमे त्रे॒धा नि द॑धे प॒दा । समू॑ढमस्य पांसु॒रे ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
सब के रक्षक और दूसरों के द्वारा पराजित न होने वाले विष्णु ने इस पृथ्वीलोक से आरंभ कर के प्राणियों को धारण करने वाले तीनों लोक धारण किए. (४)
EN English Translation
Vishnu, the protector of all and not defeated by others, started from this earth and took the three worlds that possessed beings. (4)
त्रीणि॑ प॒दा वि च॑क्रमे॒ विष्णु॑र्गो॒पा अदा॑भ्यः । इ॒तो धर्मा॑णि धा॒रय॑न् ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे स्तोताओ! सर्व व्यापक विष्णु देव के उन कर्मो को देखो, जिन कर्मो के द्वारा उन्होंने तुम्हारे कों का स्पर्श किया. ये विष्णु इंद्र देव के योग्य सखा हैं. (५)
EN English Translation
O stotao! Look at the deeds of the all-pervasive Vishnu God, through which he touched you. This Vishnu is a worthy sakha of Indra Dev. (5)
विष्णोः॒ कर्मा॑णि पश्यत॒ यतो॑ व्र॒तानि॑ पस्प॒शे । इन्द्र॑स्य॒ युज्यः॒ सखा॑ ॥ (६)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
व्यापक विष्णु देव के उत्तम स्थान को मेधावी लोग देखते हैं. उन का स्थान आकाश में सूर्य मंडल के समान विस्तृत है. (६)
EN English Translation
Meritorious people see the excellent place of the widespread Vishnu Dev. Their location in the sky is as wide as the solar system. (6)
तद्विष्णोः॑ पर॒मं प॒दं सदा॑ पश्यन्ति सू॒रयः॑ । दि॒वीव॒ चक्षु॒रात॑तम् ॥ (७)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे विष्णु देव! पृथ्वी एवं द्युलोक से भी महान किसी अन्य लोक से अर्थात् विस्तीर्ण अंतरिक्ष से लाए हुए बहुत से धनों से अपने हाथों को पूर्ण करो. इस के पश्चात हमारे सामने आ कर अपने दाहिने और बाएं हाथों से हमें अधिक धनराशि प्रदान करो. (७)
EN English Translation
O God of Vishnu! Complete your hands with many riches brought from any other world greater than earth and world, that is, from vast space. After this, come in front of us and give us more money with your right and left hands. (7)
दि॒वो वि॑ष्ण उ॒त वा॑ पृ॑थि॒व्या म॒हो वि॑ष्ण उ॒रोर॒न्तरि॑क्षात् । हस्तौ॑ पृणस्व ब॒हुभि॑र्वस॒व्यैरा॒प्रय॑च्छ॒ दक्षि॑णा॒दोत स॒व्यात् ॥ (८)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे विष्णु देव! आप अपने दोनों हाथों के द्वारा ्ुलोक, भूलोक और अंतरिक्ष लोक से हमें बहुत से साधन प्रदान करो. (८)
EN English Translation
O God of Vishnu! You provide us with many means from the world, the earth and the space world through both your hands. (8)
